I am talking about..
R,
Pntv
No. Why should I? I bought some 4 months ago and it's down more than 50%. No news, no interest.
If you're pumping, I'm dumping.
Dino
Dinosaur,
As I told you everybody, 3 days ago, accumulate and buy..
R, pntv
Then you're posting on the wrong board.
I've only got a little PNTV. Hasn't done much since I bought it. The one that's gone wild is ACBFF.
Dino
I am talking pntv,,yes in mho..
I am talking about pntv??IMO , yes..
You think something is actually going to happen?
Dino
Pitadog, pntv, accumulate as much as you can. IMO
Now
i saw that but my time stamp was like 3hrs in the future, so i thought it might have been from yest.
Yes, and on high volume too. That is two...shares today.
Dino
ic. well, this acquisition could make needing new capital moot, hopefully it is all already cataloged :)
now capa's bid/ask to tighten up again
Sean doesn't think minority stockholders need to know anything. Until the annual meeting when he was trying to attract new capital, that is. Then he greeted me at the door with the corporate ledger under his arm.
Apparently European customs are different.
Dino
yeah, i noticed that as well. News means the lights are still on, and with the stock at these levels, means dilution hasn't struck while being dark, good signs for things to come imo
The value of this acquisition should be huge as a licensing deal could be global.
I hope so.
The company has been extraordinarily quiet. They've stopped reporting for more than a year.

Capital Art, Inc. acquires the assets of Movie Star News, LLC http://finance.yahoo.com/news/capital-art-inc-acquires-assets-133000083.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory
maybe CAPA waking up?
Funny. So do I. And I hope you're wrong. Bet you do too.
Dino
Thanks Dino!.
I have 40K shares of this according to my port and I am not confident I will see my break even on this.
Doug
I got involved When Klaus Moeller bought the shell from PTEL. Klaus's wife ran a women's clothing company called Gleeworks. The storefront was in Beverly Hills, near the Celebrity Vault. I don't know why he picked that name or, for that matter, why she did either. So far as I know, the shell never really did anything until he RMed it into Capital Art, the successor to Celebrity, Inc.
The company is trying to survive in the "iconic photograph" space. They have the rights to the Frank Worth collection of hundreds of candid photos of Hollywood stars (and some who never made it that big), most of them early in their careers. I've seen snapshots of Norma Jean, the rat pack relaxing, etc. They just ran a Groupon sale last week. They do pretty well through social media.
So, the company in it's current incarnation is legit. I can't speak for the first two companies.
Dino
I was trying to figure out the reverse splits and I think there was a 4:1 divvy, I think that is what they called it.
So, started with MFYS (Medify Solutions, then MDFY?, then Petel (I think this was the VOD.. perhaps true, but many of us said Porno would be best) the symbol was PTEL or PTEI?, then Gleeworks and forgot what that was and then CAPA.
I did not keep track of the Dates of these R/M's and R/S's and needless to say, lost big time on this scam.
Thanks,
Doug
Yes I keep track of Capital Art. The shell from MDFY, etc. was sold to them as a reverse merger. The companies have nothing but the registration in common. That is a fairly common practice in the market.
This company has different people, different products, different name. Maybe the goals are the same...making money.
Dino
Good Gawd.... how many name changes has this gone through since MDFY, I think that is what is started with when I jumped in.
Medical Records was the deal, I really thought they were ahead of the curve back then.
Does anyone keep track of this, since MDFY, the chronology of splits and name changes.
Thanks,
Doug
They seem to be successful selling on the web. Groupon and fab sales seem to be the best, I think. Of course, those are the low end of the price scale. I noticed that British company Stanley Gibbons, known mostly for rare stamps and art, have some of the higher priced Frank Worth limited editions in their catalog.
Dino
It been a while since i been on here. but been watching CAPA and they have started to post news:
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/capital-art-inc-announces-2-major-sales-on-fabcom-this-holiday-season-pinksheets-capa-1731233.htm
anybody have any thoughts on this one.
Capital Art has a new subsiderary with its own site:
http://www.giftarium.com/
It features the Frank Worth collection but doesn't seem to be limited to it.
Dino
Not bad for it's first real reporting quarter.

Dino
I'll do what I can.
It's a good thing you have help now.
Dino
Please Welcome jetpilot1101 As Assistant Mod.
Well, if it needs for one to go to 4.99, so be it.
What if they decide to move them to 7.99!!!!
I see what you mean about those deep pockets. 100 shares traded today ....so far.
Guess they will be in for a big down hill run soon.
There's nothing to dump. The float is miniscule. That's why there's no volume. Most of the stock is locked up by large holders, most of whom have deep pockets.
Dino
It really is funny watching this trade a few hundred shares at the time. 4.99 on the ask now. I'm sure it will be hit with a super small trade. After they get a chart all painted up, the dump will begin.
Medify Solutions Ltd
CAPA:OTC
Funny how Capitol Art doesn't show up on the listing.
How are things here at Phi CAPA Crapa ?
Love that sig, really cool.
How do you prove a negative? Dang near impossible.
Tell you what. Lets revisit this in a year. Would that be long enough to convince you that he's gone? Or would a decade do? Century, perhaps?
Dino
Okay, almost 2 weeks ago now. Time flies when you're busy.
By the way, if you bought Jonathan Bryant's house, would that make you a dishonest person? That's essentially what a shell company is. If Bryant were still a major stockholder, I'd be worried too, but he's not.
Why do you think that CAPA has no chance of success? Is there a flaw in their business plan I haven't noticed? Or is it just because the corporate shell used to be owned by a bad guy?
Dino
Well so far you met Norm last week on July 18th. And you met him last week on Aug 3rd. At least try and keep your story straight.
