MNEI r/m update


MNEI talked to transfer agent yesterday and they gave me the number of the lawyer handling the r/m a Mr. Richard Cutler in Atlanta Georgia. 706-737-6600

He was not able to give insider info! I am expecting a pr of some sort in the near future. A week or two. Until then I am accumulating and hunting down Crawford Shaw. This could be a nice under the radar RM. Considering every shell stock is getting pumped as a r/m I am amazed this one is slipping through the cracks when an actual r/m is occurring. Once again a buying opp that I fully intend of taking advantage of.

Any help with the finding of Crawford shaw would be great. I'll call him get me a number.

A few things to note... RSDS has been run a couple of times buy MOMO groups which has influence the price movement over the past few months. Recently, the stock price has been languishing on very low volume at a all time bottom price of .0004 to .0006. Most of the more dedicated RSDS investors I am familiar with have been accumulating on the dips. My guess is the stock is fairly tightly held.

I personally have been adding shares since March of this year. My impression of the CEO is that he is tight lipped for the most part, not particularly shareholder friendly, at least towards ihubbers, but has been fairly transparent in communication. He has mostly delivered as promised in his PR's. Not perfect, but a lot better than most pennies. He's done a pretty good job at accumulating a nice portfolio of seemingly decent uranium properties, which leads me to share one of the biggest reasons I and a few others put a fair chunk of money into this company. That is the valuation statement the company released earlier this year for the original 54 claims --

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Russell Industries, Inc. (RSDS.PK) reports the following update regarding its proven and probable reserves. When extrapolating the preliminary report from Edge Consulting in December 2006 and information obtained by the Atomic Energy Commission dating back to February and June 1955 the geo-statistical estimation of reserves with underground mining, estimated reserves from the Russell Industries 54 claim group would be 2 - 20 million pounds of Uranium (U308) with an average grade of .27% and a cutoff of .10%. An additional benefit of this area is the high content of Vanadium within the ore. Based on historical records, shipping records and samples, the average Vanadium content is 2 - 3%. The current market price for Uranium is $71.00 per pound and $20.00 for Vanadium. The extrapolation of these parameters indicates the range of ore in the claims to have a value range in excess of $38,340,000. The Company is being encouraged to further testing which will require costly extensive mining, sampling and testing. "We are encouraged with the preliminary reports and will evaluate our options over the next 90 days," Rick Berman, President.

The last I remember seeing, the current price of Uranium was around $105 per pound which would further enhance the valuation mentioned above.

Russell Industries, Trophy Resources and American Uranium Mining Co. (a recently added separately held subsidiary of Russell) have elected to engage two independent geologists to issue (NI) 43-101 compliant reports to establish economic valuation of the underlying assets. The companies also plan to explore the possibility of oil, natural gas and coal bed methane on the group's independent holdings in San Juan Basin, Utah. The CEO of Russell state that the results of the (NI) 43-101's should be released before the end of this year.

Personally, I think the trilogy of these 3 companies is key to the future success of the whole. By combining their resources and expertise, I feel the chance for significant results has increased and as yet has not been realized in the share price of Russell Industries, or Trophy for that matter.

In concluding, if the results of the NI 43-101 support the original opinion expressed about the valuation of the properties, we may well see a serious and sustain uptick in RSDS's share price. I'm looking for .01 - .05 cents in the next 12 months or less if all falls into place. Short term I believe there will be resistance at the .001 - .0011 level and again at the .0015 range. If the shares remain tightly held as I think they are, and if there has been some serious "neked shorting", which I think there has...we could see a tremendous move past .0015, imo.

The key ingredients I like about RSDS

1. The company has already claimed "Proven" reserves and are validating this as I write this.

2. The company has purchased drilling equipment as a part of this validation process and using it now.

3. Any ore available to mine can be taken and sold to a facility that is approximately 30 miles from many of the claims. Thus, the chance to start producing some revenues.

4. The market cap for RSDS is around $1 mil. If the proven claims are what they are, we are talking about $60 - $70 mil on the first 54 claims alone in asset value.

5 Uranium is growing rapidly as a commodity of interest. The price for ore has grown tremendously the past year, and looks like the future holds more. RSDS is about as cheap a Uranium play out there, especially when you look at what they might have.

Please realize I am very long on this stock, I am not an expert, I caution you to do your own dd, I am biased because of my interest and I am only sharing my own honest opinion based on my fairly broad experience from eyeballing this company over the past 5 months. ALL investments have risk, and this one is no different.
