I believe the Sellers will have to step back soon. I still do not feel their shares should be trading.
How could they receive 25M new shares of a company and not have them restricted...no matter who they are.
The other 70M shares are restricted for 1 year and even longer.
I believe the float is 2% of the roughly 30M shares that are still out there. So 600K shares.

This should be a disclosed document but I don't see it anywhere.

Not happy about this 25M and I actually still think the shares are restricted or will be reclassified as restricted, no matter what anyone says. I contend only 250K shares can be sold this quarter.
My feeling is that even the 250K shares should NOT be allowed to be sold.
