Absolutely, the battle has been intense and YES, something heavy of value is in it. Some of the bashers were related to some of the characters involved with the lawsuits. Other forces interest is to take SB out of the race in order to take over. This shell as-is it is worth millions of dollars if a private company decides to buy in as a short cut to bigger indexes.
