SS? If the float or OS is still small 0.0002s can be gone very fast!

strong bid (near or over 10M shares) showed up at .0001 the diluting MM almost immdeaitely dumped the shares at 0.0001 to whack the bid!!

For those fixed OS stocks when you buy the shares you do own certain fixed percentage of OS! But for TTDZ type of diluting stocks when you buy the shares and you only own certain percentage of OS on that day and your ownership will be reduced each time when the dilution happens because the company can print the free shares up to the AS (2B for TTDZ)...

you ask that all the way and nobody has an answer. In my opinion go with:
2B AS and a float of 1-1.5B but what's the point?

let's say the float is 1.5Bx0.0002= 300t MC

Let's say Privileged go public and they pay 2.2M licence fee to TTDZ what does it make?
you come to 0.0015.

Another point is the value of the public stock, TTDZ holds over 40% of Privileged.

I have 25M shares of this stock and and wait for 0.0005 minimum

to the similar 0.0001 x 0.0002 huge dilution reporting stocks the OS
and float here are very small! Why those 0.0002 sellers didn't move

That is not necessary at all! Almost every OTC stock could naturally bounce without any good news! TTDZ can easily surge to 0.0005 if the majority of 0.0002 sellers could move their orders to 0.0003 or above...

Need Priv to start trading at the $1.00 price for that to happen....buyers have to see "real value" in the Co in order to induce buying. Once that's done, ppl can see a stock trading at .0001 a share that has a maketable security in it's assets that worth a penny a share....real bargin!
