Os only 78m dilution done. Cali around the corner SCHWING!
What is driving this stock and a lot of other mj stocks is the low market cap and low float. It is now trading around .13 a share and the 52 week high was 1.40. We have six or seven states going legal rec. real soon including California in 12 days. People are seeing the potential of these small stocks and where they have risen in the past. If i am not mistaken, Grow Condos was trading at a high of 1.40 in the last year. All the great news coming up with more and more states going legal rec, along with the entire country of Canada going legal recreational in July of 2018
and Grow Condos mentioned that they were looking into the California. market the catalysts are in place for hopefully a massive
run in the next months and years to come. Remember , California is the sixth largest economy in the World. Also, with more and more states making cannabis medically legal, it is hypocritical to keep it on the federal gov'ts schedule 1 list. If and when it is put on the schedule 2 category, you are going to be glad you picked up shares at these remarkably low low prices.
Looking Very strong Nice Buying here!!!
Glad I didn't sell, lol. What is driving this!?!?!?
The volume is getting weaker by the day and there are no updates or news. Strange. Not sure what's driving this... Thinking this may be a good time to triple my money and buy later
Looks like it wants to make a move to .15
I was doing some research on the CEO;
* In 2014 (when the stock was much much higher) the CEO owned 18.3 million shares as can be seen on this form;
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10538471
* In Nov 2017 the CEO owns 24.5 million shares as can be seen in this form;

It appears that CEO Zallen never dumped his stock when it was much much higher ... if he wants to remake his fortune, he'll need to rebuild the stock price... and with pot legalization just around the corner in California, I'd say the timing is about right to start the process.
nice to know, funny we will all pay premium by this point.
While the company hasn't made an official PR lately, the three Form 4 insider-buying registrations are essentially de-facto news... this is because it's extremely unlikely that the CEO and 2 Directors just by coincidence all of the sudden all thought at the same time that buying the stock on a speculative whim was a good idea.
Based upon the timing of the three Form 4's from the other week; it's a high probability event that something is currently cooking behind the scenes.
ive been wondering the same question with no news, granted I like the concept. I kinda feel like of all my mj holdings, they all seem to be rising in concert with this one surprisingly leading the pack with NO news.
Does anybody know why the price is surging?
I want to know what's going on for all of this inside buying going on. Either way, glad I own it now versus wishing later!
GRWC probably has the lowest number of float-shares in the entire Pot sector ... which means there aren't many shares to go around for the public.
The stock is setting up to move nicely if Zallen gets organized with news flow ... a move into the California market could really boost the stock ... so would positive news on Oregon cash-flow or project advancement ... something is likely in the pipeline with the CEO and 2 Directors doing insider buying recently.
Awrite, decent close for the day and good volume... Looking forward to 2018 Grow Condos!
Some volume today but headed down a little... what's shakin' news wise $GRWC?
I see where you're going with this and fully agree with the second half of your post...
I just came across this little Pot Real Estate Penny Stock called "Praetorian Property, Inc." ... it has a current market cap of $85 million ... and it's market cap was much much higher over the past year;

If Zallen can get himself and his company properly organized & executing, he could make himself some serious serious money with it's current market cap of just $4 million;

I was looking for the latest 10K the other day ... the most recent I could find was filed May 22/17 ...

been trying to reach the company since august, anyone been successful? $grwc
GRWC common stock SEC reporting delinquent.
GRWC might have the lowest float-share count in the entire penny cannabis sector ... a strong snap-back rally could happen rather quickly here with such a small number of float shares ...

Last 2 area's of stronger support on the chart;
* a small one around 10 cents
* a slightly larger area around the 35/40 cent range
.... price starting to move quickly off the 50DMA ... with 200DMA at 48 cents.
CMF indicator (shown below) shows net positive accumulation trend starting aprox. Oct 15 ... with an even stronger CMF accumulation trend starting aprox. Nov 20 ...
Share count updated on OTC as of December 1st. 79 million
I haven't heard anything yet ... but I did come across this news interview with the CEO from January 2017;
Does anybody know the progress on Grow Condos purchasing new properties/lots?

A Real Estate Boom, Powered by Pot.......
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/04/01/business/a-real-estate-boom-powered-by-pot.html
Once Trump sees how much rent can be legally generated per sq.ft. growing pot, it'll get his attention ... it'll be the quickest way to re-purpose a huge swath of the vacant industrial/commercial buildings in the USA - a huge/fast economic generator, involving; tax collection, jobs, equipment sales, security, sales, real estate, etc, etc ... Canada will show how it's done on a national scale.
Any thoughts on which co (or co's) are positioned best to capitalize on California going legal in Jan 2018?
