Value Of HHSE Infrastructure
Excluding the HHSE Film Library, the company has other assets in the form of Infrastructure. Including Warehouse, Land, Inventory (DVD, Blu-ray, Books) and others. I do believe their offices are leased.
The HHSE Q4 Balance Sheet shows Assets - Liabilities of (8.1M - 3.4M) = $4.7M
Or HHSE Infrastructure ~ $0.01 Per HHSE Share.
Here are a couple PR's about some of HHSE Infrastructure/Assets:

I agree. FANTASTIC MANAGEMENT...Very shareholder-friendly and caring...and why should they not? They are the majority owners of common shares...just like the rest of us...our interests are perfectly aligned with theirs. Longs put their faith in this superior and ethical management team while critcs and shorts put their faith in a a temporarily downward manipulator of the stock...
Shefte felt that this action was better than any other form of financing that would require the issuance of additional shares, whereas the share count stays the same under this plan. Shefte described the current sales trajectory for the Company as being on target for a 100% revenue achievement year-over-year (2012 over 2011) and the current audit schedule for the Company, both of which indicate that a portion of the voluntarily forfeited shares of Parkinson and Shefte are likely to be earned back and re-issued to them in 2013. Shefte described this action as the preferred means of generating financial relief for the two principal managers
HHSE Film Library Per Share Value
The HHSE $24.3M Film Library Valuation Report came out March 18, 2011. Yet, in the Q4 Financials HHSE used the figure $22,315,337.
The Company removed from the Library Valuation four titles that were discontinued during 2011. However, the Company has not added back into the Library report any valuation estimates for the twelve new titles acquired during 2011, which could add significantly to this asset item. The Company is in the process of having the Film Library Re-Evaluated, I assume it will be a component of the coming Audit.
FINANCIAL REPORT COVERING THE HANNOVER HOUSE FILM LIBRARY VALUATION - March 18, 2011:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=TDGI&id=45983
HHSE owns the Film Library free and clear so it is an asset. Calculating a per share value is rather simple.
$22.3M / 476.5M O/S = .047
HHSE Film Library = $0.047 Per HHSE Share
So HHSE has a Liquidation Value of $0.047 per share. Theoretically, even if HHSE stopped business today, its Library could be sold for around $0.047 per share.
This has nothing to do with E.P.S., it is strictly a separate Asset Value. On the Q4 Balance Sheet, HHSE has twice the Assets of Liabilities (8.1M - 3.4M) so the .047 stands and then some. In plain English, IF HHSE stopped business today, they could theoretically sell their Film Library for $0.047 per share. Making HHSE at $0.0315 an undervalued and virtually risk free investment.

OUTSTANDING LEGAL FIND AGAINST ERIC PARKINSON SAM!!!
ROLMFAO!!! And ongoing, lol!!!
Your brilliant HHSE is superseding the norm HHSE DD displayed here Sam, kudos and excellent find! Beside the +$2.5M judgement, here is the part I am laughing about the most, hehehe:
Therefore, in spite of the broad language of the trial courts judgment, it did not dismiss the action against Plaza Entertainment or Parkinson.
too funny, but good solid factual HHSE DD SAM! WAY TO GO!!! More good stuff to post daily for potential HHSE newbies, this is important info.

Average Entertainment Industry P/E = 24.08
HHSE has been profitable every Quarter in its two year existence. Growing profits in 2011 by 246%. Therefore, HHSE should at least have an average industry price multiple. (Because of consistent and above average growth, one could argue for much higher multiple).

Excellent point(s), HHSE DD as usual. MM

False/misleading unless verified by link, provide
link. I know Warren B. did not state this regarding HHSE...oooops, nice try though.
While have audited financials will help immensely for credibility and allow news and info to have larger effect, there is more than enough actual information and product to make an estimate on their value and know that the stock is extremely undervalued here
Buffet does not buy pink sheet companies with management teams that can not deliver on an audit that they have been promising their shareholders for two years.
In regards to valuation, you are kidding yourself if you believe that you can assign a valuation to a company that does not have financials.
Yeah, sure...keep watching, you'll find it...HHSE has a solid business,
is undervalued & growing. The business model is spectacular for the
sector & as a pink. The market correction is coming, keep listening
to the Buffett-MAN!!

I LOVE THIS SIDE OF THE TRADE!!!!
Wow so Warren Buffet actually says "Hannover House"? This is huge. Do you know at what minute mark he mentions their name?
"YOU WANT TO FOCUS ON THE WHAT, NOT THE WHEN!" That says it all fellow investors! We have the WHAT, were just waitin' on the WHEN! GO HSSE!!!

Listen to an old pro Warren Buffet:
I like how Warren Buffet puts "timing" in the stock market especially as it
relates to HHSE price/value:
"If you are right about the 'what' [business], then you don't have
to worry about the 'when'. Timing has always been & will continue to be
the tricky part of the endeavor: But I focus on owning a wonderful
business"
Warren uses Coca Cola as an example. Shares became available for $40/share
in 1919. A year or so later they were down over 50% to $19/share
& now if someone held that one share, & reinvested the dividends of
that one share it would be worth $5,000,000.00

7). ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OFFICER SHARE MATURATION – Shefte led a discussion regarding the restricted (144) Management Shares that both Parkinson and Shefte received in January, 2010 under the stock-for-stock swap acquisition of Truman Press, Inc., by Target Development Group, Inc. The Management shares were restricted for twelve (12) months, but have been maintained as fully restricted by Parkinson and Shefte for twenty-seven (27) months thus far. Under the advice of counsel, and in respect that both officers have been deferring all or most of their salaries, Shefte described this action as the preferred means of generating financial relief for the two principal managers and file the required documents and disclosures to enable each of them the opportunity to sell a portion of their restricted stock in the Company during the next 90-days. Gee, I sure do love this side of the trade, lol!
HHSE
Yeah a reason to squeeze shorts & gobble up sub-$0.03's. The ONLY DD
folks need to do here is discern if there is value in the company
that is NOT expressed in the pps. The ANSWER for me is an unabashed:
YES THERE IS great upside value here...so I BUY!!!
I LOVE THIS SIDE OF THE TRADE!!!
HHSE is an UNDERVALUED, Well-Accumulated, Technically &
FUNDAMENTALLY SUPERIOR Table-Pounding BUY!!!
Maybe the company is laying off the PR's in order to save money for the audit. Could be the reason why we see constant facebook news IMO
It was stated in a PR that this is being manipulated. So all newbies and potential buyers should be very careful. IMHO
I would stay away from a stock that is being manipulated. No one wants to buy at these levels because it is being manipulated. IMHO
Ok, thanks. I had heard the same.
I heard that was to happen a couple weeks ago. But no word since.
I suggest you call and or email Eric F. Parkinson he seems to be on top of this.
in your opinion is that huge 40000 shares manipulating the pps up or down? what with such a huge 1200 dollar buy. i know i have had a buy order in all afternoon and no one will sell to me. what a bummer.
Anyone know if the MM for HHSE has started yet? Thanks
Excellent news!
Chops, one of these days I'm going to come on this site and the price will have soared to unbelievable heights! That day will come and I believe it will be somewhere between now and audit release! GO HSSE!!!
Will do, but DD is screaming BUY at these prices....
This is being manipulated so be very very careful dood.
Nice update. Eric is continuing to build this house. This stock will make happy shareholders this year.

Theatrical Release Date: April 6, 2012 Originally produced in the Czech language, the animated film is set in a magical world of toys and knick-knacks stored in the attic of a home in Prague. Following the symbolism of the Cold War era that impacted Barta and the Czech Republic, the world of the attic is divided into the land of happy toys in the West and the land of evil in the East. The despotic Head of State rules over the evil empire of the East with a band of sinister minions, insects and rotted vegetables. When the lovely Buttercup is kidnapped and held prisoner by The Head, it is up to her friends - a teddy bear (Whitaker), a mechanical mouse (Cusack) and marionette puppet (Elwes) - to cross the international boundary and attempt their daring rescue. The Czech language version has won several film festivals, including the New York International Children's Film Festival, the Sitges Festival and Anima Basauri Festival. Forest Whitaker, Joan Cusack and Cary Elwes will provide the voices for the US theatrical release. IMDb: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2154003 | Trailer to be posted soon. |

TURTLE: THE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY
Asalto Al Cine
Asalto Al Cine has been nominated for at least one Ariel award. A somber but engaging, powerful examination of four Mexico City teenagers whose self-destructive tendencies speak volumes about the failing social systems surrounding them. There's a moment in the film when the main character, Negus (Gabino Rodríguez), is drawing up detailed schematics of the local megaplex cinema with an engineer's precision. His friend Chale (Juan Pablo de Santiago) has tried getting into the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Their friend Sapo (Ángel Sosa) is a gifted hip-hop musician. At night, they are graffiti artists, their tour de force a richly detailed mural that fuses traditional Mexican and urban artistic styles. Yet the three friends, along with La Chata (Paulina Avalos), are bored, apathetic teenagers who spend most of their waking moments getting high and loitering aimlessly around Mexico City's gritty Guerrero neighborhood. It's a poignant dichotomy in Ira Gómez Concheiro's feature-length directorial debut, The Cinema Hold Up, a movie that's less about a heist and more an indictment of the failing social apparatuses that leave young, intelligent Mexicans without the means to constructively develop their talents. The Spanish-language, Sundance title, "ASALTO AL CINE" will open Feburary 17, 2012. Hannover House will release "Asalto Al Cine" in top markets across the country, including an initial launch into New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston,Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Diego and Denver. |

Made in the USA: Corporate Greed, Tax Laws and the Exportation of America's Future Best selling author Barr McClellan presents an extensively researched analysis of the negative impact the exportation of manufacturing jobs overseas has had on the U.S. economy, and how this has fueled the current economic crisis. Over the past eight years, corporate tax loopholes have rewarded companies for exporting jobs while a total suspension of regulations and oversight facilitated an orgy of fiscal irresponsibility. Over 3.2-million manufacturing jobs were lost in the USA, exported to other countries and undermining the very foundation of our economy. McClellan presents a solid case for encouraging the purchase of products made in the USA, as a solution to restoring our nation's economic health. Researched and compiled over a five year period, McClellan accurately predicted all of the major economic events of the past two years, including the mortage meltdown, the stock market collapse and the government's need for emergency measures. Economic recovery for the USA can be quickly achieved, McClellan states, if preference is given to made in the USA products by a majority of Americans for their everyday consumer purchases. Buying USA and locally produced merchandise revitalizes the economy through a multiplier effect that counter-balances the negative impact of every exported dollar. Made in the USA is an insightful and hopeful study of how the average American consumer has the power to protect their own jobs, their local economy and the entire nation through responsible consumerism. McClellan argues that short-sighted business practices, often fueled by special tax credits that actually incentivize the outsourcing of jobs overseas, are ultimately self-defeating in their weakening of the U.S. consumer base that these same companies depend on to buy products.
Blood, Money & Power: How L.B.J. Killed J.F.K. Ever since John F. Kennedy was assassinated there has been no shortage of conspiracy theories. Most take one or two minor pieces of evidence and build it into a full-blown theory. Rarely has someone with inside information come forward with a detailed theory. Barr McClellan has had that access to inside information as a member of the legal firm of Edward A. Clark that represented Lyndon B. Johnson's private as well as public needs. Being privy to this information and having access to individuals who were charged with protecting the president as well as promoting his agenda has lead him to the conclusion that when you follow all the details, ultimately L.B.J. and his lust for power are what lead to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Perhaps the most fascinating part of McClellan's book is his insight into the real Lyndon B. Johnson and his associates. McClellan provides a thorough background and history of Johnson from his early years through his presidency. The evidence presented is not conclusive, however it does provide enough of a convincing argument to show that it is not only a possibility, but totally consistent with the personalities, histories, and desires of the people involved. "Blood, Money & Power" is a highly recommended read for anyone interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination.
Sacred Prey Available at Amazon.com now! Hardcover
Quietus Vivian Schilling (Author) A plane crash in the White Mountains of New Hampshire sets in motion this ambitious though woefully overlong ghost story by screenwriter/novelist Schilling (Sacred Prey). Interior designer Kylie O'Rourke and her husband, Jack, are among the few survivors of the doomed flight. While still in the air, Kylie glimpses a raven on the wing of the plane, a sight that is followed by a series of ever stranger events. Though rescuers discover the survivors trapped in the wreckage, Kylie recalls wandering the icy mountainside along with other passengers including Jack and her best friend, Amelia after the crash, but they were not alone. Kylie is convinced her memories are real, yet neither Amelia nor Jack share them, and her psychologist attributes the frightening visions to post-traumatic stress and morphine-induced hallucinations. As Kylie tries to resume a normal life in Boston, the tragedy continues to plague her. She keeps seeing a raven with human eyes and she believes she's being followed by the awful presences that she first glimpsed on the mountain. An old murder case and some ancient mythology are thrown in for good measure. To top it off, her relationship with Jack starts faltering, and the people closest to her are dropping dead. Schilling has crafted a complex and creepy thriller, but it contains too many digressions medical, psychological, religious to make it a real page-turner. National print, radio and cable TV advertising; multicity author tour. (Jan. 22)Forecast: The publisher appears willing to put a lot of marketing muscle behind what is basically an Anne Rice novel with fewer goth trappings, so it could find a good-size audience despite its daunting length. Boardinghouse Stew BOARDINGHOUSE STEW is set in a seedy, down-at-heel boardinghouse in Sacramento, California in 1943.
