The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of properties for production of crude oil and natural gas, targeting primarily known wells in the state of Louisiana. The Company targets properties with an aim to build value for shareholders and produce solid revenues and profitability. The Company has recently focused on Caddo Pine, Louisiana, a region which contains an estimate two billion plus barrels of Remaining Oil ?in-place?, and is the richest field in the Onshore Gulf Coast Basin.
The Company owns two leases, with a total of six wells. The Thacker lease has four wells on 14 acres of land.
