What I see is holding on to shares that are stuck in a trading range of $1,50 to $1.70 and a 4 cent annual dividend. I continue to look for spikes in GORO prices where I can off load this loser. I took the cash and moved it into better moving gold stocks like BTG and KGC which have better dividends.

Being one of lowest cost producers in the industry, they will incur less profit sharing expense if they make less money from the sale of Zinc, which is what really pays the bills around here!

If they were in trouble, I seriously doubt Allen would be making asset purchases! Also keep an eye on Peso exchange rate, I hear rumors of a devaluation coming.

BTG reported it sold over 200K+ ounces of gold at an average price of $1711. That should be about what GORO got for 9000 ounces. That would amount to a $15 million+ sales plus sales of silver, lead, zinc, and copper. All those metal prices are also way down too. Given GORO has many extra high expenses for employee profit share, much higher taxes and higher operating costs. I am worried the quarterly results will send this stock 10%+ lower. I have reduced my share exposure by 30% over the past weeks and may reduce more on another uptick. At a 2.5% annual dividend yield, the risk of further decline is too high.

Yes, they produce less when the price falls compared to when they produced more during high prices. I wonder if they purchased something with the price that low.

Part 1 of confirmation of original news article. Part 2 will be GORO confirmation which may not come until the transaction is approved by TSX. Lockup period is 4 months from transaction date of 09-22-22. So end of January. Need permits + additional good drill results. I'm thinking there is a target 2027 plan that is being executed. I've seen multiple moves in that geographic location. Keep your eyes on OR over then next few quarters.

Support should be ~$1920 on gold with that hard floor at $1679.50! Currently resting on the 50dma.

We'll see if all that cash moves toward gold on Monday and Tuesday due to market selloff expected. We're at the bottom BB on the daily. Could see some consolidation in the Jr's with the current move.

I'd like them to try and pick up the other exploration claims down in Mexico that the original geologist has been working on.

Retail sales have jumped off the cliff in the last 3-4 weeks. Maybe it's that 100% price increase that they are trying to push through.
