(HISC) announced today that its Audit is now complete, and the Company will now submit its application to the NASD for its up list to the Bulletin Board. Homeland Integrated Security Systems' audit was completed for 2003 and 2004, while posting a Net Profit for the second consecutive quarter.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' financial statements, for the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries, were prepared by Traci J. Anderson, CPA, who has served as the independent auditor for the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003. Representatives of Ms. Anderson's firm are expected to be present at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting, and will have the opportunity to make a statement. Nice posts KOOK and sky; thoughtful. Got to appreciate that kind of input.

Constant questioning will always be a function of bb's and sometimes you get really good takes to create better understanding. Each poster has their own skills and outlook.

The future is good for the Cyber Tracker. Excellent technology with the onboard computer being built in, the 'direct connect' feature, durable and, portable. Priced fairly in regards to the niche and competition. It's all good.

As far as CEO Frank Moody. Yes, I've made light by calling him the Velvet Hammer, but make no mistake in thinking I do it in jest. I mean it as a compliment.

Sales efforts and CEOing aside, this guy appears to me to be a man of good character and qualities. And I believe that decent people are attracted to that kind of person, so, in essence, it is a very positive factor in the company development.

As like attracts like, so goes the accumulation of positive energy surrounding the entire enterprise, as the positive momentum moves us forward to successful accomplishments. JMOVHO.

A technical charting question: Recently I posted that I had seen the William's % change in a strengthening turn. I asked if anyone else had seen it. One of you posted the graphing which did not show it. Looking deeper, I realized that Ameritrade shows the William's % at 10 day default. The posted graphing that some of you post are using the 14 day. My point: Is there benefits or disadvantages using one or the other? I would appreciate your experienced opinion.

The Navicom GPS Personal Locator

It doesn't appear as though their target audience extends beyond North America based on their info.

On their website, they state that it updates continually. Notice that there is no mention of the word "interval" so I question the validity of that particular claim. It would seem to me that if their "interval" was more frequent than the C.T., they would have stated the interval frequency. If the updates were continual, the profit margin would decrease based on the additional equipment necessary to handle massive amounts of data and storage from every unit sold, indefinitely. (My systems engineer perspective).

This is just a guess but this statement below seems more likely be for an introductory offer or they don't have near the functionality that the C.T. has:
"The Navicom GPS Personal Locator is available directly through Navicom with retail pricing around $489, which includes an unlimited usage fee."

Having said all that, they are definitely competing with HISC in North America but requires more DD to ascertain the true scope of functionality.

Ton's of representatives are going to be there from every facet of security conscious companies and agencies.

A chance to showcase the product is exactly what HISC needs for the Cyber Tracker. You can't make sales w/o exposure and this is a MAJOR show and tell situation for getting orders.

As far as trading range we are in, people who got in on the ground floor should be most pleased that it is hanging in at .079 and better. Some people already made a bundle on HISC. Don't know how much more you could ask for until the product proves itself worthy of use and purchase by companies, agencies, and the public sector.

If it hits, well, Ba-Da-Boom! Next run, no problem. New PPs levels will undoubtedly occur.

BTW, spoke with Mark Jablon for 24 minutes finally this a.m.
Since the list of questions is lengthy, I will be faxing and emailing them to him. Do to business protocol of not telling one group and telling the other, it will remain to be seen what we can expect in reply.
