This company is a total scam. Anyone actually read the filings? The CEO just gave himself 90% of the company. Criminal! The only customer the company has is itself!

Smells like David Tobias type of bogus stuff. That guy will be behind bars one day in my view. Zallen and Tobias could share a cell.

This can only go down so far before they have to increase the authorized shares or reverse split again. Right now the authorized shares are limited to 100M, which isn't very much. This has the potential to bounce big if they don't increase the A/S or R/S.

When dilution ends the diluter,in this case the CD holder will stop selling large blocks into large bids. Most of the contracts have a built in incentive for the CD holder to drive the price down. Specifically they have a built in incentive for the bid price to close at the low of the day,which we have seen.

Once he has all his shares in hand he will load up the ask at let the buyers come to him. Sound familar?

I made a killing on SIGO and will be watching closely tomorrow. It may be safe to Wade into thesecwaters very soon. Properly timed a trader can make slot of money here.
