Steady as she goes... $GLUC is going to be a multi-million Q company...
Second to having fantastic in demand products with a global market, is our CEO who is legit (not a pink scammer) who has invested heavily here and wants success for the company and shareholders.
From the release:
"By specializing in producing healthy and delicious beverages nutritionally appropriate for the nation's 100+ million2 pre and Type-2 diabetics, and additionally, with its planned launch of a new healthy and delicious soluble fiber infused "ready-to-drink" beverage, formulated to meet the nutritional needs of the 95% of Americans who are considered fiber deficient3, Glucose Health, Inc. is uniquely positioned among all beverage companies in America".
Looks like the audit work is already done. Have a new CAO, Chief Accounting Officer. Wonder why the title of CFO wasn't donned. Anywho, three new Independent Board Members.
The accounting is the hardest part usually. They'll be amendments to many, maybe all, of those accounting audits. That's just how it goes. If this gets done in 6 months, it'll been a very fast process.
Let's see how the market reacts today. Sell the news? Or steady as she goes?

It's thin down to $0.50 and it's thin up to $1. I like our odds here.
Here's a story in 4 images.
$GLUC = $1.111M in revenues over the TTM. With a decent 4th quarter, 2022's Total Revenue could be in excess of $1.2M.
.
.
$SBEV is a small beverage company that uplisted to the NYSE ($4 min.) with EF Hutton. EF Hutton will be the primary bookrunner for $GLUC's uplist.
Same identical path. Notice how top line REVs went from $1.018M up to $14.315M in just under 3 years.
.
.
$SBEV did a 3-to-1 reverse split the day they uplisted. Stock price is often higher this side of the uplist because lots of insiders sell the first day on the Big Board.
.
.
Past year, market cap for $SBEV has ranged from roughly $40M up to $220M+ (round numbers). Don't think they've posted a profit yet.
.
Today, $GLUC has a market cap around $12M.
Big week then. FED will hit us with the final 75-basis point raise (to be followed in the next 2 months by a 50- and 25-basis point raises), Carvana reports after-hours November 3rd (it's going to be bad), and $GLUC hits us with some news!
More likely mid-late week..."The Company additionally advises shareholders and interested investors that a progress report regarding its planned up-listing to the NASDAQ Capital Market® stock exchange is expected to be issued by press release, the week of October 31, 2022 $GLUC
Today's the big day. We get the progress report on the potential uplist. Let's hope it's not spooky? Okay, bad pun. Let's hope there isn't too much "sell the news" going on today.
Glad someone appreciates our twisted minds!..Welcome back!..$GLUC
Y’all are hilarious, glad to see this moving in a positive direction again
Once a couple big buyers show up... You'll be streaking through the office again! $GLUC
At $0.90, the market cap is basically $12.5M.
Call TTM Sales $1M, which makes for a P/S multiplier of 12.5x. That's certainly a heady number but with hopefully significant expansion potential on the way, it could very well be an under-valuation.
$GLUC is going to get it's freak on!!.
My nipples are rock hard.
Not far off at all,... the sp has doubled on minimal volume and not much exposure. Imagine what a 500kv+ day would do here!...I see Paris, I see France, I see $GLUC shareholders doing a 5 dollar breakout dance!
I see London, I see France
I see $1, in the distance.
$0.80s are gone. $0.90s are at the plate.
We're at $0.80 now but lost all our BIDs in the $0.70s.
Someone out of the gate with a 10,000 BID at $0.76. 80s might not be too far behind.
$0.60s appear to be gone. Next up: $0.70s.
It's walking up because investors are finally waking up.
Yes, it looks like Amazon is locked and loaded with all flavors now in stock and available for purchase.
https://www.amazon.com/glucodown
...and if the sp reaches 5 bucks,..no split is necessary or 1 for 1 (lol). We definitely agree that buying more is a wise idea,.. existing shareholder or not.. $GLUC
What we find interesting is that existing shareholders fail to understand that by buying additional shares NOW they are helping to protect their own interest in GLUC by potentially minimizing the impact of a reverse split on their EXISTING SHARES.
As we already pointed out, at $0.50 cents the shares would likely need to be reverse split 1-for-10 to reach a price of $5.00. If shares were to reach a $1.00 in price, it would only require a 1-for-5 reverse split in order to get to the $5.00 threshold.
As an existing shareholder what would you rather have happen; a 1-for-10 or a 1-for-5 reverse split?
Investing in a few more shares now could effectively help increase the number of shares that existing investors will have remaining after the reverse split takes place.
If you are already invested in this company, and believe in its future, buying a few more shares now could potentially impact your overall position, in a positive way, by virtue of not having to live with a much larger reverse split, thus increasing the number of shares you would have remaining.
Peace out.
Nice!..Amazon inventory is looking strong again as well!
I wasn't referring to unknowns to come from growth, I'm referring to info that has already been revealed in recent Q's that the majority of people are clueless to, as well as fresh perspectives of market potentials...There is plenty there to generate new excitement for buyers that will surely impact the sp. If we already had the the horse out front, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Anyway, all jmo,... no need to kick this horse any longer. Thanks for your insight and perspectives.
New developments, new products, and new vendors (distribution) all require ramping up inventory levels and spending money on R&D, beta testing, focus groups, etc.
Even PR and IR campaigns require money to implement.
You can't put the cart before the horse.
.Excitement that is generated by potential, new developments, new products, new vendors, uplisting, market profit potentials.
I agree on all points. But "what will attract buyers?"...Excitement that is generated by potential, new developments, new products, new vendors, uplisting, market profit potentials. Sure the Q was solid and shows good growth, but it is not an indication of true market potential here. People in the pinks are hoping to buy the next Amazon or at least find a killer potential for a run. Also as you are aware, the channels to get exciting news out need to be all reaching from radio and additional news source releases and meia placements. I'm not trying to debate your aptitude in the market as I'm aware I'm out matched by your experience..I'm just saying these methods have not been used here in quite some time. Maybe they can't be at the moment, but I for one am for them to maximize the sp potential prior to.... $GLUC
It's hard to disagree with the fact that GLUC is thinly traded. That said, if buyers did come in en mass the price would definitely move up.
The question then becomes what will attract buyers?
Yesterday's Q3 report should have provided that catalyst. Not sure that there is anything better than an OTC company with strong revenue growth, and a kick-ass product on Amazon.
Add to that, a very compelling capital structure with no debt, low float and a small number of shares outstanding.
Oh, and BTW the company has shown that it can be profitable.
How many OTC pink sheet companies can say that?
L2 is sooo thin, I don't mind sounding like a broken record! Imagine what a 500k day would do! 5 bucks?..No problem,..just need volume!!
Those .48s are gone. Next up: .62s.
It'll be interesting to see what today brings.
I'm not questioning that what so ever. Murray has and is doing a phenomenal job. He'll do what is best for the company and shareholder no doubt about it! (Even if that entails a r/s)
I'm just questioning what is being posted here.. I still believe we will be getting updates here and will see a drastic uptick in the sp, (before any R/S is required or implemented) I just think you guys are underestimating how quick and high this baby can jump. There is hungry money out there from 2 years of people taking hits/losses and are tired of losing.....As said before,.. a bunch of people are looking for a winner, just need to get their eyes on it!
Don't you think that if Murray believed what you are saying, he would have taken that specific course of action?
We've seen it go to 9 on less hype or any kind of uplist news. My opinion remains that as tight as it is, it could easily run past 5 with the right PR campaign and news releases. Agreed that it's a different market, but I'd argue that there are a bunch of hungry day traders and others affected by this market that are starving for a winner and have a grip load of cash to throw at it! I could be wrong, but my gut says otherwise.
If certain criterion are met, it can be $4, or even lower, but delisting can come faster. I've never seen a stock do the uplist via the alternative uplisting method. Vast majority of circumstances, $5 is the target.
We beg to differ with you. An uplisting to NASDAQ, along with a reverse split, is necessary to move the company forward.
Without capital, Murray cannot expand distribution, since it takes money to produce inventory and new innovative products.
The OTC Market has changed dramatically, for pink sheet companies, as result of SEC Rule 15c2-11. It has made it almost impossible for pink sheet companies to raise capital, since just about every broker/dealer refuses to custody the restricted shares of (SEC) non-reporting companies whose share price is below $5.
Almost every private placement that these types of companies (pink sheet) engage in will result in the accredited investors being unable to sell their shares after the tacking period (usually 2 years for OTC pink sheet companies) expires, since they cannot get the shares custodied at their broker/dealer.
It's not a simple as you think. You are, however correct, in identifying the very tight market conditions for the shares and that it wouldn't take much to get the price of GLUC stock up from here, since the shares are so thinly traded.
The best thing that could happen for GLUC is to see buyers coming in and bidding the price up to $1 or $2. That would dramatically change the dynamics surrounding a reverse split. At a buck, the company would only need to do a 1-for-5 reverse split which is certainly better than a 1-for-10. At $2.50 it looks even better at a 1-for 2 reverse split.
What you fail to understand are the implications and consequences of being a penny stock (defined as less than $5 a share), a non-reporting SEC company and the accompanying difficulties to raise capital.under Rule 15c2-11.
There is more to this than just getting the stock price up to meet the criteria for listing on NASDAQ.
The company has been very quiet most of this year, do you not believe that updates, progress info., compiled with uplist news would catapult the sp?
Additionally, I'm pretty sure NASDAQ uplist criteria is 4 bucks minimum sp. (Not 5)
The float is always tight. Yet here we are, back under 2 quarters for quite a while now. I don't see how we uplist without a reverse split. It's not a bad thing per se if done properly.
He is incorrect in the article and knows better that It's not a necessary step.. The float is so tight, all that is needed is transparency and updates (a PR campaign) to get well past the required NASDAQ price without any dilution. Most companies do a r/s to get from multi-million OS shares to where we are currently at.
Latest write-up. Talks about the potential uplist and likely reverse split.
https://altitradepartners.blogspot.com/2022/10/glucose-health-inc-posts-very.html
Any potential (likely?) reverse split will probably get weird. I was part of Adams Golf stock years ago when it uplisted. They did the reverse split and basically took the share count down to some low figure (sub-5 million shares). While Wall Street still had a love affair with golf stocks back then, no one bought Adams Golf shares because their were basically none to buy. The illiquidity was a "no go" for any substantial buyer. Open Letters by shareholders were being written for them to pay a divvy because the company was profitable and performing but the stock price sucked a$$. It took TaylorMade buying the company to finally unlock the share value.
Companies must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly traded shares outstanding upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors, or any beneficial owners of more than 10% of the company.
Yep...not much to be had below the bid and thin on the way up. Hitting the ask is all that will be available soon enough! $GLUC
Someone put a $22K BID out there.
Look at that L2...have you ever seen one thinner?
Nice,..and given the float is razor thin and the OS is less than 14 million... The SP will mostly likely rocket past the uplist price requirements for NASDAQ once they start releasing more information. We very likely could be sitting well above 5 bucks in just a couple weeks...stay tuned! $GLUC
With a little impatience, we might close the day over $0.60.
