Nobody want to touch this with the shorting going on from these crooks.
It's lunchtime and so far a whopping 192 shares traded? Is this stupid low volume even possible?
PokerStar
Price did fluctuate at the last minute before closing bell.
I think this had many reverse splits
It's the buying, selling and rebuying games they have been playing for months. Making daily clam shells
I don’t get why people sell so much
8K reports came out today and there is the aquisition holdup. More selling continues
Interesting How?
Interesting how?
Too many lowlifes ruining it for the honest investor.
Wouldn't surprise me Gary. Don't forget, tomorrow is also Friday. Probably just a precursor to tomorrow's selling action. I don't remember the last time a Friday went by without the end of day selloff to put us in the red. Until the Meridian deal closes, I'm sure they'll keep playing their games. I still think they drive this back down to the $2.50 area if not lower before the deal is reported closed. IMO.
PokerStar
A short had to take it down @4 PM from 2.98 to 2.92
Only sold 641 shares.
Volume still way too light here. Just too easy for these scumbags to manipulate the price. I was actually surprised we got some buys at the end of the day to close above $3 bucks. When we were down in the $2.85 area, I was expecting a few large blocks dumped into the bid to drop us to the $2.50 area. It was a pleasant surprise for a change.
PokerStar
Closed @ 3.11 now 2.96 @ extended hours crap.
Red already before opening bell. 12 cents down.
Looks like you were right....selling galore this morning. I'm thinking they try to short us lower again. Last time, buyers stepped in around the $2.70 area. If they don't support the price and start buying there, I'm afraid we see the $2.40-$2.50 range again. These dirtbags are relentless.
PokerStar
You may be right. Those shorters and their never ending games with we longs here!
PokerStar
Either that or it's shorters loading up to screw around selling nextweek.
I think that happened after hours once before without letting the price trigger.
It wasn't your usual paint job at the close. It was almost triple our shares traded for the day in the last 15 minutes, followed by another 71K after hours block above $3 bucks, and I just saw another 10K block go though. That's more volume after hours than we had all day, including the 45K in the last 15 minutes. Just sayin...I don't ever remember seeing this kind of crazy closing, followed by after hours serious volume. Someone knows something is coming I suspect.
PokerStar
I figured somebody saved us from that beating today.
WTF....after that crazy closing, another after hours 71K traded @$3.08. Something very strange going on here all of a sudden.
PokerStar
I'm not sure what happened at the close on a Friday....but 15K shares traded all day with 211 trades, then, in the last 15 minutes, 43K shares traded with an additional 250 trades, including a 21K shares block posted at 4:00 closing. Was this one large buyer or short covering with inside knowledge of upcoming news? Either way.... surprising closing action for a Friday for sure!

Ruining a good run.
The crooks are at it again this morning
Yes pump so I can dump lol. Jk. I want this to hit 14 again.
Are you trying to pump this up? To dump later?
Saw company before r s and would still be ahead with this r s not have shareholders lose
Ok..I know who he is..Thanks.
Just found his initials.....they're S.T. for your information.

I think the problem is it's legal. It's shares that can be borrowed which is different than naked short selling. Naked short selling is selling shares that don't exist, then buying them back to cover the transaction. In our case, I'm not sure where these shares are borrowed, whether it's market makers or a brokerage firm that are holders of large blocks of our stock. They are the ones that provide access to some of these shares. Our problem here remains the same. As long as volume is light, they will have their way with us. We need like 100K volume or more daily to combat this. I don't see that as even possible until hopefully after the Meridian acquisition. If volume remains low after that and we don't get some large, serious institutional investors, we'll be in the same boat. In my opinion.
PokerStar
You would think the SEC would pick up on this BS.
I think it's J.T., but I'd have to go back to look. I'm not surprised with the price collapse here again. You can't have enough buyers here, on a low volume average stock to contain short sellers with 160K of fresh ammunition to kill the price even further. 135K traded today with most of them sells. Hard to compete with these scumbags that borrow shares to keep selling into the bid then buy them back after they've killed all momo we had this last few weeks. Like I said earlier, same sh*t, different day!
PokerStar
Somebody being greedy with their shorting tactics..Ruining it for everyone else.
Close 2.76 is my average from years ago
What's his initials?
So Gary....look back at some of the posts from the Facebook GMGI page and you'll see the guy who stated that the 160K were shorted. The guy that posted it is my suspected shorter. From what I've heard, he has a pretty large stake in the company with 300-400K shares. I can see him having the funds necessary to do this shorting price manipulation, make piles of cash waiting for the acquisition to complete. I've suspected this guy from day 1 since I've been here, prior to the reverse split.
PokerStar
Remember the volume from our recent run to $3.75 area and then they shorted 160k shares to drop the price to the low $3 range. Look at the higher than normal volume since then, all in the $2.80 to $3.00 area. If peeps can't see and understand that these crooks are now done covering and have a fresh 160K shares to manipulate the price lower, there is something wrong. Same sh*t, different day. The slow bleed to the low $2 will continue until big buyers step up. When will that be? Your guess is as good as mine. Where do they drop this to next? The $2.50 area or right back to the low $2s all over again? F*cking scumbags will play with this until Meridian acquisition is done. Sad but true!
