HGAT right now I'm showing 5.8million shares out in one place.

Another: Shares Outstanding 6,015,000 a/o Nov 11, 2002

So I think we are clearly below 7 million Shares Out

Another factor to help determine how shares have influenced a symbol, too include shorting, etc.... is a one-year chart showing volume & A/D.

It's pretty clear to me HGAT has not been screwed with in simple term without going into a lot of detail.



So why is the above A/D at a negative 1.90million in line expanding for one year? Because it's in line with Shares Out.

A lot of the times with huge floats using the A/D doesn't make sense because our dearest MM/Group screw-ability.

Basically every things in line, a decent float, we can start from there.

HGAT looks clean from items we need to know before more information is provided.

I am looking for the full share structure though. Hopefully will get time to dig around today or tonight sometime. I did request the stockcharts listing as I saw it missing from there last night.

I do see that you reference low float. Do you actually know what the SS is and if so, could you send it to me. I've looked around Scottrade and do not find anything of substance as far as filings or news or anything. I suspect, realize, that you have found other information supporting an interest, but if it is going to run, there has to be some substance coming to light.

I did as you requested. Like I said on Friday. I saw some volume and bought at .01. The volume stopped and I thought I was screwed! Then, the sell off never came. Promising imho
