HAYN 71.25, +0.25, +0.4%) the Kokomo, Ind., developer of alloys for application in aerospace, gas turbines, and chemicals processing, priced its initial public offering of 2.1 million common shares at $65 each. The company had planned to offer the shares at $61 to $64 each. The company is selling 1.1 million shares and certain holders are selling 1 million. Haynes said it will use its portion of the funds to pay down debt. J.P. Morgan Securities is book-running manager for the offering.
