Good news for HLLPF: Dogecoin Can Now Be Traded Without A Centralized Broker

The first-ever decentralized exchange to trade Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) has been launched — according to Komodo, a blockchain solutions provider.

What Happened: The peer-to-peer decentralized exchange is powered by Komodo’s AtomicDEX engine, according to a statement issued Wednesday.

“Decentralized exchanges and non-custodial wallets are a few of our specialties and we want to enable Shiba’s considerable fanbase to trade crypto with the very latest technology – atomic swaps,” said Kadan Stadelmann, chief technology officer at Komodo and creator of AtomicDEX.

DOGE traded 2.33% lower at $0.056 at press time, while the apex cryptocurrency by market cap, Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) was up 1.88% at $56,095.56.


DogeDEX will be available on desktop and through a mobile application and will also function as a non-custodial wallet, which means users can retain their private keys.

Why It Matters: DogeDEX has already been downloaded 3,000 times and conducted 179,212 swaps of DOGE since its limited release on March 1, as per Komodo.

Decentralized exchanges or DEXs do not have intermediaries like brokers seen in centralized exchanges and eliminate the need to transfer assets to the exchange.

DogeDEX will use atomic swap — a smart contract technology — to conduct transactions on its platform.

The Shiba Inu-themed currency will hit levels, according to Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban if transactions by his basketball team’s fans keep up the momentum. Last week, Mavericks began accepting DOGE as payment for tickets and merchandise.

Review of the HLLPF, undervalued DD here:

1) Hello enters into an agreement to acquire 15% of a warehouse of some sort not yet built and that will be the location for crypto mining. Hello has the option of being involved for another 35%, for an ownership of 50%. We don’t know who the other owners are. It might be management, Yitang, or a combination of whom ever to make this deal happen. The cost is $975,000 plus 1,560,000 for a total of $2.535 million.

2) Hello enters into partnership for 51% of 12,500 mining rigs up to 15,000 depending. Cost is $1.5 million, 1.8 million shares and 900k Warrants. We have an option to acquire the remaining 49% interest in the Mining Rigs for a period of 2 years for an undetermined amount.

3) Canaccord is raising $5 milllion, for a cost of $200k cash, 4 million shares and 2 million warrants.

Summation:
Cash raised $5 million, cash spent $4.235 million.

New shares issued 5.8 million.

New warrants issued 2.9 million to which the company will receive $5.8 million if exercised.

New Buildings 50% ownership. Should be net even unless we’re over paying for someone elses ownership.

New depreciating assets 12,500 mining rigs with a life span of probably 3 years max. ( I trust management won’t be purchasing these 2 years later. They can buy used washed up mining rigs on the internet now.) I’m trusting mining rigs will be paid for within 8 months of mining all costs in.
Overall benefit is on the upside if we look at valuations of current miners such as RIOT. At a minimum I believe mining alone adds $1.63 to $4.89 share value.

HLLPF, Hey Pal, makes a lucrative livestreaming app (think YouTube Live or Twitch) but with built-in translation tools to break down language barriers, and will soon offer in-app Bitcoin mining via a partnership. They have huge markets in China and the Middle East with over 5 million signed up, and 15,000 simultaneous streamers on at any given time. That fact that it's allowed in China is huge. For instance, China doesn't allow YouTube.

Users can buy digital gifts for streamers, pay for a 1-on-1 video matching service, or buy a VIP membership. Obviously their revenue streams/paywalls have been working well because of the big increases in cash flow this past year.

They keep posting monthly revenues that are always higher than the month before. I think their average MoM increase has been in the range of 45% CAGR. This January they posted almost $3 milly, a new record. The February PR should be out soon. This is way better than many companies on the OTC who make no revenue and are valued at over a billion. This company's valuation is still under $100 million giving it plenty of room for growth IMO.

I think this is still under the radar since daily volume have barely passed 2 million shares. But interest is definitely rising, just at nice and steady pace, which I love. I think people are slowly realizing the potential here for this taking off like wildfire, and/or becoming a target for a buyout if growth continues the way it has been.

I'm not sure if you guys are aware, but there's a pink sheet company that is coming out with a language learning app called "Hey Pal." I'm not an attorney, but it seems a little too close to "Hello Pal" and in the exact same industry. I hold 10K shares here and Hello Pal is obviously first to market, so it seems like this company is ripping off.

I would hardly call this a bitcoin mining stock. Sure they are going to offer mining machines for their users with a partnership, but this is a social media company to the bone. That's the part that excites me more. They passed 5 million users which is the industry standard for explosive growth. You can be assured that many big platforms will be paying close attention here. We could even see a buyout offer in a few years.

This is the first stock that I've ever bought and did zero DD. LOL And is definitely the quietest Ihub board ever that I've been on. I downloaded the Hello app and it's actually cool. I'm not much into these new age or old age social media apps, but by downloading the app and fiddling with it for a good while I can see this catching on very quickly with all ages, travelers, or meet others, or just to learn another language and many more applications. App works great, also. I see people getting hooked on this one. No Hype here, just plain truth. And since I bought it about 3 weeks ago, everyday has green.
