How old is this story? just so you know, C.A.T. system has been in place so long that it is now absolute, replaced by CAIS reporting. The CAIS reporting is under intense scrutiny now from Congress... Why? well it turns out our friends at FINRA/SEC were sharing not just orders, but account name and other information and may have been sharing it with their other 3 letter friends at IRS/DOJ so they can see exactly WHO was buying stocks.
