Did you withdraw your order?
They are not showing my buy order for 40000 shares at .19. Maybe it is because its a All or None order. Tells me that no one will sell 40K shares there. Could be a good sign

From Investor Relations. Lots of info. The countries I highlighted are ones I have never heard about or seen before in any company correspondence. Good to see a lot more countries involved. And each country means another distributor.
Time for news, guys.
Update on AgraBurstPRO Field trials
To GroGenesis shareholders and interested investors:
An integral part of product registration in most countries (but not all) is field test data on local crops on local farms. The recent Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) certification that registers AgraBurstPRO as an "Organic Material" has helped in this registration process. GroGenesis is awaiting product registration in Bangladesh, Myanmar and a number of other SE Asian countries.
GroGenesis has conducted, or is currently conducting, field tests in the following countries:
Bangladesh
Colombia
Peru
Ecuador
Barbados
Cuba
Mexico
Canada
Guatemala
Dominican Republic
Laos
Vietnam
Honduras
The Company is also working towards beginning field tests in India, the Philippines, Switzerland and South Korea.
In the US, GroGenesis has begun field trials in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia and Illinois. Field tests are to begin in California and Iowa n the near future (rice, corn and soybeans).
The Company has also been in contact with a number of non-governmental organizations (NGO) and organic trade organizations. One NGO is currently conducting AgraBurstPRO field trials on coffee.

Would be nice to have a press release, but I can see why they do not want to look like the announce every time they do a field test in a new country. And PR updates usually are not well-received unless there a revenue numbers or contracts in the news.
Messages on Facebook page for GroGenesis answers that question.
With all these field trials being done, does this mean GroGenesis will be announcing distributors in all these countries soon?
GroGenesis Inc
GroGenesis expects to have distributors named in each of the countries where field trials have been conducted. These field trials are part of the "due diligence" process by prospective distributors who want to validate the efficacy of AgraBurstPRO before signing on as a distributor. With yield increases of 15% to 40% recorded, distributors have been moving forward with their individual country's requirements for product registration--which is necessary before sales in that country are initiated.
The update on field tests sent out over the weekend had a lot of surprising information. There were a lot more countries doing field tests than I ever knew about. More countries--more distributors to be announced--more orders to come too. I do not believe these field trials with these huge yield increases , once complete, will; not result in more distributors signing up and beginning to place orders after they get AgraBurstPRO registered in their respective countries.
It was news to me to see a number of other South American and Central American countries already doing field tests. And a few more SE Asian countries.
All these "new" pieces of info can be news--press releases.I am guessing they are waiting for definitive agreements signed before announced.
Imo
IR email advising all the countries field tested or testing ... even within the usa
I sent an e-mail asking where the company has done or is doing field trials. My thinking is that where they have done field trials is where they are going to be announcing distributors in the future. I am expecting that there will be revenue from where they have done trials in the past--like Colombia and Bangladesh and Myanmar. But I would think that they are doing trials in countries we have not heard of yet.
I specifically asked if there were trials going on in the US. If I get a reply, I will post here.
The volume, speaks volumes.
Just posting for the sake of posting a post ... anything grog new on facebook, any one spoken to ir? Last ir email was early may discussing targeted sectors - organic, cannibis, and others.
There sems to be some accumulation going on. Always buyers there.
Yes we are due. If i got up everyday since the last sales news from grog and faced a pro pitcher , with out my glasses. I would have got a hit by now. Lol So yes they are certainly over due for news.
Well we know they are getting the product registered in some countries. Just surprised that orders have been slow to announce. But when revenue is booked, traders will follow. We are overdue for news imo.
My average is about .15, with any size on an order, the flood gates open and that will look great.
Thought this last vol increase may have been a prelude to news. I was wrong.
Average 10 day vol like 40k. Up from about 6k. Maybe we go back to no interest in the stock. Hope not.
I agree, I am just impatient.
Maybe this will be the week.
Been in a stock like this before. Took longer than I expected but when came out, there was a flood of news. It was tough to get in with any large size order. Coincidentally, started at around .25. Went to more than $1.00 in two weeks.
Thought we had broken the pattern of low to no vol. Lol oh well. If we r back to the old pattern, you may get some real nice prices, just not much size, like 5k steals.
Been doing the same here. Picking up shares at the bid whenever I can
I have accumulated a fair amount of shares at an average of .13. But I will wait for news and average up on my price. Orders or revenue numbers or shipments will crank this up. Imo
The sellers between
.18 and .22 seem to be about out. Now where do we go from here? The upward trend and vol increase has been driven by???no news?? Kinda weird. Must be some folks out there who believe like I do that.22 is a great entry point. Once one contract happens I have a feeling many more will follow. So one can risk now, or wait until it's a more sure thing when we are on a different exchange,at 1.75 some one to two years down the rd. Still be a good and safe entry point. All imo
Volume precedes price.
Chart and tech indicators look very nice.
Setting up for break out.
Long term the product and management is setting us up for quite a ride.
otcbb.swingtradebot.com/equities/GROG:OTC
Send an email to the company. Good question. But a patent could be risky. Coca Cola does not have a patent on their formulation for obvious reasons
Should,agreed.
Thanks for the charts, Pete. With some more volume, we could be back to .40 in no time.
If AgraBurst works on a crop it would mean it would work on a cannabis crop. I wonder if the company is getting any interest from growers. I do not care where the revenue comes from. Money is green everywhere.
Well stated, this company should “burst” onto the MJ grow scene as well the stock price too.
Yes a product with the yields we have seen would be readily sold in all those markets. Short term, as new folks get a glimpse of the potential with a few orders, we should easily see .40-.50. Long term, well to make any predictions would be foolish. I don't think selling the product will be a problem in many different markets and countries. Ramping up and growth will take sometime, but the business model is lean, easily expandable, with pretty high margins. Long term, imo the sky is the limit.
Yes looked good
I am stoked. Great post on Facebook page from the company. KaBoom
IMO, when GROG starts announcing orders or revenues, it will not be just one order and we wait for months before we see more news. They aleeady said they are waiting for registration in Bangladesh. And that country had the 40% increase in yield fron a university field test. Now everyine thinks they have plenty of time to buy in. At .40 and .02 between the bid and ask on 100k volume per day---that will attract more buyers. Especially if I am right and a few news releases come after the dirst.
Jmo
So much potential, so many other what ifs. The market is ready and waiting for our product. Articles and stories everyday. But for now shareholders are like a very thirsty man waiting for just one drop of water from a tap. The thirsty man knows he could one day have a river of water. But waits with his mouth open, for one little drop. Lol
I don't know which cannibis company or entity they have been in touch with, but I know that they have been approached by at least one grower who has run some field tests. According to grogenisis the grower or growers were very impressed. I don't know, maybe they already purchased some product, but it was not a pr worthy amount.
So much potential, WHAT IF ... we partner with a multitude of med marijuana / hemp companies ...
https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2017/8/11/cqzebSolid_Controls_OTC_PROFILE.jpg. SLDC...017...Hit 035 from 01 alert and retraced to 017...Psar flipped to a bullish buy position on strong volume as filings hit on Friday afternoon...52 week high was .76 on this low floater...
Solid Controls Inc. (SLDC) will grow organic medical cannabis, in soil without the use of chemicals. We envision a future where hemp is a staple in diets, and cannabinoids are the source of medicines that are used to conquer some of the most debilitating diseases in the world. We endeavor to share our resources by integrating our knowledge with doctors and health institutions, providing long-term, profitable career opportunities, and sharing improvements with our industry in order to build a mutually beneficial cornerstone in a growing industry.
So much potential. WHAT IF.....agroburst pro, allows a farmer to transition to organic products with minimal to no decrease in yield. The market for such a product would be huge!!! With a float of 50 million, the potential is huge.
But for now, we sit and wait.
Update on GroGenesis and Bangladesh
Separately, GroGenesis' distributor (JAK International) in Bangladesh is awaiting the required registration of AgraBurstPRO from the Bangladeshi government permitting sales in that country. GroGenesis and JAK International anticipates product registration in the near future.
Ranked fourth in rice production, the Bangladesh rice industry holds great promise for AgraBurstPRO and GroGenesis. As previously announced, university conducted field tests on rice in Bangladesh recorded yield increases as high as 40%.
The Facebook page for GROG has changed alot. I just cannot believe that their effort here is for nothing. Something is going on,imo.
We are impressed by the numbers in regard to this new tech for growers, not clear on what the structure will be when this deal kicks off?
Wow the new cover 21 day after application photo on FB is impressive. It's one thing to hold up two plants. You can cherry pick the best and worst plant in almost any field and get a big variance in appearance. But that side by side, same water, sun, pests, nutrients is very very significant. The other thing that is amazing, is it only took 3 weeks to get that amount of differentiation.
Time is running out for getting cheap shares, imo. Expecting the beginning of orders in SE Asia, Caribbean and South America. I must admit that I did not know there can be long registration processes in some on these countries.
Huh?
“Cheap paper” not speed!
Darn auto fill.
We are here and love the company and are not telling anyone outside posting on this board.
We want to pick up more of this cheap speed but don’t want to run it.
I was being a little funny, "they" say there are about 5-8 watchers for everyone that posts on public forums.
There are others . Much more than 3. I have seen GROG on other Trader boards by posters who never post here. Mark my words. When this company starts announcing orders, this will be a very busy board. Jmo
Company is not calling the whole public to dinner just yet, they are still in the kitchen cooking. But once everything is ready, it will be a feast. This is a passionate company with an incredible product that has a tiger by the tail, time will tell moving forward!! And the best part, they value their shareholders
Lol, sadly on ihub, there are about 3 pretty active posters. You joining would be welcome. Grogenisis Facebook page has a little back and forth between the public and the company. Also has letters to shareholders. The story, once confirmed with sales, will spread quickly imo. But there is still room in this very exclusive and elite group. Big lol
Are we 3 the only Ihub followers? How many investors are there?
This looks like a real company!
25 dollar buy, up 40+ percent.
Looks nice in my account.
Big lol,
Means nothing except that there are not a lot of shares available below .25.

AgraBurstPRO Overview:

Industrial Hemp Production in US and Canada Offers Significant Market Opportunity for AgraBurstPRO™
SIOUX FALLS, SD, Nov. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- GroGenesis, Inc. (GROG), a global pioneer in sustainable agriculture technology, announced today that the company has entered the industrial hemp cultivation market in the US and Canada with its broad spectrum, organic adjuvant, AgraBurstPRO™. Based on positive feedback from hemp growers, the company has identified industrial hemp as a significant new market for AgraBurstPRO™, an organic input which optimizes the uptake of any agricultural input applied to any plant. After conducting due diligence on the hemp industry and the prospects for the legalization of industrial hemp production in the U.S., the Company field tested AgraBurstPRO™ with hemp producers who were impressed by the positive results exhibited in the health of their plants, growth rate improvement and plant size enhancement.
Mr. Richard Kamolvathin, President and CEO of GroGenesis, said, “After completing numerous field trials with our partners to validate the effectiveness of AgraBurstPRO and its more efficient delivery of all applied inputs on any plant, including hemp, it became apparent that the industrial hemp industry in Canada, where hemp farming is already legal, and the probability that hemp cultivation will become legal in the U.S. soon, presents a lucrative market for GroGenesis. Recent control test reports from cultivators have strongly encouraged us to proactively target the hemp market -- a lucrative market to tap with the multitude of industrial uses, rapid growth rate to harvest and the yet-to-be-realized potential of CBD oil.”
Kamolvathin continued, “As an organic science company focused on the reduction of toxic chemical inputs into the environment, we believe it is important to identify and add new market opportunities in other viable market sectors that align with our core values and as we continue to commercialize our flagship product, AgraBurstPRO for agriculture. Our strategy is to apply the same business model that we have used in the past by developing business relationships with distribution partners that are in a specific market sector and provide the technical, manufacturing and marketing assistance, in addition to specific protocols, for our distributors to be successful under their own private level brand.”
Hemp, one of the fastest growing plants with a sixty-day growth cycle in many states, is cultivated for fiber, oil, and seeds which are subsequently refined into numerous products including wax, biodegradable plastics, resin, textiles, pulp, paper, rope, clothing, biofuel, animal feed, paint and hemp oil. In addition, the use of CBD oil is being researched on its beneficial effects for anxiety relief, anti-seizure, pain relief, anti-acne, food ingredients and promising potential for cancer therapy.
According to the Hemp Business Journal, the U.S. hemp industry’s sales in 2017 was $820mm, including $190mm for Hemp-Derived CBD products, $181mm for personal care products and $137mm for hemp food products. However, as legal and regulatory hurdles are removed and consumer knowledge on CBD oil develops, it is estimated that the U.S. hemp industry will grow at a 5-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 14% (2018-2022) to a $1.9 Billion dollar market by 2022. In Canada, over 100,000 acres of hemp was under cultivation in 2017 with significant increases in production forecasted over the next five years.
Mr. Kamolvathin concluded, “AgraBurstPRO, as an organic input, can be an integral part in the protocols for the production of food crops, flowers and turf, in addition to cash crops such as palm oil, tobacco and hemp. With the prospect of the legalization of hemp production in the U.S, there is a significant market opportunity for the agriculture industry in both Canada and the US. Both new and veteran hemp cultivators will be establishing their farming protocols that can include AgraBurstPRO, an input that enhances drought tolerance, disease resistance and crop yields. We look forward to positively impacting the industrial hemp industry in North America and internationally."
About AgraBurstPRO™
AgraBurstPRO™ is an organic, broad spectrum adjuvant which acts as an efficient delivery system for all applied agricultural inputs. Applied as a surfactant, AgraBurstPRO™ facilitates the rapid and direct absorption of inputs through the leaves and stems of a plant which results in the more efficient access of applied and available nutrients, resulting in less fertilizer required, improving drought tolerance and increasing crop yields. By optimizing the plant's uptake of applied pest and weed controls and fertilizers, food producers can minimize other input costs, reduce the health risk to workers and produce healthy food for farmers' families and consumers. AgraBurstPRO™ improves the natural health of all plants -- including food crops, trees, vegetables, grasses and cash crops such as tobacco, palm, flowers and hemp-- by dramatically stimulating the nutrient and water uptake in plants. The solution applied as a spray is a plant-based extract which is organic, non-toxic, carcinogen-free, biodegradable and safe for use in all soil conditions. Its application amplifies every plant's natural capacity to absorb nutrients through its own foliage while augmenting root development and soil uptake. Any agricultural input's performance is enhanced by integrating the application of AgraBurstPRO™ either separately or in an input manufacturer's original formulation--including fertilizers, herbicides and fungicides.

_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Three distinct target markets for AgraBurstPRO Organic-certified
The most obvious market for AgraBurstPRO is the rapidly growing organic food industry. From 2005 to 2014, the organic sector grew from less than $14 Billion to $35 Billion. The U.S. organic industry continued its steady growth in 2016, with food sales increasing 8.4 percent to $43 billion. Considering that total food sales increased only 0.6 percent, the preponderance of the growth is in the organic sector. According to the Organic Trade Association in its 2016 Organic Industry Survey, organic food now accounts for 5.3 percent of all food sales in the US--alot of room to grow as consumer demand for organic food accelerates. Global sales of organic food totaled approximately $90 Billion in 2016 vs. $80 Billion in 2015.
Farmers who are already Organic-certified have an economic interest in maintaining that certification and, if possible, increasing their crop yields. By incorporating AgraBurstPRO in their organic protocols, farmers can realize higher incomes from the improved yields (Yield increases in field tests in Colombia, Cuba and Bangladesh have recorded increases in production from 15% to 40%). Field tests are currently being conducted in two states in the US for soybean and corn.
Conventional Farmers Considering Transitioning to Organic
This significant market includes farmers already committed to converting from conventional (chemical) farming to organic farming. But there also is an increasing interest from conventional farmers in adopting organic methods, but not willing to accept any decrease in yield. There is a growing number of conventional farmers that would abandon chemical inputs IF they could afford the 3-5 year transition time necessary to get their land "Organic--Certified". It takes years of NOT using chemicals to get to the point that a soil sample does not register any chemical residue--a requisite for Organic certification.
To date, this transition period was economically challenging because yields typically declined and the higher expected premium organic produce prices were not realized until after certification. With AgraBurstPRO, farmers converting to organic can "afford" to complete the process because of the higher yields . As noted previously, field tests have recorded yield increases ranging from 15% on coffee to over 40% on rice.
Conventional Farmers
Conventional farmers who want to continue using their current protocols always are driven to maximize their crop yields. The fact that AgraBurstPRO is organic AND increases crop yields substantially is a plus for these farmers. Although they do not care to become Organic-Certified, using a non-chemical input reduces the toxic work conditions inherent with andling chemical inputs.
Additional Non-food Markets
As a broad spectrum agricultural input, AgraBurstPRO is effective with any plant. Non-food crops that have been, or are currently, in field tests with AgraBurstPRO are flowers, cannabis, tobacco, turf, ornamental trees, coffee, cacao, palm (palm oil), corn, mangoes, banana, lawn/turf (golf courses, lawns and sports arenas) and pasture grasses.
