Hello, I'm a German shareholder of Healthsonix. After the SEC suspension Dieter Doederlein gave a PR and mentioned C. Winter, that two segments of HSXI have been sold to Innovative HS. Every shareholder of HSXI should receive a 0,6 IHSI share for his HSXI share to the right time. For me, the right time never come. C Winter told us now on phone, that there were never a deal like this. Can anyone update me, what happend indeed? HSXI was under SEC suspension, so I can't believe that nothing happend when the HSXI stock ran out and the company was disolved. Who has any information for me. There must be any shareholders in the USA, too!!! Regards Inrespecttodieterdoederlein
