Dr. Dent, I see not much new and so far we are still moving backwards in share price plus what in the world is our present business plan since nothing to date seems to work? What happen to the great AI technology talk or was that a bunch of BS. Do we even have a real business plan or was all this to set up for retirement with rolling all the past corporations into HLYK? I mean you did this same act years ago and it worked for shareholders but doesn't look good to date.

I still think they had hoped for a deal with Athena Health before it was bought out.

No clue.. it's either a group accumulating just enough to peak interest in getting others to buy then selling slowly to take profits or as others have said somebody knows something.

The "somebody knows something" is typically BS.

I did get back in around .06 on the way down so I feel pretty good but not as good as getting in around 4 if I had waited.

This just posted on YF tells the whole story . . . Cash has disappeared and bills are building up fast while revenues continue to be major disappointment. It is no wonder that shares are down 97% from over $1.20 to 3 cents. All technical and fundamental indicators are strongly signaling continued decline to sub penny in the near future. Will be years and massive dilution in order to even contemplate digging out of this hole. HLYK is a very clear and very strong SELL while there is still 3 cents left to salvage. New and well-known ineffective PR ProActive for their PR is only hurting. They are expensive, have way too many clients to be able to help and single one. Another very bad decision on management's part.

I think they should give themselves more stock for this unraveling of value. It took a great deal of decision making to run this into the ground. Nice job guys!!!

You are 1000% correct. This company has never executed on anything. It was originally sold to investors as an app to compete against ZocDoc. When that failed they changed their model and began acquiring practices to pad their top line. The multiple they paid has been ridiculous and Dent has no clue of what he is doing. Anyone with 6 months of investing experience will recognize the manipulation they do just prior to pricing their deals.
Do t k ow why anyone would own shares of this. The company doesn’t come close to qualifying for an uplisting and a class action should be filed against the comps and the CFO for peddling that lie.

There's no doubt in my mind that these guys don't give a rat's ass about investors or us. They picked the absolute worst time to invoke the S-1. They used one of the worst offenders to sell their offerings. I mean, why not just kick me.

I hope they are really proud of what they have done and are doing. Once again, I can't imagine what their friends think that have been bamboozled out of their money?

It just goes to show you, there are no companies on the OTC that can be trusted. As I researched this company before I bought over two years ago, it looked like I was getting something special or a great opportunity with this ticker. Now I feel the pain of getting others involved who have lost most of their investment.

Just my two cents as that's about where this stock is going in my opinion.

I did too but this sure has turned into a stinker. CFO touted in at least two quarterlies they were anticipating uplisting to Nasdaq and that's why I stayed in this investment. It now appears they have nothing and they have reported nothing of significance. Looks to me they screwed their friends who bought in at .52 and now have sold their souls with an S-1 filing so they can raise their salaries. Big POS in my opinion.
