Attitude Drinks (OTCBB: ATTD) (OTCQB: ATTD) today announced a marketing endorsement partnership agreement with Professional Basketball Superstar Mr. Paul Pierce and his "Foundation for a Cause" a/k/a the Truth Fund charity. Compensation details were not disclosed.

According to the agreement, Mr. Pierce and his "Foundation for a Cause" marketing endorsement will promote Attitude Drink's Phase III Recovery Drink. The term of the agreement is twelve months.

The association of Mr. Pierce with Attitude shall include approved images, special appearances and commercials involving Mr. Pierce. Attitude Drinks and Mr. Pierce will work together with retailers and distributors of Phase III Recovery to raise awareness and donations for the Truth Fund.
