possible play? Probable fraud
It's not a "possible play" its called a "pump and dump." Why in gods name would anyone buy a stock even at 3 cents a share when GWS only had 13,000 in assets and 3 million in liabilities (and probably more now)? YOU KEEP IGNORING THIS POINT.
Oh, yea, people should buy because of some trumped up “press release” story that people are PAID to publish. All your describing is setting up some bogus "press release" probably coming soon where volume goes up, the price goes up a bit, and the insiders dump more stock and stick the money in their pockets and leave a lot of stuck bagholders. A play for you and your friends that lasts weeks or days, not an investment. Stock fraud.
Again, NO ONE would lend to a “company” with those financials. Period. NO ONE would do business with them. If they SAY someone is doing business, I dare them to prove it. With those financials its all BS.
My objective? Simple. Buy good stocks, avoid bad stocks and call out people on boards telling lies and BS to the public. Yours??
Ever read this from the pinksheets site about GWSC?
Pink Sheets No Information includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky.
"Stock can move upward very easily-and that is what I'm here for" sounds like your hired by GWS to sit here and talk about how good the stock is, ignoring pesky things like money and numbers. Face it, you either are paid to lie here or you have inside information and then are a criminal as are all the people trading on your “advice”.
You know insider trading is a crime, right?
Ever read this stuff from the pinksheets site?
If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. Violators of these laws are subject to civil and criminal penalties.
What is insider trading?
Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security.
Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if that person is "aware" of the material nonpublic information at the time of the purchase or sale.
Affiliates, insiders, relatives, or other persons in possession of material information should use extreme caution when buying or selling securities on the basis of material information, particularly in securities where the company is not making adequate current information publicly available as a matter of practice.
Oh and again thanks for the suggestion about looking at the histories of the GWSC people involved, I found alot of nasty stuff. Stay tuned.
Thanks for the advise, already have a bit ago and trying to average down to make a profit here, what is your goal?
GWSC has nothing.
Read my prior posts. Read the WPNV and GWSC financials, no matter how old. GWSC in its last SEC filing claimed assets of 13,000 and nearly 3 million in liabilities. Many lawsuits and judgments. GWSC has no ability to do any "opportunity." These people are frauds, they are trying to suck you into a pump so they can dump and take you rmoney. Don't buy into it.
With some support GWSC has a legitimate chance of making some positive progress with the Flagstaff project. This could be the start of something great!
Maybe if and when it reaches the 52wk high, we can get out of this one!!!
New WPNV deal smells like fraud.
GWSC hasn’t got any employees, any assets, any revenue, any financial reports, it got kicked off the bulletin board for failing to file SEC reports, it lost its office and on its last report it was millions in debt and had a ton of judgments against it. It’s never “developed” anything. GWSC couldnt buy a fan at sears, much less "develop" a windfarm so it could then buy equipment from WPNV. GO look at who issued all the press releases (do a Google search for “Colorado Plateau Wind Project”). This guy Eric Johnson, the "Director of Business Development" for GWSC that did all these blast emails? He was the former CEO, the former president and was chairman of the board of GWSC.
I dare GWSC or WPNV to prove that GWSC has the ability to do this “proposed windfarm”. GWSC, they have nothing (well maybe except a lot of hot air, if that counts for a windfarm)
All this was a just a way for GWSC and WPNV to do a mutual pump and dump, and I'll bet this Johnson got stock from WPNV to do this. Look at stockpromoters.com. Someone paid a lot of stock pump sites to deliver this “news” on a “one-day promotion”. Those press releases are absolute frauds, and the SEC should sure look into this one.
If GWSC hasn’t got the money to BUY the equipment, HOW can WPNV SELL it to them????
Go look at: http://www.hotstocked.com/article/3658/windpower-innovation-pink-wpnv-stock-to-blow-on.html
The important part is:
Maybe the other possible reason for the lifeless bids on WPNV yesterday were the released this Tuesday company's financial statements for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2010 and 2009. There, the company with ambitions to provide a comprehensive range of services for the largest (1-5 Megawatt) wind turbines on the market, reported zero cash balances in two fiscal years, along with property and equipment for $167K, rounded to the nearest $1,000. Further more, in its quite laconic financials WindPower Innovation presented accordingly current liabilities exceeding more than twice the company's assets.
Looks like GWSC is making some positive moves here, finally, great opportunity here!
http://app.quotemedia.com/quotetools/newsStoryPopup.go?storyId=38141713&topic=GWSC&symbology=null&cp=off&webmasterId=89753
Momentum picking up saw price break that .04 barrier yesterday, believe next point of resistence at .15?
If you look at the website for greenwindsolar this company is partnering up with landowners and other energy companies to do these wind projects - that's a smart move.
WindPower Innovations, Inc. Is Selected by GWS Technologies, Inc. for Joint Colorado Plateau Wind Energy Project-go to www.octbb.com for all new information on GWSC, finally making its mark!
I'm Out. I sold at .072 yesterday. I'm kind of fed up looksline notging anywetrr. migt bebak 2@ .023
What does that mean?
A little something I found online looks
http://reports.standardandpoors.com/aidata/maccess/pdf/36249h20.pdf
I think that our only hope is that First Solar picks up this company. They only have one BLM lease. That, is in western Arizona. That is a good spot. They really dont have anthing else. That is all that makes a small solar company worth anything. Oh by the way there are about 300 other companies like this one. We are lucky that it is not at $0.00 right now. Rich is a good B S er. My original $1300 is now worth $175. Ill just ride it out and see if First Solar buys it . Sorry for the bad news but that is what I can decifer from this silence.
hmmm .. haven't heard much news from these guys lately.. I wonder if Rich will ever figure out how to run a company.
That's a good point, remember buying at this level you shouldn't get hurt, and if you purchased at a higher price average down, I believe it's a good risk to take, I have seen what they have done before and made a nice return on my monies, pass the word, jump on board!
Ehhhh I dunno yet... They talk a lot about what they plan on doing and nothing about what they've been doing. He talked about the Mexico deal in the interview yesterday and we already knew months ago that they did that.. Nothing happened since then?.. They said before how they had trouble getting financing... probably would've been a good idea for him to talk about that a little.. I just wonder when this thing does run... how high will it go this time... 1.00? .50? 2.00? It's so inconsitant... there no way to possibly tell
It looks like another run is in position here, going to grab a bunch more shares at this price, would recommend same to all interested parties!
great thanks.. I look forward to hearing if he did or not... I called the company the other day and left a message and requested a call from them about the SEC report and the Mexico deal and I haven't heard back from them.
On Scottrade got to detailed quote then hit insiders. I just looked he planned on selling but did not as of yet.
I got that info from my trading web sight. It just said that he was planning on selling 100,000 shares. I dont know if he did it or not. I'll check and be back.
I agree man... where did you get that info about him selling shares.....
Yeah they didn't file their SEC on time or somethings wrong with it.... I believe they have 30 days to get it in or they will be removed from the otc.bb......
Did you hear anything about it
Seem to me we are getting screwed by the CEO here. What do you think?
Maby Im not only poor Im slow. I just realized that the CEO of this company Richard Reincke planed to sell 100,000 shares of Gwsc 5/3-3/10/10. What could that mean. He is trying to drive the stock price down, or he wants to get out, or he has some bad gambling debt. WTF
I think that the best thing that we can do now is to keep posting on this sight. That is it. Just don't give up. The MMs are trying to make money on this thing. The shorts are almost out. Looks good to me. I'm Poor though. What do I know???
I think if they ever decide to put out some information about what they are currently doing, I think we'll have a good shot at making a run. They've been coming out saying that they are making plans for this and that but in the end, nothing is getting done. So a PR with some news about breaking ground would be nice. GL
honestly cob, I don't know a lot about it, I just tried to hit the bottom before a bounce,....just trading it.
well i hope your right... but this company needs to get there act together PR wise. They told us that they were going to be finding out more about the government grants and we've heard nothing. They've also talked about this Mexico deal and we've heard nothing. 2 huge!!!! deals that are important to its investors and they haven't told us a damn thing...
PPO/ADX pinch, full sto, macd,........downtrend may be complete
What indicators are you refering to?
I've heard that the excuse is that the new administration is giving away too much money and the technology is stagnent because it is now cheap with rebates.????? Thanks for the "Change" Obama. The only thing that is going to clean up the BP mess is the sun breaking that oily mess up. Hows that for irony.
I emailed the company today to try and find out what is going on with this whole Mexico thing. They need to keep us in the loop more. The stock is going down and there is no explanation and no PR's. Did anyone else hear anything about the government grants?
Also it is a good thing to get in it now before the news comes out... gotta play aggressive to get big returns... Once news hits it could open at .70+ just like it did last summer.. you'd def hate yourself if you missed a jump like that...
I'll tell ya I have everything in it as well ... so I'm hoping we see something amazing happen soon or at latest end of summer....I'd be happy to even see 1 dollar again..
I sure hope so. I just put everything I had into GWSC. Some news about the Mexican projsect would be nice.
Tomorrow is the final application for the government grants for solar energy... Hopefully GWS puts out a good PR in the next few days..
Got some good news today... glad to see they are still moving on this mexico deal
Yeah and I understand why its so low now... many small companies went down with them... I even remember Ford hitting at or around $1 PS... I don't know if we'll ever see $50 again but it will def. go back up once financing gets sorted out...
If you look back on historical...
Their high is close to $50...check it out
I def. agree with you... this has some serious potential here.... I'm hoping this is a sign of the beginning of the recovery stage for this company. Once news comes out that they have become development and have been financed .. this things is going to go up fast... I'm glad I'm in now because this is a great buy just like you said.. "undervalued"
Yes I did!
I still have an intuition that this is undervalued. Look at the all time high! By the way the ASK 0.40. That tells me something!

ALRIGHT, I guess all that information above is for the old FRPD, here is a press release of the change:

GWS Technologies, Inc. Launches New Renewable Energy Website |
GWS Technologies, Inc., (OTC BB: GWSI) a renewable energy technology company developing and marketing solar and wind-powered alternative energy products and solutions, today announced the launch of the company's new website dedicated to the emerging microgeneration marketplace. Microgeneration is the production of low-carbon electricity by individuals, small businesses and communities to meet their own energy requirements, and is part of a growing movement that is transforming the way everyday people provide for their energy needs. Microgeneration technologies include small scale wind turbines, photovoltaic solar power systems, and handheld products that can recharge electronic devices. The website, at www.greenwindsolar.com, includes an ecommerce store where consumers can purchase the most advanced consumer renewable energy products, including portable solar and wind chargers that can recharge mobile phones, iPods, or USB interface digital products (MP3/MP4 players), PDAs and portable games consoles. The store also features a line of Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWTs), which convert wind energy to electrical power and are ideal for homes, small commercial buildings, boats, remote power, emergency power, and battery charging. VAWTs function better than conventional wind turbines because they are omni-directional and more efficient in low wind speeds. VAWTs also appear to be a solid object as their rotational speed increases, making them visible to birds and therefore safer for wildlife. Last year saw record growth in global renewable energy and energy efficiency investment, according to a United Nations' report issued earlier this month entitled "Global Trends in Sustainable Energy Investment 2008." The report noted record breaking investment levels in the sustainable energy sector during 2007, with over US$148 billion of new investment, an increase of 60% over 2006, largely driven by wind power. The report also predicted that investment in renewable energy between now and 2030 is expected to reach $450 billion a year by 2012, rising to more than $600 billion a year from 2020. The sector's overall performance during 2007 and into 2008 sets it on track to achieve these levels. About GWS Technologies, Inc. GWS stands for GreenWindSolar. We are a renewable energy and environmentally-friendly technology company developing and marketing solar and wind-powered renewable energy products and solutions. Our products and solutions are part of the new "microgeneration" movement that is transforming the way everyday people provide for their energy needs. Through a growing line of solar and wind-powered products ranging from handheld devices that can recharge an iPod to a backyard wind turbine for point-of-use alternative energy generation, GWS is leading the way in the emerging microgeneration marketplace. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.
