Guy_the_Guy, thank you for your reply was very helpful and clarified my concerns. This was in my opinion a poor investment.
Parklife, - If you read the latest financial statements you can make some decent assumptions regarding your questions...
"Is there any Agroburst product in production? "
- This is doubtful considering the company's balance sheet. They have current liabilities of $498k and only $161k in current assets. It doesn't appear that the company is in a financial position to actively produce anything..
"Does the company even have a warehouse and any have any product in inventory? "
- The balance sheet shows Property, Plant, and Equipment of only $16,284. If you look at Note 3, you will see that this is entirely Computer Equipment. Therefore, no, the company does not have a warehouse. Regarding Inventory, you can see this on the Balance Sheet as well. The company has merely $4,082 in inventory.
From their financial position the company would likely need to be paid in advance for an order of any significance. Or somehow raise money to fund the production while they wait to get paid.??
"Is there any evidence of the company's operations? I think it's time and would ease my fears to see the company make a video tour of their facility"
As mentioned, the company does not appear to have a facility. Unless it rents something, and the rental payments are buried in General Expenses.. However, from page 16 of the Management Discussion and Analysis it looks like most of the Gereral Expenses are travel. Perhaps GROG outsources to another company to produce agraburst for them..?
What I think investors would like to know is there any Agroburst product in production?
Does the company even have a warehouse and any have any product in inventory?
"If" there was an order to buy, is the product made to order and what is the time frame from order placement to delivery?
Does the company have enough funds to produce the product to fulfill the order or does the buyer have to pay in advance?
Is there any evidence of the company's operations?
I think it's time and would ease my fears to see the company make a video tour of their facility. I suspect this company is still in the development stage and isn't prepared to produce the product in a large scale for distribution. Please prove me wrong...
That would be great move. Cannabis growers would buy anything that gets their plants to grow wuicker.
Missed the bottom. What made it pop today? Do you have Level 2?
Where can I find out about successful trials, sales revs, or anything pointing to progress. No sales for an entire quarter? What's that?
Every thing always takes longer than anticipated, and that is the case now. But "pipelines" are under construction and in due time revenue will begin to flow. And Just wait until grog taps into CANNABIS. you will be glad you kept all your shares. Patience will ultimately be rewarded as these guys are working hard and have an outstanding product
Had an AON buy order for 100k shares at .13. There really is not a large seller out there. We are overdue for news. I would expect some news of orders. It has been more than a month since the WSDA certification.
There are no buyers because the company has given no reason to buy. Good story but that's all it is until the company shows results. My guess is we will see .05 before we see .20 IMO smart money is to bet on a different horse.
people sell for lots of reasons, maybe they needed the money for something. most likely they just saw a better opportunity..
there will always be sellers. the problem here is that there are no buyers..
News on revenue is what is needed. The bigger the number, the better
I hope this to be true but have my doubts and losing faith.
Ask is very, very thin now. I can get zero shares at .15.
There seems to be a constant flow of information on the GroGenesis page on Facebook. Just in case any one here has not been checking it out.
Average daily volume is a few hundred dollars. Hope big things are happening outside of the investment community.
Maybe the labeling was a huge hurdle and now things are really moving. Where I sit though, things are still very very quite, to quite.
End of March is the end of the initial planting season where GROG has distributors. So. We better see orders by then. And I am betting they will.
It is just like any stock or business plan. You can talk all you want about how effective a product is but, until you start seeing revenues coming from farmers in the field. From distributors that did the field testing and followed up with orders. Until then, GROG is just another promising company trying to succeed.
I have been adding on the bid over the past two months because I am betting that once those revenues start being announced, there will be NO way anyone will be able to buy GROG under .30-.40.
Funny thing about potential sellers--they are greedy just like all of us. Right now, sellers would be happy to sell at .30---but the news that gets GROG to .30 changes the seller's minds --to hold on for much higher prices. And with less supply (selling), we could see over .50 quickly.
But, this is all JMO.
GLTU, rdragon.
Gltu, hope you get filled. I have been nibbling for a couple of weeks, and done with this round of buying. Really hope this opportunity to buy in here is about done. I need no more shares. Just waiting for orders now. They certainly are not pumping this symbol. I think they are honest, hard working, people with a pretty spectacular product. Just wondering why orders are taking so long? Maybe organic labeling was the issue. Maybe production/blending, name recognition? Or maybe I need to be more patient.lol
I have an All or None buy order at .16. And no fill
Can't wait, they have been very quiet as far sales go. I am ready and expecting a long term up trend as sales numbers build.
I would guess we have to be close to more sales.
Once there are more farmers using AgraBurstPRO that confirm these higher yields, we should stsrt seeing more shipment announcements and revenues. The sweet spot for higher prices comes from month to month increases. Bring it on!
Organic farmers may no longer have to sacrifice yield to get higher prices for their product with agropro, they will get the higher prices and increase yield. At some point this product will cause quite a shift.
Waiting for news on orders. And I suspect the stock will take off
With a product of 10-40% yield increase. Have to think that when management first saw some of the high 20s - 40% yields from the field test, they were blown away. Then, the fact that not one potential distributor who has field tested it has not wanted to sell it,speaks volume. Now USDA organic certification. All the chips are falling into place. The current stock price will be seen as a gift, in the coming months. All in my opinion.
On the GroGenesis Facebook page, there is a helpful explanation on the why the last press release is big news for them
"The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Organic Program evaluates products for use in organic production, processing and handling under the National Organic Program (NOP) to ensure compliance. Now that AgraBurstPRO has been registered with the WSDA Organic Program, ORGANIC-CERTIFIED producers, handlers, and processors can incorporate AgraBurstPRO into their protocols.
A product labeled "Organic" or "Organic Certified" indicates that an agricultural product has been produced by integrating cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. The National Organic Program (NOP) ensures the integrity of the organic label by regulating all products certified to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic standards. In order to sell, label, or represent their products as organic, operations must follow all of the specifications set out by the USDA organic regulations. The WSDA Organic Program is a certifying agent of the USDA."
So, in other words, the lack of a WSDA registration or some other designation like OMRI Certified was a big block to getting orders. I mean, what Organic Certified farmer would risk putting on a spray just because the manufacturer SAID it was Organic? They would have been crazy--they could lose their certification if AgraBurst was NOT organic. Now they can really begin to sell.
JMO
We should definitely have orders by then. As far as the stock goes looks like we are heading back to light volume. For the impatient, frustrating, for those wanting to buy few more, opportunity. You all know which camp I am in. Lol
Company has come a long long way. Still needs to produce more product, established more active distributors, and book n ship in a much larger size than last quarter. Do I think they will do it? Yes that's why I have accumulated a big chunk of shares. CT
Ocean Freight transit times to parts of Asia three ish weeks + -. Plus they will not ship unless they have been paid in advance, look back through share holder updates to confirm that, so letters of credit, banking, many things and processes underway and in the works even now you would think. Plus that press release today kinda came out of the blue, who knew they were even working on something like that. So who knows what else is working and who they are talking to... other thoughr, their Florida connection is huge and that is also where they manufacture the product
I will bet orders by end of February. In the middle of most planting seasons.
I agree. To the average observer, this PR is a yawner. But to those in the organic farming industry, an independent certifying agent approved by the USDA verifying that AgraBurst PRO is ORGANIC is a big deal. In fact, it is probably true that any potential client would NOT buy for an organic certified farm UNTIL they got this registered as Organic. And, generally, from late January to late March, it is planting season for most crops in both the northern hemisphere and southern (like in South America).
Anyone want to bet that we see some orders before April?
Great buy. I would not have guessed that the stock would trade at .15.
Maybe someone heard news was on the way andi was expecting some orders. Then when it was a certification, they sold. The future just got brighter today. The stock price, not so much. But good for you.lol
I meant to say that I would be shocked if we did NOT see orders announced within the next 6 to 8 weeks.
Got filled at a better price than I expected. Glad I did not chase it. I would be shocked if GROG did announce orders by March.
It is one thing to say Agraburst is organic. It is big ehen a third party says it is organic. This is like being OMRI Listed. Which means this WSDA registration is internationally recognized.
Maybe we will start seeing sales now. If distributors had to wait. Or their customers had to wait for this before ordering. Maybe orders are coming soon
SIOUX FALLS, SD - (NewMediaWire) - January 24, 2018 - GroGenesis, Inc. (OTCQB:GROG) (the "Company"), a global sustainable pioneer in agriculture technology and sustainable agriculture, announced today that the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Organic Program has determined that the Company's flagship product, AgraBurstPRO™, complies with Chapter 16-160 WAC and USDA organic regulations. Dear GroGenesis shareholders,
As we begin 2018, I wanted to take this opportunity to update you--our shareholders--on your investment in GroGenesis. In response to shareholders requesting more information on field testing results, we have attached an overview of GroGenesis with images from the field.
Your company has made significant progress during the Year 2017--- with numerous field tests completed which have validated the efficacy and economic efficiency of AgraBurst PRO™. Prospective distributors, who required they do their own due diligence of AgraBurst PRO™ before signing on as an independent distributor, conducted side by side field testing on a variety of crops ie. flowers, rice, palm, bananas, okra, tomatoes, cacao, and coffee. After recording increases in crop yields from 10% to 40% (see attachment), the company greatly expanded its distribution network to include the countries of Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Laos, Colombia, the Caribbean, and Cuba. The Company is in advanced negotiations for additional independent distributors in Central and South America and the European Union.
The process of signing up distributors involves the initial field testing conducted by distributors. The distributors are, in essence, "selling themselves" on the value of AgraBurstPRO™. Distributors do not want to risk selling a product that their customers will not be satisfied with in the field. The risk to the distributor's reputation, not to mention the negative economic effects of handling customer complaints, is too high for a distributor to decide to add an unproven product to their product mix. We are proud to have a record of not having one distributor who has conducted a field test decline Grogenesis' offer to be named a distributor of AgraBurstPRO™.
Once a distributor joins the Company's marketing network, the distributor's next step is to obtain the required product registration approval for the sale of AgraBurstPRO™ in the respective country. Upon registration, the distributor is then permitted to import AgraBurstPRO™ for distribution in that country.
It may be worth discussing at this point that there is an element of seasonality in the agriculture industry. Distributors traditionally place orders prior to the beginning of planting seasons and will most likely order immediately before planting seasons and not order just for warehouse inventory. According to our distributors, preliminary orders for AgraBurstPRO™ in this first quarter should be expected. Reorders occur prior to successive planting seasons.
Achievements in 2017
The most significant milestone GroGenesis has achieved in 2017 has been transitioning from a pre-revenue company with a promising product-- to a company SELLING that product to users that recognize the value of that product. 2018 is the year we expect to begin to see healthy quarter to quarter revenue growth.
GroGenesis executed a marketing agreement with Mr. Lynn Griffith (www.lynngriffith.com), to market and distribute AgraBurstPRO™ to the Florida turf markets. Field testing with AgraBurstPRO™ on turf is currently underway with turf suppliers and significant and influential end users. With a 12 month turf growing season in Florida, the market in for AgraBurst PRO™ is a multi-million dollar opportunity for GroGenesis. The Company expects its first revenue from the US to be from the landscape and turf markets including sports arenas, parks, golf courses and private lawns.
The Company announced its first shipments of AgraBurst PRO™ to Genesis Caribbean Solutions, Inc., the exclusive distributor of GroGenesis Inc's proprietary AgraBurst PRO™ in Cuba and the Caribbean. The initial shipments were to the Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation (BADMC). http://businessviewcaribbean.com/barbados-agricultral-deve…/. Field testing is continuing in Cuba and other island nations in the Caribbean.
GroGenesis shipped AgraBurstPRO™ to Vita-Agro S.A.S. (http://vitaagro.com.co/es/) in Colombia, the exclusive distributor of AgraBurstPRO ™ in Colombia. The company expects continued expansion of its distribution network throughout South America and Central America during 2018.
The Company was very pleased to announce an exclusive license and distribution agreement with JAK International headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. JAK International was very instrumental in conducting field testing with a number of crops--including field tests on rice where very significant increases in yield of over 40% were recorded. Significantly for the prospects of AgraBurstPRO revenue, Bangladesh is the fourth largest rice producing country in the world. Even a modest market penetration with AgraBurstPRO ™ in rice production in Bangladesh would be economically transformative for GroGenesis.
We introduced AgraBurstPRO™ to South East Asia in a very well-attended Global Distributors Conference in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Current and prospective distributors, along with potential end user customers, participated in learning about the technical aspects of AgraBurstPRO™. Rice and palm oil producers and fruit and vegetable growers were among the large group of attendees, along with media representatives, non-governmental organizations (NGO's), and fertilizer manufacturers. Ambassadors to Cambodia from Myanmar, Vietnam, India and the United States were distinguished guests to the market launch conclave. Based on feedback from the field after this marketing initiative, we are confident we will add more distributors in South East Asia and begin to procure orders.
The Company expects to announce its first distributor in Europe in the First Quarter. Considering that the European Union has long been a champion of healthy farming--recognizing the value of organic farming practices--Europe and the EU is a potentially lucrative market for AgraBurstPRO. The costs associated with EU farming subsidies to support member countries' farmers can be positively impacted with an agricultural input that can increase farmer's incomes.
GroGenesis's business model is to expand judiciously with a disciplined approach to minimizing fixed overhead costs to shorten our path to bottom line profitability. Distributors are not employees-- but instead are independently owned and operated--- and are compensated on sales after invoices are paid in full. GroGenesis's US-based exclusive organic blender, United Agricultural Services, Inc., has developed into a true partner, providing us with product blending, shipping and logistical support services.
GroGenesis continues to be committed to assisting farmers who have a desire to improve the health of their farms' soil, improve their crop production, reduce their overall production costs and increase their family's income. In 2018, we look forward to growing internationally, booking our first revenue in the US, achieving profitability and enhancing shareholder value.
Thank you for support and patience.

The Company posts a lot on their Facebook page. It just is not specific to the company all the time. I would expect something out of the company now that the season for planting, which is usually in February through April in both hemispheres, is upon us.
Nothing but crickets from the company. But at least our crickets are non GMO, organic and are 10-40% percent bigger than the non treated crickets. Lol
Corporate updates and shareholders updates look full of promise. But the lack of news is frustrating. Several months since we have seen much news worthy activity. Hope that changes and the companies potential becomes reality.
We shall see
I bet if and when we get some orders with numbers the price moves up rapidly in to .30s with little resistance.
The company tends to release news in clusters.
Yes but moving in the correct direction on several fronts. We need some sizeable orders to make the balance sheet better. I believe we have a great product. I believe the market is huge. We shall see.
Another pathetic quarter... https://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=12477777
Thinking about buying a few shares. Already very loaded though. If I wait and buy them with everyone else I will be buying above .30 cents minimum. Once confirmed we have a product moving out the door in volume .30 will be steal.

Industrial Hemp Production in US and Canada Offers Significant Market Opportunity for AgraBurstPRO™
SIOUX FALLS, SD, Nov. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- GroGenesis, Inc. (GROG), a global pioneer in sustainable agriculture technology, announced today that the company has entered the industrial hemp cultivation market in the US and Canada with its broad spectrum, organic adjuvant, AgraBurstPRO™. Based on positive feedback from hemp growers, the company has identified industrial hemp as a significant new market for AgraBurstPRO™, an organic input which optimizes the uptake of any agricultural input applied to any plant. After conducting due diligence on the hemp industry and the prospects for the legalization of industrial hemp production in the U.S., the Company field tested AgraBurstPRO™ with hemp producers who were impressed by the positive results exhibited in the health of their plants, growth rate improvement and plant size enhancement.
Mr. Richard Kamolvathin, President and CEO of GroGenesis, said, “After completing numerous field trials with our partners to validate the effectiveness of AgraBurstPRO and its more efficient delivery of all applied inputs on any plant, including hemp, it became apparent that the industrial hemp industry in Canada, where hemp farming is already legal, and the probability that hemp cultivation will become legal in the U.S. soon, presents a lucrative market for GroGenesis. Recent control test reports from cultivators have strongly encouraged us to proactively target the hemp market -- a lucrative market to tap with the multitude of industrial uses, rapid growth rate to harvest and the yet-to-be-realized potential of CBD oil.”
Kamolvathin continued, “As an organic science company focused on the reduction of toxic chemical inputs into the environment, we believe it is important to identify and add new market opportunities in other viable market sectors that align with our core values and as we continue to commercialize our flagship product, AgraBurstPRO for agriculture. Our strategy is to apply the same business model that we have used in the past by developing business relationships with distribution partners that are in a specific market sector and provide the technical, manufacturing and marketing assistance, in addition to specific protocols, for our distributors to be successful under their own private level brand.”
Hemp, one of the fastest growing plants with a sixty-day growth cycle in many states, is cultivated for fiber, oil, and seeds which are subsequently refined into numerous products including wax, biodegradable plastics, resin, textiles, pulp, paper, rope, clothing, biofuel, animal feed, paint and hemp oil. In addition, the use of CBD oil is being researched on its beneficial effects for anxiety relief, anti-seizure, pain relief, anti-acne, food ingredients and promising potential for cancer therapy.
According to the Hemp Business Journal, the U.S. hemp industry’s sales in 2017 was $820mm, including $190mm for Hemp-Derived CBD products, $181mm for personal care products and $137mm for hemp food products. However, as legal and regulatory hurdles are removed and consumer knowledge on CBD oil develops, it is estimated that the U.S. hemp industry will grow at a 5-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 14% (2018-2022) to a $1.9 Billion dollar market by 2022. In Canada, over 100,000 acres of hemp was under cultivation in 2017 with significant increases in production forecasted over the next five years.
Mr. Kamolvathin concluded, “AgraBurstPRO, as an organic input, can be an integral part in the protocols for the production of food crops, flowers and turf, in addition to cash crops such as palm oil, tobacco and hemp. With the prospect of the legalization of hemp production in the U.S, there is a significant market opportunity for the agriculture industry in both Canada and the US. Both new and veteran hemp cultivators will be establishing their farming protocols that can include AgraBurstPRO, an input that enhances drought tolerance, disease resistance and crop yields. We look forward to positively impacting the industrial hemp industry in North America and internationally."
About AgraBurstPRO™
AgraBurstPRO™ is an organic, broad spectrum adjuvant which acts as an efficient delivery system for all applied agricultural inputs. Applied as a surfactant, AgraBurstPRO™ facilitates the rapid and direct absorption of inputs through the leaves and stems of a plant which results in the more efficient access of applied and available nutrients, resulting in less fertilizer required, improving drought tolerance and increasing crop yields. By optimizing the plant's uptake of applied pest and weed controls and fertilizers, food producers can minimize other input costs, reduce the health risk to workers and produce healthy food for farmers' families and consumers. AgraBurstPRO™ improves the natural health of all plants -- including food crops, trees, vegetables, grasses and cash crops such as tobacco, palm, flowers and hemp-- by dramatically stimulating the nutrient and water uptake in plants. The solution applied as a spray is a plant-based extract which is organic, non-toxic, carcinogen-free, biodegradable and safe for use in all soil conditions. Its application amplifies every plant's natural capacity to absorb nutrients through its own foliage while augmenting root development and soil uptake. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Three distinct target markets for AgraBurstPRO Organic-certified
The most obvious market for AgraBurstPRO is the rapidly growing organic food industry. From 2005 to 2014, the organic sector grew from less than $14 Billion to $35 Billion. The U.S. organic industry continued its steady growth in 2016, with food sales increasing 8.4 percent to $43 billion. Considering that total food sales increased only 0.6 percent, the preponderance of the growth is in the organic sector. According to the Organic Trade Association in its 2016 Organic Industry Survey, organic food now accounts for 5.3 percent of all food sales in the US--alot of room to grow as consumer demand for organic food accelerates. Global sales of organic food totaled approximately $90 Billion in 2016 vs. $80 Billion in 2015.
Farmers who are already Organic-certified have an economic interest in maintaining that certification and, if possible, increasing their crop yields. By incorporating AgraBurstPRO in their organic protocols, farmers can realize higher incomes from the improved yields (Yield increases in field tests in Colombia, Cuba and Bangladesh have recorded increases in production from 15% to 40%). Field tests are currently being conducted in two states in the US for soybean and corn.
Conventional Farmers Considering Transitioning to Organic
This significant market includes farmers already committed to converting from conventional (chemical) farming to organic farming. But there also is an increasing interest from conventional farmers in adopting organic methods, but not willing to accept any decrease in yield. There is a growing number of conventional farmers that would abandon chemical inputs IF they could afford the 3-5 year transition time necessary to get their land "Organic--Certified". It takes years of NOT using chemicals to get to the point that a soil sample does not register any chemical residue--a requisite for Organic certification.
To date, this transition period was economically challenging because yields typically declined and the higher expected premium organic produce prices were not realized until after certification. With AgraBurstPRO, farmers converting to organic can "afford" to complete the process because of the higher yields . As noted previously, field tests have recorded yield increases ranging from 15% on coffee to over 40% on rice.
Conventional Farmers
Conventional farmers who want to continue using their current protocols always are driven to maximize their crop yields. The fact that AgraBurstPRO is organic AND increases crop yields substantially is a plus for these farmers. Although they do not care to become Organic-Certified, using a non-chemical input reduces the toxic work conditions inherent with andling chemical inputs.
