There's not much buying interest now, which is what you'd expect from a pennystock biotech this far under the radar. The China news isn't fooling anyone, although we all might be surprised some day when SMI sends a check.

There's going to be buying interest, IMO, when they finish the clinical trial, submit the amended PMA, and get FDA approval. You just don't see many penny biotechs with odds this good. And every penny biotech gets manipulated once in awhile and spikes -- if that happens before the real news arrives, I'll take some profits and laugh all the way to the bank.

Of course it's still a gamble. It's a penny biotech. You don't have the stomach for it, fine, stay on the sidelines and shake your fists and curse the darkness. But don't fool yourself into thinking anyone is listening to you or cares what you say. Sorry, but you lost all credibility when you claimed the CEO stole all the money, they'd never start US clinicals, and the Directors didn't even exist -- and even worse, you used multiple aliases to simulate a fake conversation.

Each & every bid above 0.123$ is taken immediately. The moment it will try to go above 0.15$, it will be brought back down by heavy selling. Looking at today’s trading there doesn’t appear to be any hope for the stock.

I don't believe that SMI will pay Guided $4 million in 2024, but ANY money from SMI is a huge plus, and Guided can include the Chinese clinical data when they submit the updated PMA application.

The issue is that even if there are 5K stock available at bargain basement ask price of 0.15$, there are absolutely no buyers.
The issue is sellers are selling at any salvage price they can get. 0.14$ or 0.1382$ or even selling at 0.1250$. Yesterday someone put a bid for 0.1425$100K shares & that bid was so fast taken that even an eyeblink appeared slow. So from market perspective even a salvage price of 0.1425$ is overvalued.
The issue is lots of bullish sentiment/people on this forum but no one is willing to buy this stock. It’s just empty words. Unless bullish sentiment is actioned by buy orders, they are just empty words. Where are buys? Anyone?!

I've seen the occasional rare 3000% increase, but only on pennystocks that were beaten down and got unexpected news. With GTHP the news is expected and it's not beaten down at 15 cents - -that's the resulting price from the last R/S.

You lost money on GTHP after that last FDA rejection and resulting death spiral R/S, and it made you feel bad about yourself. You're holding a grudge and it makes you feel a little bit better about yourself to try and make others feel bad today. Well, news flash, I lost money on that last FDA rejection, but I didn't feel bad about myself then and I don't feel bad now. That's the pennystock biotech game we're playing: high risk, high rewards.

I sold right after the FDA rejection because that's how to play this game -- take your loss and move on. I stayed away when they sank into death spiral financing, but somehow Cartwright chased the toxic lender moneychangers out of the temple and pulled the company out of the death spiral. Now THERE's a thing I've never seen before. So I'm back in, and I expect to make money on this stock, although $5 per share is ludicrous even with PMA approval.

You couldn't handle the risk -- no shame in that. Not everyone can handle the risks of gambling on penny biotech. You should buy ETF's instead. And if you stop your mindless childish bashing of GTHP, you might actually get over your losses and start feeling better about yourself.

BTW, Auctus filed their annual Valentines' Day 13G. They hold more today than they held last year, even after they dumped their ill-gotten shares last June.

Answer these questions truthfully:

1. Will the company finish the clinical study?

2. If Yes, will the results be good?

3. Will the company submit an updated PMA?

4. Will the FDA approve the PMA and clear the device if the clinical study results were good?

I strongly believe the answer is "yes" to all four questions, but I don't expect anyone to "slap the ask" until there's news about #1. This stock is so far under the radar that volume probably won't increase substantially until #2. But it will happen, IMO.

All you talk about is the lack of buying now, during the lull between catalysts. Have you noticed that everyone but me is ignoring you? Maybe you should trot out your other alias and create another fake conversation so you can "talk" to someone who sympathizes with whatever it is about GTHP that's causing you so much angst.

I was holding before 2023 and I've been buying since I sold my lake home in September 2023, and I'll keep buying when I can get a "bargain basement" price -- I have a standing large buy order that doesn't show on L2 because it's good 'til cancelled, no conditions. My "bargain basement" price is not the 16 cents that you claim is the "bargain basement" price. And I can tell you that the shareholders here have strong hands -- it's not often that a seller will let go of any significant volume. Put in a buy order if you don't believe me.

If you're bashing to buy lower, WTF man what are you waiting for, I've been buying lower for half a year. I even got some of that crazy Auctus dump in June. Remember that? When you claimed it wasn't Auctus?

Further evidence that there’s absolutely neither any buying interest in the stock nor buys of this stock is that the bid for this stock is stubbornly sitting at 0.1450$ or 0.1460$. It never ever goes up. Whereas ask keeps on dropping and continues to drop precipitously.
The stock in which there’s even a little buying interest or buying then the bid always goes up and so does the ask.
The 75K trades those weren’t bullish at all. Out of 75K trades almost 69K were sells & net sells & only 6K were buys.

It's still all BUYING though, wouldn't you agree? It might be even MORE bullish, to have all those systematic buys, slowly walking the PPS up.

Regardless, I'm not expecting any real action until the first catalyst I listed occurs -- the completion of the clinical study. Clinicaltrials.gov shows it's expected at the end of March, which probably means end of April or even later. Clinical trials rarely finish when they are projected to finish.

OTC biotech is all about news, and there hasn't been any news lately, so what do you expect?

I don't expect anything to happen until one of these catalysts occurs:

* Completion of the clinical study.
* Publication of the results.
* Re-submission of the PMA.
* FDA clearance.

I believe the first three are coming in 2024. FDA clearance will likely be in 2025, IMO.

They will probably do some financing, but it won't be huge -- not until FDA clearance, anyway.

GET you labeled it as Non Disclosure of the Royalty type payment arrangement GTI has with Shenghou Medical LLC now know as K2 an entity owned by Faupel and Blumberg.

Also, I stated Faupel and Blumberg are being sued for engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practices in MA, and I stated as part of that is the allegations of numerous non disclosures by them to GIUL in seeking funding via a loan from GIUL.

Previously stated Shenghou Medical LLC now know as K2 did not have the expertise to full fill the terms of the original licensing agreement and I asked a question to be pondered on by GTI Shareholders why would GTI enter into what I my humble opinion my mere humble opinion was a SHAM transaction Licensing Agreement. Sham (noun) a thing that is not what it is purported to be; (adjective) bogus; false; (verb) falsely presented something as the truth;

So in my opinion, solely my opinion Faupel and Blumberg setup and entity to enter into a SHAM licensing agreement with GTI to strip out (a cash flow economic beneficial royalty type payment interest to themselves - where they in fact received monies from GTI which were paid over to Shenghou Medical, LLC now know a K2.

In my opinion solely in my opinion this sounds like self dealing benefiting Faupel and Blumberg at the expense of GTI Shareholders, I am in fact a shareholder of GTI. The only share holder who knows this and has all the facts and paper trail. You can label as you see fit. I would say the Shareholders have an civil action against GTI and others.

LOL I've been trying to have a meaningful discussion for well over a year!

"Cynical and negative responses" might be acceptable, but I expect a cynic to defend their argument, not just mindlessly bash and abuse like Basher #1..... and Basher #2 is privately suing a couple of the Directors for a bad deal he made years ago, so if he wants to talk about his bad deal or his lawsuit, fine, but he's not suing this company, so when he trashes GTHP he's going to have to defend his argument.

The stock has stabilized at 15 cents since the last R/S. It's one of the few times I've ever seen a pennystock stabilize after a R/S (which of course it did NOT do the previous R/S). Cartwright worked magic, IMO, to eliminate the toxic financing -- I've never seen a pennystock get back out of death spiral financing before.

As for the "core business" -- the fluff PR's about Turkey and Africa are long gone, thankfully. The core business is, and always has been, getting FDA clearance, followed by commercialization in the USA or sale of the tech. Commercialization in China? I'll believe that when I see it.

I don't mind that the PPS is stuck at 15 cents. I've been patiently buying since August at or under 15 cents and I'll continue patiently buying under 15 cents but it's not easy getting anyone to sell any significant amount, except for that fluke in June when the toxic hedgie getting investigated by the SEC decided to liquidate. This stock is WAY under the radar. The SMI press releases didn't fool anyone -- I think China Hype worked back in 1999, but China is not sexy anymore.

The clinicals probably won't finish by 03/31/2024 but clinicals rarely finish on time. They increased the clinicals to four locations, which impresses me. I check this site regularly for an update:

Do I believe that SMI will give the company $2 million? No I do not, because I don't think SMI has anywhere near that kind of money. Will they pay the company SOMETHING? That would be nice, because Guided is going to need money in 2024, but more importantly, the Chinese clinicals look legit, so that will fatten the portfolio when Guided submits the updated PMA to the US FDA. And if the NMPA clears the device, SOMEBODY in China will sell it.

We all know that every OTC pennystock play is a gamble. I like the odds here but there are no guarantees. I've done well with pennystock FDA plays where the company got rejected more than once but kept trying so I'm riding this one until the payout or the end.
