Take a peek at my prior post, they've added some bench strength to the board of directors within the last 6 months with big ties to the industry (no pun intended). Couple that with about 10 tweets over this past long weekend when there really hasn't been a tweet in 9 or 10 months including some tweets saying now is a good time to consider investing in their breakthrough technology. Let's just say I have my fingers and toes crossed that this goes far beyond the upper teens.. Gluck!
HITC has turned out to be a decent trade overall, with swings that one wouldnt necessarily expect. right now looking to sell if it continues to rise into and above the mid-teens, while also purchase on any pullback to .075 or below which could happen easily as it just did last week

Not sure who is selling but I do see an update on the HITC website today. There is a pic of Shayne Bench on there now and it looks like he is managing 135 skilled nursing facilities in 17 states.. bigger than we thought.
Also they have a new business partner listed with Signature Healthcare. They are another beast with 76 locations in 10 states.. I think we are getting closer to launch!

as I tried to pick up 10K at .11 on the ask, I was filled at .1093 leaving the .11 intact which tells me there is a seller there who wants to unload shares, so be it.
I noticed another 154k unrestricted added last week. Looks like this is the last of that batch coming out. Maybe 50 k left to sell. Providing a nice opportunity..

This low volume is confirmation that those who have been accumulating are not doing it for a quick pop. Time is the enemy for those left wanting an initial position or to add. The silence will not last forever. This will move up quickly and suddenly upon disclosure of progress. Imo.

The more I think about it the more it seems likely that this is a buyout / merger candidate. Virtually unknown… Awesome share structure, Intellectual property patent protected (pending), huge market with ease of scalability.. What more would one want?

The recurring revenue is virtually limitless after install.
The potential is staggering. $100-150 per bed, per facility per month. Facilities often average 30 beds, $125x 30x 12 months per year is $45000 per year for one facility. According to the most recent available data:

Looking at volume in the chart since the beginning of week 2 in October, I estimate over 1M shares of the total 4M float was locked up. The stock has traded more than the 1M but after you knock out a few flippers along the way I think the over 1M of the float is in stronger hands... What do you think?

I love the action today. It's funny how it was all very late in the day very similar to about a month ago on a Friday. Hoping they release an update soon to take take this to a whole other level. This could easily be a couple bucks with a couple announced deals. Strategically they're lining up some talent which is in the filings but no PR and no promotion. I'm hoping they have a day when trading exceeds a million shares or better. The price will explode with this puny little float. Good luck folks!

That's an impressive list and thanks for sharing. Can you imagine banking $100 to $150 per month per bed? That's what they are aiming for The numbers this could generate have massive potential. They just have to get in and yes those facilities would be a really good start for sure. Especially if this investment house owning all those facilities is now connected to HITC as noted in the filings last month. Cheers!

Fall monitoring is only the beginning for us. We are in R&D on a number of innovations which expand the capabilities of our in-room sensors to bring fully automated ambient ADLs to every facility complete with EMR integration, providing an exciting future product line-up for our current and future customers. This in-development product line will place us at the forefront of the future of healthcare: the at-home care space.
Building on our break-though AI vision used for fall detection we also have the ability to determine in-bed, out-of-bed, in-room, out-of-room, sitting, standing, walking and bathroom visits, which will combine to provide real-time Activities of Daily living dashboard reporting.
Having AI with the ability to analyze a senior candidly provides us with the opportunity to perform continual gait analysis which can be used to spot instability early before a fall occurs and recommend therapy, thus preventing falls before they happen.
Combining our gait analysis with a AI-measured timed-up-and-go, ambient vitals, the resident’s medical history and knowledge of change in medication will provide a robust fall risk predictor, which we are currently developing.
Utilizing our breakthrough ambient sensing technology we anticipate soon being able to continually measure the resident’s core temperature, heart rate, respiration rate, pulse ox and even blood pressure, all without attaching any sensors to the resident.
We are feeding all of our data into an integrated dashboard for use by the facility admin and nursing staff to provide them with a single-point of reporting and diagnostics, packaging our ADLs, ambient vitals and fall risk predictors into a single interface for easy consumption, analysis and reporting.
We are anticipate supporting HL7 and FHIR integration so that our data will automatically update into the EHR of the resident’s physicians.
