Not new but still good to see Prodways and the Group are getting some attention.

For the record, Schwab is now allowing automatic trading (no phoning in) trading in GGRGF as of Friday.
Great info guys! Thanks! It does put me at ease a bit that they do recognize the OTC trading on their website.
3DP, you mention no bid/ask. However, yesterday on Scottrade they did start showing a bid/ask.
Well...
Yes, Groupe Gorge out the pr because I think they are happy to see demand from here for the stock.
But this is still an unsponsored ADR.
It is trading on the grey market because the institution trading the shares saw the demand.
If it were a sponsored ADR at the request of Group Gorge, and regulated by the SEC, it would have a bid/ask like AMAVF does.
<< It's trading as an unsponsored ADR.
That is, a bank, (and it could be without the consent or approval of Groupe Gorge), is doing the trading in response to investor demand here. >>
Actually, GGRGF is trading here in the US specifically at the request of the company itself!
Here is the proof:
http://www.groupe-gorge.com/ftp/article/236/cp_ADR_GG.pdf
I know that people will start buying this when it gets over $30. Don't let the market makers shake you out and steal your shares at today's prices.
"But who determines how many shares are offered and the offer price?"
It's trading as an unsponsored ADR.
That is, a bank, (and it could be without the consent or approval of Groupe Gorge), is doing the trading in response to investor demand here.
So the that's who determines how many shares are offered and the offer price (which we don't get to see).
It sucks, but if you can buy them on the NYSE Euronext, it's the only way to get them. My bet is that will change at some point in the future.
If they are separate what is driving the share offering and price? Is it just broker created at random? How do you come up with a value if you don't know how many shares are available? Sorry for all of the questions, I just have no experience with this type of investment.
I'm not sure they are leaving the Euronext. I think $GGRGF is a similar investment like AMAVF.
Please excuse my ignorance, but I'm still a little confused as to how the transition from Euro exchange to NYSE works.
Right now the stock is trading on the Grey Market, I get that. But who determines how many shares are offered and the offer price? I see a buy/ask, but if I look at the trades on iHub they are all buys. Where does the price fluctuation come from?
Logged into Scottrade this morning. Still reads Grey Market there.
Nice find Cjboro!
"The conclusion of this case will thus have a significant positive impact on the 2013 financial statements of the Group"
Very nice find! Thanks.
GGRGF-Groupe Gorge and BAE Agreement. Huge News for Groupe Gorge
http://www.4-traders.com/GROUPE-GORGE-5158/news/Groupe-Gorge---ECA-subsidiary-of-GROUPE-GORGE-signs-a-settlement-agreement-with-BAE-Systems-a-17605399/
Groupe Gorge : ECA, subsidiary of GROUPE GORGÉ, signs a settlement agreement with BAE Systems and re-starts the KSTER-C commercialization:
The conclusion of this case will thus have a significant positive impact on the 2013 financial statements of the Group
It also makes possible the re-opening of trade negotiations regarding the K-STER C, particularly with BAE Systems and several other customers which were waiting for the end of the dispute. ECA, which is a world leader in underwater drones, including mine clearance, hopes to book several orders of K-STER C in 2014.
In addition, ECA finished the year with several positive announcements. A deal for additional control simulators has been concluded with the company NITA (Russia). This sale doubles the amount of orders already announced by ECA
ECA also announced, on December 5, an order of several million euros with ATR for the provision of production means to double their assembly line. This order follows the one obtained in late 2012 to provide a ground test system for onboard equipment. These means will be delivered mid-2014. These new orders illustrate the ECA's strategy in aeronautics offering solutions combining systems assembly and testing to ensure support for aircraft manufacturers in the new programs as for the growth of the production rate.
"This is currently my #1 stock and I own it in Paris at 11.50 Euros and also own it here on the pk as GGRGF in the $19's.........i do the same comparison to Vjet and Xone ..........plus GOE is next generation , faster and more efficient.........I consider this an amazing set up as I know you do......thank you for all your research which I follow diligently ....."

Prodways (as a private company run by a skeleton crew) sold 17 of their 3D printers (mostly to German customers) in the last 36 months according to the company, and just had a win last week at Euromold in Frankfurt.
I'm not positive about this, because voxeljet doesn't give their sales numbers for the last 36 months), but I'm pretty certain Prodways has sold more 3D printers in the last 36 months than voxeljet has. voxeljet market cap is $375M, and GOE /GGRGF market cap $175M, plus pays a dividend (which even as an American you get- and can re-invest if you choose in a DRIP).
I strongly suggest that people looking to buy the stock buy it on the NYSE Euronext under ticker GOE if their broker offers foreign exchange trading due to added liquidity and better order execution.
Probably a matter of time before it is quoted here, or even lists here on a major exchange.
I have a Q&A I did with the CEO that might be of interest- see last question- he's definitely not against moving the stock (he's the majority holder) to the US.

So is there a confirm about Pink Sheets move? Going here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GGRGF/quote
still shows its Grey Market.
I think it may be wise to email the company's contacts and explain to them that they MUST get to the Pinks, at the very least.

Groupe Gorge SA announces trading in its ADRs in United States
Groupe Gorge SA:Says that since Dec. 9 its shares have been traded in the United States OTC market through ADRs (American Depositary Receipts). An ADR is a negotiable security that represents securities of a non-United States company.Says its ADRs are unsponsored, i.e. the program has been initiated by a depositary bank in order to satisfy demand in the United States.Says the ADRs are identified under the GGRGF code.
It was showing as "pink sheet" on Nasdaq.com today.
But their information could be wrong...I thought they were a reliable source but maybe not.
hmm, any confirmation on that? I did finally get my first fill today, but still no L2.
Good tip w/ the graduating thing! Maybe now is more eligible for them:)...I will try again tomorrow...Thanks for info!
GGRFG was my only problem...This is why I don't understand...I cited "is not eligible" , whatever that means for them and for me...Nevermind, don't bother anymore...Thank you anyway!
If your broker doesn't offer foreign exchange trading, and they won't let you buy GGRGF here, then I don't know how you'll be able to get shares through them.
I wanted to buy GGRFG w/ Bloomberg but they said that "is not eligible". I don't know why (any idea?)...Too bad...I wish I also had US shares...I will try again in the coming days....
Get your tickets early. This could be the next Arcam run. $GGRGF
Seeking Alpha: The Best 3D Printing Stock to Buy Now is One You Haven't Met
http://seekingalpha.com/article/1894421-the-best-3-d-printing-stock-to-buy-now-is-one-you-havent-met
yes- and it looks like GGRFG graduated from "grey market" to pink sheets today.
GGRGF got a little ahead of GOE yesterday. I think they'll trade more closely now. But, if GGRGF starts getting enough volume it could start to pull GOE up. That's what happened with Arcam in AMAVF/ARCM.ST
Volume should kick in more once bid/ask are given and a fill doesn't take two hours as some are experiencing.
It looks like the price differences are starting to be consolidated between the French and US markets. French price is holding steady while the US dips to fall more in line with the correct EURO to Dollar exchange rate.
# is now gone gone my ticker and trading.
Same thing happened to me. I called SC this morning. Apparently there is some sort of account number change with the ticker. Once that is settled the # will be taken off and you can trade that position again. For now trades on the # shares are halted. I asked about a timeframe, he mentioned hopefully within 24 hours.

I added more today but Scottrade didn't add to the shares I already have. They listed it as GGRGF# Now I have two separate positions of GGRGF. I don't understand.

Looking forward to it.
GGRGF now showing up on NASDAQ.com now by the way

I would like to share the results of some calculations I did based on current market cap numbers of XONE, VJET, AMAVF, SSYS and DDD (closing PPS: 11.12.13).
I worked with average market cap and transferred it to Groupe Gorge to get an idea of the PPS possible when comparing to current prices of other 3D-plays.
First, I considered only the "smaller" market cap 3D companies with XONE, VJET and AMAVF: PPS for Groupe Gorge then results - at current conditions - in 43,11 USD (or 31,26 EUR).
Then, considering all five 3D companies mentioned above, the PPS comes to 214,27USD (or 155,38EUR).
This is not to be taken as an investment advice.
Gary,
I am happy the Groupe Gorge has made the effort to break the French only barrier and put out all their info in English. This goes against French culture and shows the strength of their management to put business first.
I just wish the leadership at ARCAM would realize how they are hurting their company by not doing this. ARCAM is doing all they can to hold their stock back. I am not sure why this is.
Thanks for finding this gem.
I guess I can post this here
It's second hand information...but a "source" in the industry that was at EuroMold told me that the Gorge Group would be making an announcement soon about "something to do with ceramics".
Anyway- it's a trusted source so I expect something will come out soon.
Nice to see they're already putting out pr's in English also.
I think buying will be easier after midnight tonight- at least according to my broker, once the ticker has been trading for a second 24 hour cycle, systems are updated globally and everything runs smoother.
Great being in this early.
And I can't get this music out of my head now!
I called Scottrade support yesterday and placed over the phone. Wasn't sure how long it would take to get bid/ask online.
I bought x shares yesterday on-line at $17.75, no broker assistance. Took 2 hours to fill at TDA. Most of that time my real-time quote service was showing $18.10 as last price. My limit buy price was $17.80.
I was just able to buy this myself using my Fidelity account. It showed 0.00 for both the bid and ask. It also showed 20.50 as the last tick and I placed a limit order at $21.00. I was able to pick it up at $20.50.
I also own some shares on the Paris exchange.
I was able to by through TDAmeritrade but dont see bid ask/ L2
Interactive Brokers I think you need special permissions to trade.
GGRGF now has bid/ask on Scottrade. Scottrade customers can now buy.
Thanks for confirming. This is good for all of us that he still has skin in the game.
That's correct, the founder/inventor Andre´-Luc Allanic (once with DDD) retained 12% ownership.

I expect the US exchange to be the leading one - as it almost always is - with higher volume than in Europe. But I'm not sure if this will be also true for the Grey Market. Nevertheless, price will be opening higher than 12,20EUR IMO
It looks like about 26,000 shares traded on the new Gray Market. I put in an order at the last sale ($18.10) and when I didn't get any, raised my limit up to $19.00. Still no sale. Looks like it traded as high as $20.00. The closing price in Euro's was what, $12.20? This converts to only $16.83.
So, which market will be the tail and which one the dog? Will GOE open higher tomorrow in France because of the final trade at $18.20 US?
