4. OTCM states it’s not a shell. The facts show HESG is EM, no active business operations, no disclosures nor significant assets since 2012 - $1200 cash on hand in 2012, Inactive SOS for a decade, stockholder’s deficit of approximately -$10M. The attorney who wrote their last Opinion letter has been disbarred.

It would be “odd” to post about George Sharp on the HESG board since this isn’t a GS thread - HESG is the topic, I’m sure you can find a thread to discuss Sharp if that’s your interest.

Are you thinking of buying HESG? I believe you can if Canadian. I’d suggest more thorough DD - HESG has a sordid history, the shell is tainted. Promoters made a couple of fake websites to pump it, but were wiped with exposed. The CEO was charged with Fraud, Twice. He was put under house arrest as well. Their attorney is disbarred, the SOS has been inactive for going on a decade. How honest does that sound to you? The OTC has a history of taking players money. There’s a white paper that tells you how much the average penny stock player loses, check it out. It has a plethora of interesting facts, give it a read.

How are HOMU & CACH working out? They are both EM as well.
