Ah, a new outlook, "maybe when covid is over but not yet." Previously you relayed otherwise.
If you do not get covid changed things and going to movies like before is over. Sorry maybe when covid is over but not yet. Like I said did not work before is why chp 7. When a lot more went to movies and chains did not offer monthly subscriptions. More competition then before as well. MP is not part of this stock anymore anyway. None of this really matters for this stock. ITs chp7 and done.
Wow! Advice to buy a stock on the brink of total cancellation.
Oh, I put all my faith into your adamant claims that movie theater business would never be back after the pandemic. Hhmmm.... And yet here's a movie theater chain turning a profit in the supposed even-pre-pandemic-already-dying movie theater industry.
That is good but overall chains revenues down vs before covid. Most also now have their own subscription plans. Thew world has changed and movie going with it. MP didn't work when it had everything going for it. Really is a mute point since no longer has anything to do with this stock in chp 7.

Volume: 938,204 Im loaded better buy.
We know MoviePass made money before. Before Helios and Matheson screwed it up. This is fact.
Have a nice weekend.
pandemic blues , and net flix are the problem
LOL. You have to have company and people behind MP. That costs and will lose money like before. Why does anyone need MP? We can already watch on line lol. Really does not matter as will not do anything for this stock or company. MP like before will fail. Just not needed to watch movies. MP did not work before Covid to make money and now even less of a chance.
Did you even read the article? Watching movies online after first viewing online ads is the MoviePass service proposed by MoviePass. They may have a MoviePass theater ticket service too. $14,000 investment will easily be made back and costs o run the service. Your reasons are BS reasons.
I had many issues and so did others. Major reason why back hen they lost millions of subscribers. Which then lead to CHP 7. 14K sure but worthless since NMP will never work. They had everything going for them years ago and did not make money. Now with movie going way down due to covid. Now with chains having their own plans. MP has no chance. The buyer might try but going to just lose money. Just not market that used to be.
$14K for MoviePass is a no-brainer steal!
"Always had issues at box office" is false:
They paid too much. MP even when had everything going for it years ago. Always had issues at the box office etc. Why it lost millions of subscribers years ago.
How much was MoviePass worth in bankruptcy?
$14,000. Yup, that is all it was worth.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/moviepass-relaunches-ads-track-eyeballs-face-recognition/
"Late last year, Spikes bought his company back for just $14,000, according to the Wall Street Journal."
Even if the new MoviePass actually launches, it has nothing to do with HMNY, as it was bought from the company for the lowly $14K.
Someday 10 million shrs
I see .0005 printed. Baby steps
Lmao. That was great post.
Let c if we can print .0005 in the future. Gotta look at the past in order to c the future u guys.
Yes, because companies that file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and have all of their assets liquidated are just primed for a rebirth. Who exactly would be leading this charge? HMNY has no employees, no BOD, and no assets. It does have a bunch of debt though. So tell us, what magic is going to happen. Is there also a chance that American Motors is going to make a comeback?
I would like someday over 10 million shrs vol. Im sure someone will delete this post also.
Now on the next how to buy some shares of this stock hopefully they are figuring out a way to get pink current so shareholders can buy because I have no idea which exchange is trading without being pink current.
Probably saying this guys confused by using a golf term for stocks but I used the mulligan before hmny will get this second shot at success thats why i used the word.
SO THIS IS NOT PINK CURRENT -SO WHERE AND WHAT EXCHANGE CAN I BUY HMNY SHARES AS I HAVE LOOKED AT THE 22 YEAR PRICE HISTORICAL OF THIS STOCK AND THERE IS NO WAY EVEN BECAUSE ITS BANKRUPTCY CAN REMAIN AT THE PRICE IT IS TODAY TO MANY STOCK WARRANTS OUT THEY HAVE POSITION THERE SELF FOR SUCCESS WAY BEFORE BANKRUPTCY HAPPENS LOOK AT THE 10K 10 Q AND ALL THE MOVES THEY MADE BEFORE THE BANKRUPTCY I GOT A 1250.00 PRICE TARGET ON THIS STOCK THEY DONE PULLED A MULLIGAN HERE BY ACCIDENT.
I spoke with the Helios and Matheson Settlement Administrators. $8,250,000 set aside for shareholders who filed a timely claim. The designated allocation is just $2.87 per HMNY share, that is post (after) the 250 Reverse split. $2.87 / 250 = that the Court's designated $8.25M will pay out just $0.01148 cents per pre-reverse share.
If you filed a claim, and received a submitted claim confirmation number, you're likely good as a beneficiary. Award dispersement occurs 9-12 months after the prior claims submission deadline.
MoviePass is no longer related to Helios and Matheson, which is in final stages of bankruptcy proceeding that has already liquidated all Helios and Metheson (HMNY) assets. Per allowance from the Court, Stacy Spikes purchased the MoviePass asset from Helios and Matheson for under $250,000. MoviePass will be back. MoviePass is privately owned.
The creditor's may have issue with the Court's Order? LOL!
HMNY is in Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Automatic liquidation.
Not only will it never become "pink current", the stock will not survive much longer. Upon the conclusion of the bankruptcy, it will be cancelled and cease to trade entirely.
Guaranteed.
Stock cannot sustain 0.0004 because you can't buy shares until they become pink current no shareholders moving the stock.and they got a whole lot of sharez.
Who is the ceo of hmny that would answer a lot of questions because STACY SPIKES OWNS MOVIEPASS AS FAR I KNOW DONT QUOTE ON THAT THIS is a guess.but would be nice if HMNY WAS PINK CURRENT then we could buy some shares not able to do so until pink current.
Moviepass was sold in the court ordered liquidation. It is looking to relaunch, but it has absolutely nothing to do with HMNY from this point forward.
HMNY is dead, and the stock has no value of any kind as the creditors will not be paid the full amounts of what they are owed. Under bankruptcy law, that means the common stockholders will get nothing, and the stock will be cancelled.
LOL. Nothing to do for this company. MP sold. Trying same failed MP as before. LOL. At a time when nothing going for it like years ago. Fewer going to Movies. Probably still no one to call when problems at Theater. Back then Movie chains did not have their own monthly. Now they do. Did not make money when had everything going for it. Now not a chance.
There is a relaunch. Feb 10 event but doesn't look like there shares are involved.

Unless creditors paid 100%. They might have issue with that.
Bigstud, what does HMNY have of value that might drive this up? just curious.
Hey Packer, they did have to set aside I believe 8mil for the class action. I imagine a few pennies on the dollar, but I don't even thing they took me into the fold. got it put to me worst than Lyin Teds ladyboy! LOL
Since company is chp 7. Lawsuit is useless.
I applied to be on class action but heard nothing, so I assume I have been left out.
Delusional when chp 7. When halted that is why.
Just watch when this goes over a penny the naysayer will be out in FULL force. Scam , worthless, this is ch 7 worth nothing,it not coming back. buh , buh, and when 2¢ or..¢¢ still naysayer will say same thing. lol
You wouldn't understand anyway. You're right 17 trades with a net of $574.00 minus the $6.00 for each transaction paid a huge gain to 17 people. This is really going somewhere and fast.
Why in the heck would I ask my broker for certificates? I like them just where there at more easy to sell whenever I want to.Let not change the subject as we should just focus on when u said "There is nothing left" When someone made some money today so would u agree that is Something? Right!
Ask your broker for certificates. Do you really think you are buying anything. It's hot potatoe. Name the one company that exited chap 7 liquidation that has been liquidated. Just one.
Im saying is that enough over 500 bucks to pay for dinner at Red Lobster for party of 3 ? What I dont get this part(There is nothing left) if a person sold today and made over 500 buck and your saying is nothing left but when in reality there actually something. Nothing = 0 something = 574.00 So would u say your wrong?
Do you mean the 5 hundred and 47 dollars that was spent on shares today? $547.00 ? What exactly are you trying to say? And what exactly is everything? There is nothing left
Now is this enough to pay for everything?
