FILM, it had a couple of ticker changes and went on the Candian exchange. Price fell then rose to pre split pps. I forget what orginal ticker was. This will initially drop when new issue hits trading accounts. inho

the fillings currently don't indicate a rise in AS, i doubt these guys would have paid money to file all that paperwork just a few months ago only to turn around and make the shell worthless
