Yea Dog but I don't think its any new shares.

The company did raise money when it bought the shell to fund its business as well as the expenses of getting it current but those shares are restricted and with the shell designation, those shares cannot be freed for a year unless a registration statement is filed.

I don't think we see those shares until the end of the year. Just waiting on the certified.

I think its just the 1.4 million float waking up to see the stock they wrote off finally being worth something. It's like looking under the couch cushion for change and finding old shares of GRNL lol.

Nice to see All -time high on the bid. Gotta know how to trade these low floaters.

Agreed. But name and symbol is FINRA not OTC. FINRA now requires the company to be fully reporting to do that. So in as much as you have asked things to happen and miraculously it did. This one has to wait until they complete the audit ( which will included Gametime Watches revenue.

Same with shell risk for OTC. With the acquisition they will take shell and put shell risk but won’t take off shell risk until audits are filed.

They do need to have the most up to date info on OTC. Come on GRNL get that done. Irondog is asking? Lol

I think we are flat this week with smart investors sitting on the bid to see if people wake up and see after 8 years their investment is worth something and don’t understand what is happening. The more shares sold on bid more accumulated and closer to locking up minuscule float.

We also have Passover coming at sundown tonight and they CFO and management of GRNL might be out of pocket as they observe their religious holiday.

I do think news will be coming soon as they start to fill some deals with the new subsidiary Gametime Production and we know Brandstar will get the word out

I only got 1,000 at .965 yesterday. I don’t know who else got the other thousand but they got a good trade. Again, this is imho and everyone should make their own evaluation.

Back in 2020 when interest rates were zero and money was flowing into the market and newbies were trading trips it got them in the mindset of “if it goes from .0002 to .0004 I double my money.”

There was enough money to move these pigs and many people made huge bank.

Then they forgot they have to pay taxes on that, interest rates have gone up and inflation has made money worth less so the funds flow got significantly lower. No longer easy money.

People haven’t adapted to now look for quality instead of plays you can move with shear volume.

The accumulation on this is huge and not much hitting it due to Share structure and the fact that they have brought quality companies into the shell.

I got another stock that merged in at .02 had $7 mil in rev. and went up to .80. Now it shows $12 mil revs and trading back at $.02. Crazy.

But I like these stocks that no one looks at especially when they partner with a $200 mil rev marketing firm Brandstar. Eventually the cream rises to the top.

Hey Dog- This morning we 6 MMs over $.90.

I know the feeling. I talk to people and their biggest thing is the chart and the upward spike. If you have experience trading OTC you look and say "when does the dumpage start?" But if you understand a shell maturing into a real company.

The key to me is trading history. No massive volume days with runs. Just careful accumulation letting the market come to then- my meaning here is waiting for people to find out the stock they had written off suddenly has value.

You see that with the MMs. They are getting on and seeing how this trades. The new MMs used to come in $.20-$.60 below the bid but they are feeling more comfortable and engaging now.

I just give a heads-up and let people make their own decisions. Know what you own.
