personally, I never do, but there are really a lot of sheep out there.
I'd love to see GRH go up on it's own merit, but a sector rise is good too.
This has to be nearing a bottom. Looks oversold to me. See if it says in the 60s Monday. Doubt it, unless the market and crude are both in the red.
This things trades likes it on OTC.
Pick up some cheapies
As I said jmo. Glad to here that. How many more?
Why would you think that? I hold the preferred C as well as the common.
Good for the preferred "C" holders again. They take care of the money people. I'll bet that there are no "C" holders on this board. GH is forgetting who the little shareholders are. JMO
Had an order sitting at $.77 that filled this morning. Amazing how easy it is to walk it down without much volume. Had no expectation of picking up any extra shares today.
Someone on another board called GRH investor relations to get some information. I'll copy/pasta the details:
Everything is still on schedule for the new wells, two new wells will be turned on in the next two weeks with the last two to follow 1-2 weeks after that. Beginning of July all wells will be running and ramping up. Expect to see a press release soon once these wells begin operation.
They have received favorable rulings on the MLP status and are awaiting the approval letter right now. They will announce this as soon as as it is received. If last year is any indication, expect prices to climb when these Press releases start coming out. There was a surge of 14% the first day (in the first 3 hours of trading actually) they announced their intent to form a MLP and it was shortly after this time that they saw their surge of share prices with volume up to 5 million along with the 52week high of $3.62.
I would expect prices to climb again this summer as the announcement of the conversion and the new wells coming online instills confidence in existing/potential shareholders. If you are on the fence about buying, The current position is a great one to enter at and the potential is there.

The company does shit for PR. No news for weeks and people get impatient. They need to announce when they do shit. Open a new well? PR it. Start construction on the barge terminal? PR that shit!
Instead it's no news, volume dries up and people sell out just to get into something else and the stock drops. The problem is volume, the lack of it.
I'm tired of hearing that MHR keeps this down. It's more than that. There's no logical reason the valuation of this company can change on a dime and go south like this. I means it should revert back to its average, but it's been in free fall for two weeks. What gives? And will management do anything anytime soon to help. Let's hope! Long but disappointed.
Wish I could say I bought some more .75 but I'm broke now. How low can
It go.
It's annoying, I know. Like the other poster said though-without volume the stock is ridiculously easy to bring down.
It will go back up, but man I wish the company would use PR effectively to get the volume up.

We have no volume. It is extremely easy to take it down without.
MHR still has issues and they do affect GRH to some degree.
You know it's going back up. Unless it gaps on Monday (unlikely), grab a few trading shares for a short term swing trade. That's my plan, anyway.
Hell where's the support. This is absurd again
Next resistances at $1 and $1.4
Shorts have been covering, short interest down 6.6%

Marcus Drilling News reports that barging will begin in September

Nothing, some short painted the chart red right at close with 100 shares. The low volume allows a lot of crap manipulation.
Unreasonable big drop yesterday. What happened?
Short interest is 660,000 a drop from 667,000. Not much change overall but I imagine a big change soon
They are making good efforts to try to turn it around. Thy said it doesn't come without its challenges. Evans is a good leader in certain times but $MHR is having its own share of problems. I am doing additional DD and will share as I do. Best of luck.
I don't see any discussion of this stock on your board. Just curious, what's your take on it at this point in time?
GreenHunter (NYSEMKT:GRH): Q1 EPS of -$0.07.
Revenue of $5.15M (-39.3% Y/Y).
Yes, volume is at the top of the list! I'm just not complaining about the trading, in general, for the day.
Some weak hands out. Stronger hands for now. But really not enough volume last few days for anything substantial. I wanna see high volume days. Just hoping that is also a move north at the same time.
Trading better than we might have thought, so far.
It won't help the share price today. But eventually it will be back over $1.00.
Well, that's attributable, though.
1st qtr results out.
http://seekingalpha.com/pr/13524906-greenhunter-resources-reports-first-quarter-2015-financial-and-operating-results
Net Loss per share improved by .01, but revenue down by 3.3 mil (39%)
i thought the same thing when I saw it was coming Friday.
Yes, I saw that one too. Seems to me like they should have had a good qtr. In the past it has shown a little ramp up into earnings. I am not a fan of Friday reports. They are often underwhelming, but doesn't seem like that should be the case here. Guess we'll find out.
There's been a price stalemate all week. Big spreads on the BID and ASK and few have been willing to come up or down.
Yesterday or the day before (I forget exactly) had potential but there was an odd .81c trade that killed the momentum. The PPS came back up to mid 80s but there were only like 200 shares sold after that junk trade.
kind of surprised that there is not a little more volume today.
Good luck to all!
Earnings tomorrow.
Conference call scheduled for 9AM CST
"Individuals who would like to participate should call (866) 550-5717 (Conference ID: 48230100) approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled conference call time."
It will fly to like a rocket! First stop at $1 and next resistance to $1.4-1.5. Hold your breath and enjoy the ride. Catalyst will be earning's report that should be published either today or tomorrow...
Is it finally time
To let it run?
I do not have an updated count but as of last Monday its at 667,000 down from 776,000. It's only like 3-4% of the float but this is traded so thin that it's easily played with. I can't wait for this to just pop hard. Will need a revenue projection for that or show big profit increase on the next earnings. Until then it might be worth trading for a 10% move but good luck. Just not enough shares. Have to get lucky.
Good luck.
What is short interest as we speak?
This short has done an amazing job of covering. Dropping it down. Then it shoots up. The spread is ridiculous
We need this baby to close above $0.90. Once this resistance is broken then we can see a movement to $1.50
Gotta love the low volume take down tho. What a bunch of hoopla.
Ok. Tapped out for another month. Probably too much to ask for it to stay at this price
Good luck all
Almost got my order filled. Feel like I am playing Russian roulette - this thing has moved up and down all week. See what Monday brings. Hope I don't miss this one.
Don't get chances like this to buy value. Got some more.
Interesting few weeks coming up
Good luck all
Nat gas flying now
Yes. I sat on my hands and wish I would have sold some but yes it will get back there quick.
