I traded pennies for a week, realized why I stopped trading pennies, ceo's are making millions selling shares and are too lazy to keep up with their filing or make a half way believable business model. Also, trading fees on pennies will eat up profit. commission free trading in stocks that go up 25% in a day is much better.

Starting to get my ish figured out. No more of the momentum plays. I have a good scanner for runners, looking for stocks that move 10% to 30% in a day and are on a good uptrend on the daily and weekly charts. Best prospect right now, aese, sos, nlst. I'm in flnt, but it was more of a momo play, (last one), also do half my buying after the first hour for the day, do the rest of my buying the last 90 min of the day. Got stopped out of sos yesterday, but today it took out yesterdays highs and confirmed itself, clear saling up to the $16 area.

I'm going to try to get one good swing trade in a day for 20% ish, whatever is running in the pennies will make a lot bigger swings than that interday, so it should be doable on a consistant basis. imo

Everything i'm in is supposed to be fairly long swing trades, so one or two down days doesnt matter much. If I was holding a bunch of calls, I would probably be pretty bummed out, but I quit options the end of last year.

Just for kicks I logged onto my old ihub acct and I realized that all of our posts are archived, back before we started this board. I had a really fun couple of hours reading about how we navigated the financial crisis, started buying cemjq, bac, faz and some of the BQ's like vstnq. So then I thought since twitter has blown up so much, this might be a fairly quiet place to get together, bs a little and do some trading. I'm glad your doing good. How is your wife doing? Did the hurricane get your place a couple of years ago?
