GROY...Went LONG at 52 Week Low in July 2022.
If you had only followed the UEC post instead of living in the past, my ohhh my! Game changer!
It's bad Lady, even down to your I dabble in Solana @$120 and it goes to $27'sh, it's bad,
A true fool thinks he knows it all, when clearly you dont. You cant even be orignal with your avatar. What else do you have, the same ol same ol half wit comments are less than impressive and not even the slightest entertaining
Nice chart, lol, dilute much, track record? Lol
Look at me I get newsletters, gold to triple digits, what a Fool
Still dont know how to chart! Lmao, and playing dilutive Gold, awesome! Haaaa
Big Ouchie Boo boo, lol
Pretty much called it eh? Hows nvta treating ya?
Looks like MGMT is lining their pockets nicely here, what a Turd jmo
Love the Newsletters part! Really! Lol
"Still dont know how to Chart", newsletters, I get it know! Haaaaaa, classic!
Thank you for the detailed response. I'll have to keep updating those charts you shared. I found this guy about 3 months ago and he's been pretty spot on with crypto, calling for corrections in November when all was high. He does gold and silver every now and then. You might get something from it
It's gotta go up to retest $1820~ area. $USD has moved too far too fast.

Watch the slow STO on the bottom. When it closes 21 or above. price should move higher. Typically shorts come off at bottom BB and slow accumulation of long position begins waiting for buy confirmation. ---> typical target is middle line or 18-20dma.
Remember that interest rates on the 10Y note move the USD(DXY) which affects asset prices most of the time.
Uptrend line from 2018 low is ~$1700. Should see support right here.

Once you figure out charting, you only pay attention to the shills when they start throwing outside numbers up or down. Slowly add when STO is low, Slowly trim when STO is high. Adjust amount of add or trim based on trend.
P.S. Keep a watchful eye on share count.

Still don't know how to chart, golds expected to drop to 1600 and possibly tripple digits from the podcasts and newsletters I get. I only have 400 shares but will be trying to find a good time to buy more
Nope, I just know to be out of most by the time it gets to the top of 3 on the longer time frames.
Descending wedge pattern on the weekly.

Try to keep the bus off the guardrail!
You do Elliot wave at all? I'd like to learn it. Guess I'll ne practicing now just off the fact it hit a low, went up and perhaps corrected just above the latest low
I simply did the math!

Price was out of spec.

Minnesota grain bin building will be in demand if they can get the parts!
Somebody might know what they are talking about. Teach me your ways
really wasn't much vol in them. I haven't follwoed them. Groy had a take over bid for a smaller company which was terminated 4 days ago. Yet the possibility of GROY being taken over is stil there. They have 15.1% niw and I think the highest price they paid was 4.23 and the highest price this year was 7.08 Sowould they pay over7.50 to get the remaining 85% when they can just keep buying on the open market at these prices. Sooner or latter the price would be forced up as the float deminishes. Then there becomes the issue what will the total of the warrants be and how will any open warrants be taken into the merged company? Maybe the most logical warrant buyer is GLDG. Maybe they are buying them. I just don't know how they can pay .04 div when they are losing .36 Since it is a royality company it relies upon the miners it has to provide the cash.
Warrant trading up while the underlying is down. Is it weird that they’re not correlated?
thanks I could not find much on them other than they are at .45-.50 However GLDG issued a warrning April 12, 2022 they had 14.9% of GROY now have 15.1% they may do a take over. Now if they do and they only take it for less than the 7.50 sounds like those warrnts have to be converted to GLDG but I am not sure how they arrive at a new strike price. I hold both of these companies. GROY pays a div GLDG does not.
GROY has negative earnings earnings yet pays .04 GLDG also has .51 earnings and a 2.32 PE which IMO is to low.
Exercisable at $7.50 and I believe these are 3 year warrants (approx. 2 years left).
I'm new to these - obviously the higher price of the stock share, the more valuable the warrant. Pretty much needs to be over $7.50 for the warrant to be worthy otherwise just buy the stock shares. Is that accurate or what am I missing?
In short, the warrant is a call option on GROY shares?
Appreciate your time.
they can be very good depends upon how much time premium is in them.
What is the strike price of this and when does it expire?
looks like they are tradeing arond .67-.69 and the stock is 3.63 so I am going to guess the stike is over 4.50
When your stock is overvalued, companies won't let you pay for purchases in shares!
I'm curious what people here think about the warrant?
I'm fairly new to GROY and picked up some warrants along with some shares. First time buying warrants. Pros vs Cons, etc. I appreciate your opinions.
Thanks!
Yeah, this should produce good income for many years to come. Going to keep building a position in it for the foreseeable future.
Early in a bull market for a new company that is already paying a dividend. Will gold prices ever see a bottom below 1900 again? Maybe, maybe not. A lot of GROY royalties are profitable so much lower than current prices. Lots of cash flow coming our way for the long term.
Yeah, but you have to factor in a higher gold price now. Granted its not 40% higher. Thats why im saying 3.50 ish for my target to buy in greater. This is sort if a slow build a position. It does need to find its ground support though . Guess we'll see where that is over the next few months
They paid a 40% premium to acquire the other two entities. So until the stock revisits that level or has earnings to support it, your on the struggle bus.
You think this is only worth 2.75? Hmm i dont see it going that low. Maybe mid 3s?
I see your message clearly! For many others they don't. Do you think this was shorted today or was there a bunch of conversions?
Agree. Im hoping price stays here for a while longer so i can accumulate a larger position
Taking profit in my NEM long calls and rolling right into the GROY bank.
Filled another limit this week at 3.90. Slowly and surely adding. Just love this business model too damn much.
CEO is killin it IMHO.
Let’s rock.
Yeah Im down a little but going to buy some more here at the 4.00 level. Long term it should treat us well.
Well in his defensive he did say lots of share available below the buy up to price. I'm trying out his newsletter service after hearing about him on rich dad radio and carbon credits. So far I'm a small fish and don't get to take advange of the offerings so would be great if something else took off in the right direction and are it worth while in the short term to keep me paying
I'm in this for the same reasons as you, I like the long term prospects and dividend growth. Bought in at $4.60 and have been averaging down.
I like GROY for the long term. I'm buying dips and looking forward to their dividend which will hopefully grow from here. I know the chart doesn't look good since inception but like I said, this is long term for me. Don't mind holding for years.
What else are you in from MK? Carbon etfs?
Cheers!
Seems his interm report buy up to price was over shot a bit? Checking on a few of his other tickers to see price since recommending and this doesn't give me the warm and fuzzy and I bought another recommendation and it's near accredited financing prices
Certainly impressed so far with how well its being managed. Will continue adding at this low market cap.
This will be Wheaton on steroids.
GROY!
Less good but still good now. Good income potential for many years here.
Getting to be a good area to buy here.
Gold Royalty Announces Inaugural Quarterly Cash Dividend program
January 18 2022 - 06:30AM
PR Newswire (Canada)
VANCOUVER, BC, Jan. 18, 2022 /CNW/ - Gold Royalty Corp. (NYSE American: GROY) ("Gold Royalty" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved the initiation of a quarterly dividend program and declared an inaugural quarterly cash dividend of US$0.01 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2022.
"The announcement of our inaugural dividend represents a key milestone for Gold Royalty, providing our shareholders with a competitive yield, and is a natural consequence of the rapid growth we have experienced since our IPO in March 2021. Our balanced portfolio has grown from an initial portfolio of 17 to over 190 royalties, including six on producing mines with a further seven on mines in development. The scale and quality of our assets, which are heavily weighted in the tier one mining jurisdictions of Quebec and Nevada, underscore what we believe is a peer-leading growth profile over the next several years. This outstanding portfolio has the potential to support growth in dividends in the future," stated David Garofalo, the Company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
The only "case" any GROY bears might have is financial suicide.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: GROY is going to be Wheaton on Steroids.
GROY!
Any GROY bears out there? I'd love to hear the case. Thank you, new here!
I wish I knew about this at 2.75 but I'm building a long term position.
If you paid more than 2.75/shr., you overpaid!
I'll put my bucket down around the 2.5 put level.
