GroGenesis Trials in Australia Provides Picture Perfect Results
AgraBurst Treated Section Is the Only Part of Test Field to Yield Success
SPRINGVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Mar 31, 2015) - GroGenesis, Inc., (OTCBB: GROG) ("GroGenesis" or the "Company"), rights holders, developers and manufacturers of innovative plant health enhancement products are pleased to release initial data from preliminary field trials in Southern Australia.
In 2014 the Company approached a consultant in Australia to arrange an initial trial in order to study the effects of AgraBurst on regional high value crops. Subsequent arrangements provided for a 5 hectare (12.3 acre) portion of a 71.59 hectare (177 acre) wheat field to be set aside for GroGenesis to demonstrate the effectiveness of its flagship product.
Regional weather conditions during the AgraBurst trial were less than ideal and the majority of the wheat field underperformed with overall poor weather conditions throughout the season leading to much of the wheat crop being reduced to animal fodder.
However, aerial yield mapping of the wheat trial and surrounding area was performed prior to harvest and the results showed a clear 5 hectare strip that significantly outperformed all other areas under cultivation. This 5 hectare strip was the only area treated with AgraBurst. In fact, it was the only portion of the entire field that overcame the poor growing conditions with what was considered a "normal" outcome.
The AgraBurst treated crops provided a yield 1 to 3 tons per hectare more than the untreated areas, and was in all aspects considered above average in health and value. See attached Figure 1 which clearly shows the AgraBlast treated area delivering the highest calculated yield of 9.98 tons per hectare from nearly the entire treated area.
Mr. Joe Fewer, CEO of GroGenesis, states, "We are still acquiring additional data from our consultant in Australia, but the initial results are profound and extremely clear from the aerial yield mapping. The key result is that AgraBurst is not only an effective plant growth stimulant but is also highly effective at helping crops continue to produce even under marginal growing conditions. We have been advised that the farm operators are very pleased and wish to increase the test area significantly for the upcoming growing season. Once again, we are delighted to demonstrate that AgraBurst continues to deliver positive results in every high-value growing region, under any climatic, soil and weather conditions we have encountered on four continents of testing to-date."
Additional details of the Company's business, finances, appointments and agreements can be found in its ongoing filings which forms part of the Company's continuous public disclosure as a reporting issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") available at www.sec.gov.

Nice job! what an icing on the cake GROG!
GroGenesis Advises on AgraBurst Sugarcane Field Trials in Latin America
Company Documents Significant Increase in Yield and Sugar Content
SPRINGVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Mar 25, 2015) - GroGenesis, Inc. (OTCBB: GROG) ("GroGenesis" or the "Company"), rights holders, developers and manufacturers of innovative plant health enhancement products, wishes to advise on its highly successful field trial results for commercial sugarcane crop enhancement in Guatemala.
In August of 2014 a large commercial sugarcane plantation in Guatemala made available an area of two-month old sugarcane of uniform size and variety in order for GroGenesis to demonstrate the effectiveness of its flagship AgraBurst plant growth enhancement product. The area, of uniform topography, was divided into two equal sections. One section received standard protocols (irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, etc…) as scheduled by the plantation operations team. This traditionally managed sugarcane was identified as the control area, and the second section underwent the same treatment protocols with the sole addition of AgraBurst treatments as the only difference.
The first treatment of AgraBurst was executed in August of 2014 and a second treatment was conducted three months later in November. The results to-date are consistent with what was anticipated by the GroGenesis team, but were considered truly outstanding by the plantation operators. Both areas of the demonstration field were sampled in March, 2015 and comparative to the control area, the AgraBurst treated section measured an increase of 24.96% in height (+12' tall stalks versus +8' tall stalks). Plant stalk circumference also indicated an increase of 26.56% in girth (+4.5" circumference versus +3").
In addition, the treated area indicated a substantial increase of "tillering" (the process of underground branching from nodal joints of the primary shoot that determines the number of stalks that grow from each plant). In other words, more stalks translates into larger yields at harvest.
One particular aspect that aims to extend yield even further, and holds additional economic promise for the plantation owners, is the fact that sugar purity samples taken from the treated plants showed a marked increase of 2.8% to 87.8% purity over the untreated plants 84.1% sugar purity.
The Company reiterates that these noteworthy results have been documented after just 7 months and only two treatments of AgraBurst. The results of the trials were sufficient evidence for Sr. Rodolfo Pivaral, owner of the commercial sugarcane plantation where the demonstration is being conducted to publicly endorse the product. The plantation subsequently purchased additional supplies of AgraBurst in order to increase the scope to large-area wide scale testing, with the stated intent based on further successful outcomes, to move to plantation-scale treatment in the near future.
Mr. Joe Fewer, CEO of GroGenesis, states, "We have had great success to-date with virtually every crop we have tested. To the layman some numbers and percentage increases may seem small, but to the plantation operator where everything is based on scale and yield, these sorts of percentages are money in the bank. As a team that comes with a deep agricultural background and understanding of what it takes to achieve success in the industry, we know that what we offer has real meaning for the modern farmer. It takes serious science alongside gold standard environmental stewardship to deliver products that will interest a grower who relies on the health of his plants and soil to ensure his future. We aim to sell quality products and to partner with stakeholders committed to the future of agriculture. That's our mission and we are thrilled by the response from the industry professionals we have worked with to-date."

GroGenesis Enjoys Successful Presentation to Central American Agriculture Industry Professionals
Company Gains Positive Media Coverage and Notable Professional Interest at Guatemala Symposium
SPRINGVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Mar 24, 2015) - GroGenesis, Inc. (OTCBB: GROG) ("GroGenesis" or the "Company"), rights holders, developers and manufacturers of innovative plant health enhancement products, is very pleased to report on the success of its recent invitation-only, day-long agricultural industry symposium presented on Thursday, March 19th in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
GroGenesis management were very pleased by the enthusiastic welcome and larger than anticipated audience of agricultural industry professionals including representatives from large scale coffee and sugar cane operations. The presentation featured Dr. Helen Keenan, Senior Scientific Advisor to GroGenesis, who explained how the Company's two non-toxic environmentally safe and sustainable products, AgraBlast and AgraBurst, work together to effectively control fungal disease, increase nutrient uptake, and positively impact crop yield.
The presentation focused on GroGenesis' eco-friendly ability to manage and combat coffee rust, a fungal disease currently causing serious economic hardship to the coffee industry in Guatemala and around the world. Citing significant evidence of the success that GroGenesis has had in treating coffee rust infected plants using AgraBurst and AgraBlast, Dr. Keenan referenced regional trials that began last July 2014 in Guatemala. Dr. Keenan went on to educate and inform the attentive audience on the Company's environmentally safe alternatives to the many toxic treatments currently used by growers, and how long-term results could prove both environmentally and economically profound when deployed across large scale operations up to and including the entire regional coffee growing industry.
In addition, Dr. Keenan noted positive results achieved using AgraBurst to treat sugarcane at a private commercial plantation in Guatemala. The preliminary results have encouraged plantation operators to expand the scope of the trial, and plantation owner Rodolfo Pivaral stated, "We are very excited about this product and are looking forward to treating a far bigger area and seeing the same positive results that are very evident here. I really like that this is a long term product that doesn't adversely impact our land for the future."
Mr. Stephen Moseley, GroGenesis Vice President of Sales & Manufacturing and an attendee at the event, notes, "The success of the seminar was immediately measured by positive media coverage and attendee responses that clearly signaled a significant increase in interest resulting in invitations for follow up meetings with what are clearly qualified sales leads. We aim to fully leverage this visit within both the coffee and sugarcane industries as we feel confident we earned the respect of a number of new potential customers for GroGenesis."

Stock promo game
What game do you think it is
Only a matter of time...cuz promoters have bills too!! lol
You would think they would do something in summer when everyone is gardening
pretty simple what needs to be done here:
1) Sign an exclusive agreement with a "weed grower"
2) release the news
3) send stock flying
lol
PR reads like a true pumper wrote it
With a name like GroGenisis it would be a waste not to make it an MJ play ??
True. Let's just hope they hold the Medical Marijuana PR for later ;)
Gotta start building up articles for potential investors to find when they are doing their "due diligence" lol
Why are they wasting PR's? lol
They could have sold some shares into some of this good news. Maybe they have better ones but this is impressive news.
I love how theres no volume but news
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GROG/news
8-K filed today, how long before they issue a PR with the results from testing this liquid plant growth enhancer, Agraburst, on marijuana plants....lol.

Industrial Hemp Production in US and Canada Offers Significant Market Opportunity for AgraBurstPRO™
SIOUX FALLS, SD, Nov. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- GroGenesis, Inc. (GROG), a global pioneer in sustainable agriculture technology, announced today that the company has entered the industrial hemp cultivation market in the US and Canada with its broad spectrum, organic adjuvant, AgraBurstPRO™. Based on positive feedback from hemp growers, the company has identified industrial hemp as a significant new market for AgraBurstPRO™, an organic input which optimizes the uptake of any agricultural input applied to any plant. After conducting due diligence on the hemp industry and the prospects for the legalization of industrial hemp production in the U.S., the Company field tested AgraBurstPRO™ with hemp producers who were impressed by the positive results exhibited in the health of their plants, growth rate improvement and plant size enhancement.
Mr. Richard Kamolvathin, President and CEO of GroGenesis, said, “After completing numerous field trials with our partners to validate the effectiveness of AgraBurstPRO and its more efficient delivery of all applied inputs on any plant, including hemp, it became apparent that the industrial hemp industry in Canada, where hemp farming is already legal, and the probability that hemp cultivation will become legal in the U.S. soon, presents a lucrative market for GroGenesis. Recent control test reports from cultivators have strongly encouraged us to proactively target the hemp market -- a lucrative market to tap with the multitude of industrial uses, rapid growth rate to harvest and the yet-to-be-realized potential of CBD oil.”
Kamolvathin continued, “As an organic science company focused on the reduction of toxic chemical inputs into the environment, we believe it is important to identify and add new market opportunities in other viable market sectors that align with our core values and as we continue to commercialize our flagship product, AgraBurstPRO for agriculture. Our strategy is to apply the same business model that we have used in the past by developing business relationships with distribution partners that are in a specific market sector and provide the technical, manufacturing and marketing assistance, in addition to specific protocols, for our distributors to be successful under their own private level brand.”
Hemp, one of the fastest growing plants with a sixty-day growth cycle in many states, is cultivated for fiber, oil, and seeds which are subsequently refined into numerous products including wax, biodegradable plastics, resin, textiles, pulp, paper, rope, clothing, biofuel, animal feed, paint and hemp oil. In addition, the use of CBD oil is being researched on its beneficial effects for anxiety relief, anti-seizure, pain relief, anti-acne, food ingredients and promising potential for cancer therapy.
According to the Hemp Business Journal, the U.S. hemp industry’s sales in 2017 was $820mm, including $190mm for Hemp-Derived CBD products, $181mm for personal care products and $137mm for hemp food products. However, as legal and regulatory hurdles are removed and consumer knowledge on CBD oil develops, it is estimated that the U.S. hemp industry will grow at a 5-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 14% (2018-2022) to a $1.9 Billion dollar market by 2022. In Canada, over 100,000 acres of hemp was under cultivation in 2017 with significant increases in production forecasted over the next five years.
Mr. Kamolvathin concluded, “AgraBurstPRO, as an organic input, can be an integral part in the protocols for the production of food crops, flowers and turf, in addition to cash crops such as palm oil, tobacco and hemp. With the prospect of the legalization of hemp production in the U.S, there is a significant market opportunity for the agriculture industry in both Canada and the US. Both new and veteran hemp cultivators will be establishing their farming protocols that can include AgraBurstPRO, an input that enhances drought tolerance, disease resistance and crop yields. We look forward to positively impacting the industrial hemp industry in North America and internationally."
About AgraBurstPRO™
AgraBurstPRO™ is an organic, broad spectrum adjuvant which acts as an efficient delivery system for all applied agricultural inputs. Applied as a surfactant, AgraBurstPRO™ facilitates the rapid and direct absorption of inputs through the leaves and stems of a plant which results in the more efficient access of applied and available nutrients, resulting in less fertilizer required, improving drought tolerance and increasing crop yields. By optimizing the plant's uptake of applied pest and weed controls and fertilizers, food producers can minimize other input costs, reduce the health risk to workers and produce healthy food for farmers' families and consumers. AgraBurstPRO™ improves the natural health of all plants -- including food crops, trees, vegetables, grasses and cash crops such as tobacco, palm, flowers and hemp-- by dramatically stimulating the nutrient and water uptake in plants. The solution applied as a spray is a plant-based extract which is organic, non-toxic, carcinogen-free, biodegradable and safe for use in all soil conditions. Its application amplifies every plant's natural capacity to absorb nutrients through its own foliage while augmenting root development and soil uptake. Any agricultural input's performance is enhanced by integrating the application of AgraBurstPRO™ either separately or in an input manufacturer's original formulation--including fertilizers, herbicides and fungicides.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Three distinct target markets for AgraBurstPRO Organic-certified
The most obvious market for AgraBurstPRO is the rapidly growing organic food industry. From 2005 to 2014, the organic sector grew from less than $14 Billion to $35 Billion. The U.S. organic industry continued its steady growth in 2016, with food sales increasing 8.4 percent to $43 billion. Considering that total food sales increased only 0.6 percent, the preponderance of the growth is in the organic sector. According to the Organic Trade Association in its 2016 Organic Industry Survey, organic food now accounts for 5.3 percent of all food sales in the US--alot of room to grow as consumer demand for organic food accelerates. Global sales of organic food totaled approximately $90 Billion in 2016 vs. $80 Billion in 2015.
Farmers who are already Organic-certified have an economic interest in maintaining that certification and, if possible, increasing their crop yields. By incorporating AgraBurstPRO in their organic protocols, farmers can realize higher incomes from the improved yields (Yield increases in field tests in Colombia, Cuba and Bangladesh have recorded increases in production from 15% to 40%). Field tests are currently being conducted in two states in the US for soybean and corn.
Conventional Farmers Considering Transitioning to Organic
This significant market includes farmers already committed to converting from conventional (chemical) farming to organic farming. But there also is an increasing interest from conventional farmers in adopting organic methods, but not willing to accept any decrease in yield. There is a growing number of conventional farmers that would abandon chemical inputs IF they could afford the 3-5 year transition time necessary to get their land "Organic--Certified". It takes years of NOT using chemicals to get to the point that a soil sample does not register any chemical residue--a requisite for Organic certification.
To date, this transition period was economically challenging because yields typically declined and the higher expected premium organic produce prices were not realized until after certification. With AgraBurstPRO, farmers converting to organic can "afford" to complete the process because of the higher yields . As noted previously, field tests have recorded yield increases ranging from 15% on coffee to over 40% on rice.
Conventional Farmers
Conventional farmers who want to continue using their current protocols always are driven to maximize their crop yields. The fact that AgraBurstPRO is organic AND increases crop yields substantially is a plus for these farmers. Although they do not care to become Organic-Certified, using a non-chemical input reduces the toxic work conditions inherent with andling chemical inputs.
Additional Non-food Markets
As a broad spectrum agricultural input, AgraBurstPRO is effective with any plant. Non-food crops that have been, or are currently, in field tests with AgraBurstPRO are flowers, cannabis, tobacco, turf, ornamental trees, coffee, cacao, palm (palm oil), corn, mangoes, banana, lawn/turf (golf courses, lawns and sports arenas) and pasture grasses.
