So, this stock is restricted twice?? Restricted until the end of Nov/Beginning of Dec. and then again until March 2015?? Why restrict it both times? Am i missing something?
I think you are right about GCHI shares being a penny stock if it were available for the WNTR holders to sell right away. At the least it would have gone down 50% because those who bought WNTR right before the divvy date and sold after cutoff would have doubled their money and it is hard to resist massive profit taking when it happens so fast.
If GCHI declares a cash dividend before the divvy shares are unrestricted, that would do wonders for the stock!
Another reason that I think holding off the trading of the stock until march would help the shares is that the people holding the divvy stocks will feel (rightfully) like they have invested more because the money was tied up longer. For those that put $10,000 into the stock in mid June and ended up with 20,000 shares of GCHI they would have been happy to even get $.25 per share if they got it within a few months. With it being nine months however that $.25 would not look as great.
I don't think GCHI will trade anything like WNTR does because the company is a lot less speculative, that is, it owns companies that are actually doing something you know will make money given the way things have been going politically in the US regarding marijuana. It is much closer to selling a necessary commodity, i.e., more safe, more boring, and more likely to have a small dividend yield. Anything technology based can make boatloads of money, but can just as easily amount to nothing.
You are very optimistic and i appreciate and respect that. I do hope your optimism is founded and that it is trading at a decent pps at the time you mentioned. Imo, Frank should have been promoting GCHI this whole time. This IPO is basically unknown imo.
Well, since it's not listed yet, I would go with a no..... however, in private sale or share exchange....maybe....not an expert on this stuff...just a guess.
Is there any other who are able to trade this besides those who received shares via a divy?
I think what a lot of the traders here are forgetting is that the CSE / CSX is a much different market (place) than the pink-sheets.
I, for one, am extremely happy with how this is playing out and do not expect to see GCHI in the pennies in March. I do think this may have been the case if the spinoff shares were not restricted and WNTR traders bailed on day one.
I believe that within the next few months we will see some very positive revenues with GCHI, and will give ample time to see profits from the solar farm (Pamlico).
I also believe that we may see cash dividends beginning next year with GCHI as a result of these revenues, and the stock may turn out to be an investment for some whales (mutual funds, etc...)
Just my humble opinion
Care to explain what you think will cause that? A lot of things are very possible. We might not wake up in the morning, that's very much a possibility. What makes you think your prediction is worth posting twice in a row?
GCHI could very well be trading in low pennies by then. I dont mean to be pessimistic, but it is very possible.
Which means GCHI could be trading in pennies by then....lol...
Thank you tho...
Based on that date, my prediction is that we see audited fins for WNTR in mid Feb when annuals are released. Thanks for sharing.
Just called my broker, RBC Dominion Securities (Canada), and spoke with a licensed trader regarding the GCHI spinoff.
The only information she had was that those shares are in fact restricted until March 25, 2015, and that I do not need a form to trade them after that date, they will automatically come off restriction.
Finding out that this is no better than a junk bond.... =/
To Anyone -
Is GCHI still on schedule to start trading at the end of Nov./Beginning of Dec. 2014?
Thank you in Advance....
Guess not, lol....
Sure hope that this starts to trade the time it is supposed to...

Hmmm... may turn out to be very good timing.
Anyone notice that the symbol for GCHI changed in our accounts on Tuesday to... 8T54294
Here's what it has under my 'activity' tab...
Was just thinking that the timing for trading is a couple weeks after all the mj elections.
Hello everybody, we are together in this, let´s hope this starts trading as promised. Can´t wait for november 25th and see what happens.
Cheers to all.
One would have to think that Frank understands the sentiments of his shareholders (ie. Pinksheet traders) and will pull some rabbits out of the hat before GCHI starts trading. Well...here's to hoping anyways...lol
" Perhaps if the company adequately PRs it and there is equal demand"
Exactly and I am in agreement with you, mate.
I think it will open at $1.00 a share just as told to us, around November 25th. I'm not worried about that at all. But so many people dumping all at once could wreak havoc on the pps. Perhaps if the company adequately PRs it and there is equal demand, but I'm concerned that not that many people that aren't already in WNTR are even aware of GCHI.
I've read that some believe this won't trade at any type of pps because it is all bs. Thoughts?
If everyone dumps it then Frank won't be able to do anything to keep the pps up. Of the people I've talked to about 90% plan on selling immediately to recoup. And I understand where they are coming from, but it's really not what we should want to happen. But if that is what the majority are doing then it forces all of us to do it. Sell as high as you can get, then buy them back when it levels off. Unless...does anyone have a different strategy that could work? I really don't want to sell...but I also really don't want to hold while everyone else is selling and then buying their shares back at .40 cents or so. Anybody have any ideas?!
The shares aren't restricted for a period of time? I doubt that you will be able to trade them immediately.
I sincerely hope that this does have value like Frank says it does. And, I hope it trades on the day it is supposed to. Not so that I can dump all my shares, but so that I can feel a bit relieved that it is legitimate. Frank hasn't lived up to a few things and I am a bit concerned about this being legitimate trading/value.
Sweeetttt!!!!!!! We are gchi originals. And a new board to follow.
I wonder if this will be trading at that number/pps or lower when trading commences. I've got a suspicion many will be selling. IMO, this has the potential to be another hedge fund type...imo that is..
The GCHI shares in our accounts are worth $1 each.
So, is it .01 cent or $1 dollar per restricted share? I've been told both and have read both. =/
WNTR - Worldwide Internet Inc - announced a spin-off - Shareholders will receive .01 restricted shares of GCHI Green Company Holdings, Inc., a Canadian Company, for every 1 share held of WNTR. Quite a few people are expecting the PPS to fall as soon as it starts trading but I am expecting some mega PRs to drop prior to the initial trade date that will propel some buying.
Sure has the potential to. It will be up to us to keep the ball rollin'....
I got them, but no ticker symbol yet, just a number....I can't wait!!! I think it's gonna do pretty well!
