GeckoSystems has no relationship to HHGI or Haraburda. George MacLeod referred GeckoSystems to Big Apple to set them up for his con, but they failed to do proper DD in the International Shoe RM and I've now learned that Big Apple got ripped off too.

Anyone who was involved in this transaction would be fully aware of this and the fact that GeckoSystems finally went public through FINRA 15c-211. There is no relationship between HHGI and Haraburda and GeckoSystems.

GeckoSystems is a valid business enterprise that operated for nine years as a private company before even attempting to go public.

go hhgi and last year my brother pasted away on new years day so that's when HHGI started to run big time was flipping for the 1 few mo's last year it stopped running and having pop's around the 5th mo and then the 6 mo they did a R/S and has not done much tell 2 mo's ago it has had a few pop's .over 100% to 200% then after the pop's it drop's bad so don't hold long here if you play this one for now get .in and out fast tell it starts running i got my bids in for low shares i'll be playing them pop's i'm talking about go HHGI .i've made money this year i have not lost faith on the pop's coming soon..

All the event planning and party services are fully operational as advertised. The Company has announced the submersible services, but as of yet these services are unavailable, as the submarines are currently undergoing their shake down to determine what, if any, changes need to be made to ensure compliance with all safety regulations. If you had 1M shares before the R/S, you now have 1000. Then they issued 675,000,000 more shares. So you would own 1000 out of 675,000,000 shares! Basically, they robbed shareholders with a pen vs. a knife! Why would anyone invest here?

I know the are not making millions however maybe the are doing just well enough to actually become profitable. made pretty good money in 2011 reduced the debt tremendously albeit with share dilution. On May 16, 2011, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation by reversing the number of common shares issued and outstanding to 1 for 1000 common shares held, and preserving the authorized common shares at 5 billion with no change in par value. The effective date of the amendment was June 20, 2011; and the reverse split reduced the common issued and outstanding from 2,616,690,310 to 2,616,691.

1. The Company issued 394,476,859 common shares in the fourth quarter, which were issued to reduce debt the principal and interest of the Convertible Promissory Note to Kaleidoscope, bringing the unpaid principal and interest to $525,621.
2. In June the Company made effective a 1 for 1000 common share negative dividend reducing only the issued and outstanding shares of the Company as of June 20, 2011. Since the effective date it has issued a total of 675,391,637 common shares. In the third quarter of 2011, the Company issued 280,914,778 common shares including an award of restricted stock to the officers and directors totaling 104,121,500 and the balance was to debt reduction.

So basically, the shareholders prior to the R/S went from owning 100% of the company to owning .39%! But don't fret for the officers and directors... they issued themselves 280,914,778 shares after the R/S!

Why would anyone invest in a company that just destroyed their shareholders on purpose?
