Negotiations and territory discussions include rights to market, sell, operate, maintain, provide client directed compliance reporting in the use of the issued intellectual property known as "On-site Aerosolization of Contaminated Water" for counties in Pennsylvania, counties in Ohio including Columbiana County (East Palestine), counties in Alabama (Alabama University is a leader in Water Quality Research) and the West African Country of Senegal.

In 1976, Mike Zakany and his brother started a restaurant in downtown Zanesville, Ohio. After months of planning and building, Zak's Restaurant was a reality.
