It seems like you're discussing the potential outcomes and scenarios for a stock, possibly named CRGP, in the context of a regulatory investigation or issue. However, the details provided are somewhat limited, and I don't have real-time information on specific stocks or their current status.
If CRGP is the stock symbol for a company you are interested in, it's essential to follow the latest news, updates from the company, and any regulatory filings to understand the current situation. Regulatory investigations by bodies like the SEC can have various outcomes, and the resolution depends on the specific circumstances and findings.
For the latest and most accurate information, consider checking financial news sources, official statements from the company (if available), and regulatory filings. If you have specific questions or if there's more information you'd like to share, feel free to provide additional details.
Any grey market goodies you know of?
A grey sheet primer:
One perspective... I only appreciate the foreign symbols from Canada...
http://www.extraordinaryinvestor.com/grey-sheets.html
If CRGP is found to be blameless we could be back on the Pinks soon after the halt is lifted. If the SEC gets involved CRGP could be on the Greys for a while. Still tradable as long as the SEC doesn't come up with something more serious. The best outcome is Finra will decide this was caused by an honest mistake, settle the problem, ends the halt and CGRP immediately has a NM file a Form 211 to get back on the pinks.
Well at least i can post over here....
That seems to be the case.
I guess we are stuck here for while.... :)
Should be more posters here. Any idea how I can find a list of Greys that made it to the pinks? Either new or reinstated. TIA
Hey, I was wondering if anyone here knew how to get a foreign issuer to begin trading on the greysheets. There are a couple of stocks on the Toronto Venture exchange I would like to buy, but don't currently have greysheet ticker symbols. TIA for any guidance you might be able to provide.
Would like to see LYSCF go for a run
Thanks for coming and posting!!!
Nice board, I like it!
Lots of mining stocks listed on the greys as a foreign counterpart are finding bottom or in rally mode...
Nope, still tumbling like many other mining stocks...
NATUF
Still watching this market closely as well as the saga of KMAG.
Some are deservedly banished here while others are just trading as their foreign counterparts... these are the ones to watch with their symbols ending in F... There are exceptions... could KMAG be one of them that leaves the Greys in good standing?
I can no longer find a direct link to the otcGreyMarket... weird...
Thanks… FYI, one of the intentions of this board is to bring attention to the symbols trading on a major foreign exchange while the American counterpart trades here with the symbol ending in "F". Many Canadian miners trade here in perfectly acceptable terms.

Hi, you said "several have come off the grey." Could you name a few? I'm attempting to analyze the situation with BIZM that was sent to the greys and now has a Global Lock from the DTC.
Per Renee, a frequent poster: "Complete list of SEC suspended stocks from January 1st, 2010 to August 9, 2013. In the past 3 years and 7 months there have been 1411 SEC Suspensions where ALL stocks were sent to the Grey Sheets. Not one of the 1411 Suspended stocks got off of the Grey Sheets."

STZYF - Why I like Greys.

No, private company has no public share structure - i.e. zero public market cap.
thankyou, appreciate you getting back to me. rt
It's not private until it leaves all exchanges...the greys is part of the OTC group of exchanges and is traded, though it may or may not be much.
if a company used to be and otcb stock then went to the pink sheets and now a grey sheet. is it considered a privately held company? the company has been grey for a year or better. sos nevada has it as active, tia.
Picked up $5K and lost $2K back, so I'm happy
Agreed. Nonetheless the run was fun to watch and I am glad you got something out of it. Now onto the next one :o)
I would hold off getting in for awhile...the risk/reward ratio at this point isn't very good. Until the company puts out some news to squelch all the bad press...it's headed south
I was lucky and made money on the second run, sold and bought back low for the third, then the DD came out that it might be a scam, so got out with a loss of about 40% of my gains. It is unfortunately full of convincing DD against it, pretty overwhelming, in fact. Anyway, it starts trading again on Jan 3rd.
New Grey for you as of 12/23/10 SAEI

The Greysheet SecuritiesWikipedia says it best: A grey market transaction is the trade of a commodity through distribution channels which, while legal, are unofficial, unauthorized, or unregulated by an exchange. The two main types of grey market are imported manufactured goods that would be normally unavailable or more expensive in a certain country and unissued securities that are not yet traded in official markets. Sometimes the term dark market is used to describe secretive, unregulated (though often technically legal) trading in commodity futures.
