SS updated on OTC markets 11/2. I was going to say a marked slow down in dilution, since only a 13 million increase in outstanding shares from a month ago, but weren't 30 million outstanding shares cancelled (turned into preferred) so then that makes the dilution more like 40 million for the month, with much of it then counteracted by the share cancellation. and then the amount of restricted shares dropped, so the unrestricted number is even higher as a result.

as always, someone let me know if i'm reading this wrong. it sure seems the company is overdue to explain plans and where they are with debt.

share structure just got updated. outstanding shares at 269,670,577. to me, that's higher than it should have gone, even with all debt cleared up and the shares for PSX. again, i did the math a few months ago and it was a bit of an estimate even then, so could be off. but, at this point, it would be nice for an update from the company.
