Guardion Health Sciences Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule
March 16 2021 - 08:00AM
GlobeNewswire Inc.
Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GHSI) (“Guardion” or the “Company”), a clinical nutrition and diagnostics company that develops clinically supported nutritional supplements, medical foods, and medical devices, announced that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market pursuant to Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Minimum Bid Price Rule”). On March 15, 2021, Guardion received a letter from the Office of General Counsel of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) stating that because Guardion’s Company’s common stock (the “Common Stock”) had a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive trading days, its Common Stock had regained compliance with Nasdaq’s Minimum Bid Price Rule.
On September 20, 2019, the Company received notice from Nasdaq indicating that, based upon the closing bid price of the Common Stock, the Company no longer satisfied the Minimum Bid Price Rule. The Company was afforded 180 calendar days, or until March 18, 2020, to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. Thereafter, the Company was afforded a second 180 calendar day compliance period (which 180-day period was extended due to circumstances related to COVID-19), or until November 30, 2020, to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule.
The Company was unable to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule by November 30, 2020. Accordingly, on December 1, 2020, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq notifying it that its Common Stock would be subject to delisting from Nasdaq unless the Company timely requested a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Panel”). The Company timely requested the hearing.
Following the hearing, on January 26, 2021, the Company received written notification that the Panel had granted the Company an extension for continued listing through March 15, 2021. As referenced above, Nasdaq determined that the Company complied with the Panel’s decision and has regained compliance. Accordingly, Nasdaq has closed the compliance review.

Good job on your trade.
I really liked this stock other than buying right before the R/S.
Why did you sell at $2.92?
I just dont trade without my formula and the R/S removed it from being a long.
I am curious what you think of my other pitched stocks. It is cool if you do not want to say or just do not care enough to look.
DUMPED all my shares at $2.92
I will re-buy in the $2.30s
The chart is also wrong...showing a spike instead of a dip post-reverse split. Fishy.
IHub is still showing the pre-reverse split outstanding shares and market cap. Very fishy.
He dumped at $2.50 at a $7,000 loss and now the stock goes up to $2.90 LOL
I’d follow him...and just do the opposite of whatever he does LOL
That's the one! He's back to being a bull on this stock. Looking to get back in at 2.50. Lolol
Is he the one who posted the screenshot where he sold like 14,000 shares at $2.50 and then GHSI immediately jumped to $2.60?
Lmao
Just so everyone knows. Cubanwinner totally spazed out on Stock Twits because he has no idea how to do DD or even simply read a PR. His brokerage account finally updated to the current SS of 24.5 million shares. He assumed they were diluting and sold everything at a 7k loss. Then he started bragging that his losses were worth more than people have in their accounts. He has absolutely no idea wtf is going on at all.
Stupid Management....bunch of asscraps
Bear markets suck. One of my stocks SHIP had positive news and it doesnt even matter. They were saying how some stocks with positive earnings still taking a dive.
More bull less bear.
Hopefully tomorrow brings more fun.
RSI still very low
You looking good today man
No Risky at all.... if we jump in right now, the prices per share should be at ten cents, after had it a run up to $1.2+......
In general all stocks are more risky right after a R/S.In your defense if the company is great it will not matter and will obviously go up in price.
The safer move is to wait for it to bottom out from the R/S and after it triggers my formula that it is a buy again than it will be much safer for both of us.
Calling it the best swing trade ever is insanely premature.I dont even call my ZOM trade that and I got in at 13 cents.Hopefully you are right though.
I thought it was a strong buy before the R/S so I am not some hater on you.
My point is for the $25,000 you just put into it I would of divided it up in enough stocks I felt there was no way you could lose money.
If you are super rich where that is not much money to you and losing it all would be so small of a loss it would not matter than the context is very different. That would be like the average Joe betting $50 on powerball tickets and not caring he lost.
Clearly you are way more favored to make money than a powerball ticket buyer so dont misunderstand me.
I am waiting on my new fidelity account to settle my deposit and I hope it will be done by the end of the week.I will start showing my otc formula off.I love OTC because it can help me during a recession and one winner will pay for so many losers and I am favored to win each time.
When GHSI shoots up let me know.I am rooting for ya.
True. A reason why this is a buy for me 1.50-2$
Way too risky?
This is down 70% in a matter of days. Just did a 1:6 RS so it has a new low float. Just did an offering so they have over $44 million cash on hand.
Oh...and the 200-DMA is at 2.53. SOLID SUPPORT.
Best swing trade EVER here.
That is way too risky. Some stocks do perform well after a R/S of course and I liked this stock before the R/S but I use specific formulas and they tell me this is not worth it at this expensive price after the R/S.
If the stock was under $1 I could agree taking the risk could be worth it but right after a R/S selling is the safer option and you can always buy later.
After it makes compliance for the price if it fell to under $1 after I would be willingly to risk it maybe.
If you look at my pitched stocks I have others that are as attractive as GHSI before the R/S.
Good luck to you though.
worth 1.80, the cash on hand, used to trade at 1.04 split adjusted.
pass
p.s., they have a product for sale, i read their last quarterly, the revenue stream is so low it should not even be reported, i know people that made more in regular salary than their revenue stream.
Just BOUGHT 10,000 shares at 2.56
Go GHSI!!! CEO can take this to $10 +
I sold GHSI taking almost a 50% loss.
Damn you R/S.
I do not fear R/S because for every GHSI sooner or later I get a ZOM.
We’re CRUSHING this garbage today!
And the CEO is on our side
