Hat Trick Beverage Inc. Announces Termination of Proposed Cold Beverages Division Project
12/9/2008
Hat Trick Beverage Inc. has announced the termination of its agreement for a 'Cold Beverages Division' and association with Mr. Lawrence Twombly, of Encinitas, California. The company had previously entered into a certain agreement with Mr. Twombly, where amongst other things, Twombly would operate Pumped Fitness, Road Kill, Dos Lagos, Super Buzz and Buzzy's Coffee on a profit type arrangement. The company was very forward thinking and upward mobile in its hopes and aspirations that this profit sharing arrangement would exceed $200,000.00 per annum. However, because of economic and other circumstances, and because no profits had been generated under the agreement, on November 10, 2008, Hat Trick by letter to Mr. Twombly terminated its association with him.

TORONTO, Dec. 9 (2008) /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Hat Trick Beverages, Inc. (HKBV) has announced the termination of its agreement for a "Cold Beverages Division" and association with Mr. Lawrence Twombly, ofEncinitas, California.
The Company had previously entered into a certain agreement with Mr. Twombly, where amongst other things, Twombly would operate Pumped Fitness, Road Kill, Dos Lagos, Super Buzz and Buzzy's Coffee on a profit type arrangement
"Things did not work out as expected," Hat Trick CEO Sender Vaiser said in a prepared statement. "We had hoped to take advantage of the association with Mr. Twombly to develop a Cold Beverages Division for Hat Trick. However, we have undergone a change of direction and Hat Trick at this time has decided not to move forward in the marketing of cold beverages. We have informed Mr. Twombly that he is free to market these cold beverages on his own, but Hat Trick will not be a part of those efforts and will not in any way be associated with those efforts. We wish Mr. Twombly all the best, but our immediate focus at Hat Trick, at least for the time being, will be to move in another direction."

I suppose there's always a chance it could become a shell and be bought by a profitable firm. Did you see the pps go to .0002 two days ago?
Pigs can fly you know.
This stock is dead. Any chance for a revival ?
Trading volume twice within a week? Has the trading restriction been lifted?
Wow! trading today! UP 100% What gives? Anyone want my 2 million shares? <:O)
It's certain Twombly didn't go quietly, and it would not be surprising to hear of further repercussions from that event, repercussions unpleasant for all those concerned. After all, Hat Trickster Twombly knows where the bodies are buried.
HA HA HA HA ! GOOD!
What Canadian firm...What did they do with the shell...Why did they buy it?
janice&all: If you're wondering what happened to Hat Trick Beverage, the Hall of Fame Beverages (HFBG) website finally gives the answer.(1) Ex Hat Trick (HKBV) CEO Lawrence "Buzzy" Twombly, of course, is now CEO of Hall of Fame Beverages which, parenthetically, mirrors Hat Trick history via mammoth pump/dump backed by dubious claims.(2) As we know, the SEC hammered Hat Trick Beverage for false and misleading claims.(4) History has a nasty way of repeating itself.
Excerpt (1)(3)
"In 2005 Mr. Twombly went on to launch Hat Trick Beverage, a publicly traded Beverage Company, along with his design partner Mark Hammill, they developed innovative brands such as Pumped Fitness. Hat Trick Beverage was sold to a Canadian firm in 2008." (1)(3)

HA! I'll check that out too. Maybe I can unload my HKBV shares there <:O) ROTFLMAO
Janice: FYI "Hat Trick" Twombly has moved his game pieces to Hall of Fame Beverages (q.v.). The same M.O. in place; shills abound aplenty; over a billion shares to dump. It might amuse and enrage you to check it out.

You'll need to go to toronto to sue them.

Hat Trick Beverage, Inc.
At Hat Trick Beverage Company we are passionate about providing quality beverages to distributors nationwide. We are focused on giving distributors the support they need for all of us (the manufacturer, distributor, and storeowner) to be a success. The Hat Trick family of beverages includes:
Dos Lagos: Traditional Mexican juice drinks that are just like homemade. Dos Lagos is aimed at the growing Latino and Hispanic community.
Vital V2o: A healthy vitamin enriched, zero calorie, zero carbohydrate, with no sugar added line of Vitality Waters. These colorful drinks are a healthier choice then other vitamin H2os. It’s great to get the vitamins, but who needs all of that added sugar?
Buzzy’s Coffee: Flavored canned coffee drinks. The rich smooth Espresso and the sweet Carmel is a great way for the person on the go to get a tasty kick in the middle of the day.
Is there any recent news of anything happening with HKBV, in the past six months? I can't see anything yet but I'm looking and talking.Regards,CaptD.
HKBV did have a 'stop trade' some time back. That has been resolved and as time and money permits this will come into play again. We believe the stock was beat-up and complaints filed for 'disinformation'. That too has been addressed and wil be overcome soon.Regards,CaptD.( as I remember it from history.)
