It is well past 71 days since this "agreement" was executed on October 23, 2017.

And there are no pro forma financials filed as required by federal law for a SEC filer executing a merger.

Who knows what the new business even is, supposedly....

I have not seen anything yet, also they have not updated OTCM, so I have been watching for those updates, so far the are batting 50% on fillings ect, but I ‘m sure they will show up soon, the 10q is more interesting to me, that should be out soon but might have to wait for the auditors report.

As far as investor relations goes , they do have an unlinked link on their website. So I would assume it’s coming soon.

It’s not uncommon that when a new company reverse merges into an existing public vehicle, that they change registered agent, auditors ect. But what is nice here is we go from unaudited to audited financials.

I reached out to the company this morning trying to get in touch with investor relations.. looking more in depth at the new site and it is very well done.. this company is quite a bit larger than I anticipated.. also couldn't help but notice the partners and clients listed.. LG, Samsung, and Sharp.. whoa.. hoping to get an answer on RS cancelation.. seems to be the case here.. if so we are going to see a PPS explosion

by looking at their clients and partners section of the website, I would not doubt that. just imagine the purchase orders from Sharp, LG and Samsung to name a few.. If those Co's are subbing out flat screen orders, then slapping their name brand on them this could explode to $30 +

No doubt about that.. i had posted a while back some photos of their factory and such which showed many products.. what is intriguing to me is the international presence.. now they are doing a big trade show in Dubai? The revenue has got to be in the multi millions

Nice.. the switch in auditors is nice to see.. looks like they are getting ready for big moves.. i am anticipating no RS at this point which would be fantastic, I have a pretty large position float wise.. if they were to start dropping press releases several dollars per share would come quickly
