It's not a type of activity that the ordinary Joe should partake in. I'm just giving a warning. It takes very good DD if someone wants to try this type of trading style. It's definitely not recommended for people who constantly need comfort or reassurance.

Like I said, brokerages can choose who they want or don't want to do business with. They will ask as many questions as needed. And I'm unaware of the determining qualifications.

i use a canadian broker. Few can buy in states through discount broker ask lime think he can pm you the broker but you have to pay more fees.

Thanks for the explanation. I has CIV* since 2021. Had it run for 3-4x and did not sell hoping for bigger gain. Then it went dead for quite sometime. I like the idea making multiple x. You just need a few of thise to cover for some non performing ones :)

It's a huge risk at this point. I'm going into this with money I expect to lose and money that I don't need. It's also a liability. There are monthly fees and aux fees. If this turns to no bid and sits forever, I get stuck with a lifetime liability. I love a gamble and a risk, but it's not for everyone. What we know is that the CEO is still active, so at this point the odds are in shareholders' favors.
