theoretically, yes. practically, no. what is going to happen is gnin will eventually be revoked whereupon it will essentially be a private company with no market to buy or sell shares. it will trade on the grey market following the suspension until it is revoked. it is impossible to say how long that will be. revocation could come in a matter of days following the end of the suspension, or it could be months. it all depends on how the company responds to the revocation proceedings, which have already begun. the sec and the alj will recommend that the company voluntarily accept revocation. once revoked, if the company so desires, the company can file a form 10 to become a public company once again. that is your hope but it should be noted that that has only happened a couple of times out of hundreds of revoked companies.

(CIK No. 1491471), a revoked Nevada corporation with its principal place of business listed as Cape Coral, Florida with stock quoted on OTC Link under the ticker symbol GNIN, because it has not filed any periodic reports since the period ended December 31, 2014. On July 31, 2017, a delinquency letter was sent by the Division of Corporation Finance to Green Innovations Ltd. requesting compliance with its periodic filing obligations, and Green Innovations Ltd. did not receive the delinquency letter due to its failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules (Rule 301 of Regulation S-T, 17 CFR 232.301 and Section 5.4 of EDGAR Filer Manual).”

It will be grey market no matter what they do...it is inevitable and automatic. In fact it will be moved there by Friday because of the suspension.
