All I can say is that I have been in this stock for a long long time. But one thing I do know is that it's not over till the end I have many other stocks that I have been in for a long long time and they were in the same situation. But now there is life back in them and they're making me money and over night they turned around and I could not believe what I was seeing so anything is possible so I will look to the possibility that this stock this company can turn around. For the other stocks did. I did not think that they would ever turn around. Many of the other people as well were shocked so far five of my Stocks. As it says in the Bible all things are possible.

I see where you are coming from on this and I am with you if we could get ANY of our money back....The problem is my account is a fidelity account and I asked them about it and they said they know nothing of a change. Now if they actually make an announcement and change it I am in with you.... I have the same problem. My broker doesnt want to remove this stosck GLCC of my portfolio until it will be deslisted for trading, meanwhile, my broker charges custodia fees for this position all months. I am angry.

It was definitely outright lies and criminal. How they got away with it, idk. One of the more blatant cases of misleading shareholders I've seen in this market, with the exception of the many fake buyout offers that occurred and still occur from time to time, across the OTC spectrum.

Those PR's are etched in my head. They directly influenced mine and others buying and selling, through telling outright material lies thus, committing open securities fraud IMO.

I hope you're right. If you check the dates of buys and sells of TJ management, and compare that to the PRs put out right around that time, it seems to me that shareholders were being lied too.

That's my opinion, but I hope some take the time to look into it. Some might say what was going on was extremely misleading, and perhaps criminal.

Take 5 min and look. My head was spinning....maybe yours will too.

Well, but I do not understand what will happen to my stocks. I have a stock of GLCC, and I can not get rid of them. My broker wants to charge as long as it suited commissions listed custody. The lock of the DTCC overall understand that allows it to continue to trade on the market, and the action goes on listed on the OTC for tradding. I need that glcc will be deslisted then.

I remember these times, all far too well. So these are some of the scumbags that stole my money in 2008. I hope they lock'm up and throw away the key, toss ole man Winters in there too, be fine with me.

Seriously though, these dates are far too fresh in my mind, good to see exactly how it all happened.

Still remember the lying PR's put out by GLCC in June '08, blaming shorts, flippers, everything for the sliding pps. So much for their lies about a OS reduction as well. Blatant untruths pr'd, fairly consistently.
