Private bitcoin miner Gryphon Digital Mining plans to go public with a merger with publicly traded cannabis company Akerna (KERN) in an all-stock deal.
The new company will assume Gryphon’s name and be headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, after the deal closes

The merger is expected to provide Akerna shareholders with access to the bitcoin mining industry with one of its premier operators. Gryphon brings a top-tier bitcoin mining operation to Akerna shareholders.
Since it commenced bitcoin mining operations in September 2021, Gryphon has consistently ranked among the top three miners on a bitcoin efficiency.

Don’t forget she knew this was coming and she was way in over her head @ $9 and change a share, which is why she unloaded a few ton of her shares. I may have the price wrong, but it was up there in the $8-10 zip code. She definitely needs to go….

Username checks out. Technically, $72.65 was the high (on 06/20/19), likely in response to shorts covering due to the rumors about impending marijuana legislation. Because legislators have been stagnant on decision making, most pot stocks have declined significantly.
