7/11/2013: Ticker symbol GUNP deleted.
For a quick synopsis, read post #186 on the Gunpowder Gold Corp message board.
Imcat was correct.
American Bonanza's Copperstone mine is about 9 miles north of GUNP's claims. Copperstone is PRODUCING Arizona gold ... from high-grade oxide ore.
ABGFF (Canadian ticker = BZA) is worth a look, if you're interested in 'under-valued Arizona gold.'
GLTA
would be nice if they would do something. Drill a water well and wash the mountain away if possible, but do something!

Dang, that first pic sure looks like it is the same drill I saw listed here in AZ on Craigslist last week !
But seriously, you are correct about American Bonanza, compared to Gunpowder's efforts in the Dome area.
Oh, and you could have added the exploration results Riverside's optionee Choice Gold has been having at Sugarloaf Peak downriver and just one the "hill" west by a bit north from Quartsite.
There are a couple companies actually getting things underway on the trend in that area.
Cheers
I was the mod on GUNP and set up the I-BOX. After doing more research I removed myself as mod as I saw nothing of value in this company.
They don't own anything except an option and the financial requirements to eventually secure that claim are huge and without any revenue they need to continue to borrow money. Do you know that only 10% of the junior explorers ever find enough provable ore to develop a profitable mining operation?
Quartzite is the nearest town and the RV world's largest campground. The annual Rock & Mineral Show brings in over 100,000 RVers from around the states. They camp all over the desert, known as boon docking. We have been there!
Many of these RVers belong to Prospector Clubs who used metal detectors to find gold out in the 'boondocks".
You know that American Bonanza Gold (a Canadian Company) is working the old Copperstone mine and finally shipped ore concentrate.

Gold Sales - preliminary gold sales in April of 1,186 ounces were achieved, representing 40% of Year 1 monthly design rates. The gravity concentrate is currently being sent to Metals Research in Idaho, and the flotation concentrate to Global Metal Technologies in Spokane.

Lots of very good info on Bonanza but very little is available on Gunpowder.
I don't see any "bounce" on GUNP until they have some positive news.
GUMP would have been a great short at $1! It was grossly over valued and still is since it has nothing but debt.
Here's the A/S, lol:

chart tells us there's a bounce in this one:
thanks, you too!

There really isn't many shares down here...I see a huge bounce coming. Love the chart:)
Last guy shut the lights off before the electric company pulls the meter.
I say yes. I got some at .0075. If it goes much lower it will be a huge bargain. imo
Post promo stock. Can it run again?
It could, but it sure looks like the bottom's in now.
I hope GUNP stays low for a few days so I can add!!
What is the ratio of gold ounces to ton of dirt on the placer in AZ?
I'm just holding for now. Really nothing going on, so nothing to talk about. I'm about ready to go out there with a shovel to start helping them find gold. :)
All or nothing for me, going down with the ship.

Market Value $3,084,062 a/o Mar 16, 2012
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GUNP/company-info
The Company did not have any operating income from inception (November 19, 2008) through November 30, 2011. For the period from inception, November 19, 2008 through the quarter ended November 30, 2011, the Company recognized a net loss of $622,997.
Considering the company's lack of assets, a market value of $3,084,062 appears to be over valued.
In November 2010, the Company revised and restated its Articles of Incorporation to increase the amount of authorized capital to 305,000,000 shares, consisting of 5,000,000 preferred shares and 300,000,000 shares of Common stock, and the Company had a 10:1 forward stock split. All references in the accompanying financial statements have been retroactively stated to reflect these changes.
The Company closed a private placement in February 2011, for the sale of 266,667 Units at $0.75 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000. A “Unit” consisted of the following: (1) one share of common stock; (2) one class A warrant, entitling the holder to purchase one share of common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $0.90 per share during a term of two years, expiring on March 1, 2013. No warrants have been exercised as of February 28, 2011. The subscription raised $200,000 in proceeds from one investor.
The fair value of the warrants is treated as offering costs and it would be a debit and credit entry to additional paid in capital resulting in a null effect in net equity.
On April 8, 2011, the Company closed the private placement of 235,294 Units at .85 per unit per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000. A “Unit” consisted of the following: (1) one share of common stock; (2) one class A warrant, entitling the holder to purchase one share of common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $1.00 per share during a term expiring on April 15, 2013. No warrants have been exercised as of November 30, 2011. The subscription raised $200,000 in proceeds from one investor.
On September 12, 2011, the Company closed the private placement of 473,333 Units at .15 per unit per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $71,000. A “Unit” consisted of the following: (1) one share of common stock; (2) one class A warrant, entitling the holder to purchase one share of common stock of the Company at an exercise price of $.25 per share during a term expiring on April 15, 2013. The subscription raised $71,000 in proceeds from one investor.
See you here in about 2 weeks . ... Thanks for the chart
**GUNP** The way things are trading we may see some sub .03s for sure. Not enough buying pressure at this price for a bounce though possible. I can see this being a very strong play though in about two weeks, you'll see me here again lol I'm seeing a bit of mm pressure coming from LAFC and AUTO
My 1,000th post goes to GUNP!!
This is a Pump and Dump!!! WARNING!!!
**GUNP** Looks like we got a little more dilution before any bounce opportunity
i see that
ty
Auto the diluter?
naw,,this company and chart suck,,I'll stay a while,,
don't care about the company
I like the way the chart is setting up here
it's on my watch list
you don't like it, simple just move on
very EZ
If you play charts on pennies when there is constant dumping then you are not a chartist. the base has not formed yet so there can not be the upward move technically until that happens. Can there be another pump and dump,,absolutely, but I would never ever trust these clowns. I got sucked into this before and exited with a loss.. The company doesn't even return calls.
TOO MANY GOOD PLAYS OUT THERE TO RISK MONEY ON THIS POS...
