We bailed, took our losses on this one and will simply lick our wounds.
HDSN is the culprit here, so until he's willing to let this move, its only going to go lower IMO.
Titan,
You guru. You callin' the buy at a plug nickel?!?!?! ;)
Amazing and they re on OTCBB
fully reporting
The co has not adressed its PPS decline
which any proper co would do
very bad
MK
down to a $16.5M cap. given that the company isn't making any money and has tripped hand over fist to promote this stock.. from mailers and message boards .. i'd guess a capitalization of $2.5M or so might be fair given that the idea is a good one.
so maybe this is a good play in the $.01-.02 range?
i have to admit - im astounded watching the stock trade. there's almost no chance for traders to bounce this.. the ask is aggressive and then some.
there are a lot of motivated sellers here. lots of hands in the cookie jar?
Question. If this company has no money, how can they afford to put a commercial on CNBC? I have watched it many times and is the reason why I am doing my homework. For what reason would you spend that kind of money if you are going to go under? Just a question.
Don t see bottom yet
watching for entry now

Well considering HDSN just won't let it go and seems to put a strangle hold on the Ask whenever it starts getting hit, its gonna be another ugly day.
We need to seem him move off the ask to stand a chance IMO.
Charts are saying the bears are loosing favor, but not totally yet. Looks like your right about there being a bit more downside coming. See if this chart will load for you.

Just did
seems just about 3 mill
have traded since the mailer
the co might be selling too though
don t know
so, I think there s still more to go
MK
Thanks for the input.
As fast as this has fallen it might have a very healthy bounce coming. Anybody on the board counting shares traded each day?
No, but similar...lol
No big deal, if I run across it again I'll re-post it, thanks.
On their disclaimer list
not shares actual dollar amount
but the co issued 3 mill plus shares for the mailer
They have 165 mill o/s accd to their last 10Q
and -0- revenue so far
this will go lower

It would appear that Qualitystocks.com was paid 3M shares for a Spam Campgaign.
Of course, as we all know, these promotional sites don't give a rats ass about the stock or its shareholders and simply liquidate the their shares as quickly as they get them, sending the price into a downward spiral.
The real question IMO is why would GRDB using such a loser outfit to promote their company, when they know they'll only drive the PPS down by selling the crap out of it and doing it ALL at the Bid.
Some say its because they are just here to create and sell shares, but I think they want to buy back shares at a much cheaper price and this was the only legal way to get the PPS much lower.
But what the heck do I know, I'm just playing the stock and don't give a plug nickel about the company.
Actually, weren't they paid in common stock, valuing that dollar amount you posted?
If so, then Qualitystocks.com is the one responsible for sending this into the toilet, as they have likely been dumping their payment shares into the open market.
The question becomes, why did GRDB utilize such a sleezy operation??? They may have had an ulterior motive, such as buying back a large chunk of stock at a much lower PPS. They probably didn't expect the share price to hit $4 quite so quickly, did they???
From what I've read, the company paid the promotional site some 3M shares, or something like that.
Can't find the post I read that explained that, but maybe you guys have the info here.
Anyways, I was thinking about why this company would bother using a Spamming Promo service and pay them in common stock, which is almost always the norm. They don't need the publicity, as it was trading just fine at $4 a share, with a daily average of around 200K.
So why do it??? Then it hit me, they can't openly Dump shares to cause a decrease in the PPS, only to Buy the shares back at a lower price. That would simply be a manipulation of the stock price, so they could use it to their advantage, which is illegal.
However, by issuing 3M shares to an entity which they know will simply sell at the Bid the second they get their hands on them. They would effectively be causing the PPS to plummet, without actually being responsible, right?
So if that scenario is the case, why would they do this except to be buying back shares??? I've not seen any recent filings, but it wouldn't surprise me to find out they been doing exactly this, or something along these lines.
But I've only been looking into this since yesterday, when I jumped in at .50. However I averaged down at .25 today because I think they should be almost finished with selling the shares they were compensated for the promotional campaign.
And once they are finished selling, if the company announces they've been buying back shares, with some lame excuse of the stock being extremely undervalued, then we could very well see a very very nice bounce.
But I'm open to whatever you guys have to say, just trying to read back through posts now, thanks.
With respect to QualityStocks.Net, I dont think the price matters to them. They are paid to 'churn' the stock, to get enough dollar volume in to create liquidity for both themselves and the Company. They need an exit strategy, and the Company needs to raise capital (usually), otherwise they wouldn't have hired a smallcap promotion firm. The stock is essentially free money to them. I honestly dont think they care a lick about what happens to GRDB.
I would suggest you send complaints to enforcement@sec.gov if you are unhappy with what has transpired here.
It looks like a classic pump and dump, with significant losses.
Thanks MK.
dumping, dumping....and.....DUMPING!
It's been brutal here.
See my post # 21

Why the sell off here?
that's the thing. There's no rule that says it has to bounce. But one would figure that the dilluter would get his finger off the dilluting button sooner or later. Have money left to at least double down once or twice more...but will probably not do that.
Ouch, well I suppose you've been saying that for a while now, but this time you HAVE to be right...lol
Im getting overloaded with this thing.. first purchast at 1.80. Got my average down to .43. It has to bounce...
That was yesterday, but sure isn't helping the cause much.
We're in at .50 and .25, average .36, just waiting for the bounce. When it comes, if it comes, it should be a very very nice move.
This thing is waaaaaaaaaayyyy oversold and has BIG BOUNCE written all over it, so lets get it in gear!!!
From 4.25 to 0.22 in 5 days
excellent work
the short I announced on 5/16 at 4.25
would have worked out great
MK
why doesnt the guy let it come up for air? why the relentess dumping? doesnt that kill his reputation???
GRDB.OB Announces the Launch of a Major French Distributor
Global Roaming Distribution announced this morning that it was proud to attend MEDPI 2008 in Monaco and celebrate the debut of France’s Fox Communication Laura SIM. Laura SIM, powered by Global Roaming technology, was designed to provide the European market with the same cost savings and service of Global Roaming’s CelTrek SIM card.
Laura SIM is a trademark of LCD Distribution, which is part of Fox Communication Group and the number one authorized dealer of Cellular Line. CEO of the Paris-based company, Jean Nataf, has been distributing mobile phones and plans for more than 25 years and will market Laura SIM throughout 720 locations.
“We see Laura SIM, loaded with all the Global Roaming features, as the most competitive SIM product on the market. With over two decades’ experience in this market, we know what the consumer wants. This technology, with these features and its super pricing is the perfect addition to ensure our reputation for being on the cutting edge of cellular service,” Nataf commented.
GRDB CEO Florian Y. Seroussi was invited by Nataf to participate in the launch of the Laura SIM at MEDPI. The European expo is known as the juncture for new digital technologies and their consumers. The show attracts buying decision makers for consumers and SOHO distribution networks.
Seroussi stated, “We are proud to support Fox Communication’s new Laura SIM product, knowing they have the expertise to reach all the right European markets that need this low cost, but fully featured, alternative to high roaming costs.”
“The anticipation of Laura SIM in the French and European market further emphasizes our premise that Global Roaming Distribution and our CelTrek product is in the right place at the right time to meet, not only end user demand, but the demands of distributors and resellers, to finally have a roaming solution for the growing numbers of international travelers,” Seroussi added.
Ryan Industries,
Do you see the green circular arrows next to your last posts? That was the moderator (Qualitystocks - Michael McCarthy) who deleted your post, then thought to himself, I can't keep deleting posts that I don't agree with or that tell the truth about a promotion gone bad or say something bad about me. So he republished your post.
It is pretty amazing that this guy is actually the moderator and tries to only allow positive posts on this stock, since after all... he has been paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for it.
this could go subpenny at this rate.
leetuce - the good news is that with each promotion and dramatic decline in the stock following the promotion, the promoters are less and less effective and eventually die out.
we can only hope that the debacle in GRDB encourages people to stay away from qualitystocks.net in the future.
people in this world are starving, consumers are getting killed with prices of pretty much everything, and penny stock promoters are living like kings.
it doesnt seem right. but that's just my view.
but look , The management team is comprised of professionals who, combined, have over 60 years experience in the cellular industry.

It really doesn't matter what the company does, because the share structure is so messed up, it isn't going to go anywhere. They would have to post revenue of around $100M+ to even be close to where the company is trading right now. They are at a $230M+ market cap at this price. Yes it is better than the $700M+ market cap they were at a few days ago, but they have $0 revenue. The stock should be at $.01.
There are too many people that have blocks of stock, including a promoter who has 3,140,000 shares. If they are handing out millions of shares to promoters, just think where the rest of the stock is.
You need to know how this system works before investing in these types of companies.
The many benefits CelTrek offers callers include: the ability to use one US phone number in 165 countries; full service with voicemail, text messaging, call forwarding, and conference calls; up to 90 percent savings over local carriers; 24/7 live customer service; and no obligation to sign a contract or make any commitments. These advantages make the company stand out from any competitive solutions.
Yes we can buy this sub penny probably
MK
May 14, 2008, there were 164,730,800 outstanding shares. Wow, this is super overvalued. Roughly a $213M company?
As of March 31, 2008 (latest 10-Q):
cash: $99,000
revenue: $0
Other expenses:
stock promotional mailer: $5-10M
message board promoters: ~ $500,000
am I missing something or does this look like it could be a penny stock any day now? what in their business plan justifies this enormous market cap? yikes!
Those 3 million shares of compensation, not to mention other payments for promotion, were a real give-away on this stock, imo.
At the time the stock price was $4, for a mailer that might cost $2 million at the most.
It's the promoters who were paid in shares who are selling, I would think, among others. I still don't think there was much retail buying.
peter - you're probably right. i think reality might have settled in about how much money this company has paid promoters to sell a stock that has dropped by 71% in the last 5 days.
the sad thing is -- after i saw the TV commercial the first thing i did was to come here to DD the stock. in my opinion, if a company wants to gut it's existing shareholders so badly to promote the stock so expensively, the business probably isnt very viable.
these guys promoting the stock are making six figures+ and could care less about what it actually does. when i used to promote smallcaps, i'd be happy if i made a few grand and had a long term interest in the company if it succeeded. these kinds of compensation packages for posting on message boards is almost incomprehensible.
i dont even know where to try this for a bounce if there was one. probably in the $.25-.50 range? isn't the competition in this market beyond fierce?
another horrible day in the stock. are insiders selling to raise capital? are you aware of how much operating capital the company has after paying your consulting firm nearly $500,000 for posting on IHUB?
thanks for your comments.

GRDB.OB Announces the Addition of 100 New GSM Alliances, Increasing Coverage to 172 Countries
Global Roaming Distribution announced the addition of 100 new roaming partners, which will provide additional full roaming access to its flagship product, the CelTrek SIM card. The company’s coverage now includes more than 172 countries on over 450 GSM carriers.

“The CelTrek SIM card allows travelers who depend on staying connected anywhere in the world to talk on their cell phone without worrying about large roaming wireless bills or constantly changing phone numbers. One SIM card in one device, one phone number and you are connected world wide,” he continued.
In closing he stated, “”In addition to making and receiving calls, CelTrek users can browse the Internet, read their emails on Gmail (NASDAQ:GOOG), or anywhere else they have an email account, and chat on Microsoft Messenger (NASDAQ:MSFT). Global Roaming Distribution delivers the online world to travelers whether you are using the iPhone (NASDAQ:AAPL), a Blackberry (NASDAQ:RIMM) or any other type of unlocked mobile phone.”
hah. yes. if i remember correctly, they even part of getting one of the companies they promoted kicked from the pinks. i dont think it's entirely QS fault, in fairness, but it's probably relevant to their promotion here.
i've removed the company name from the PR to keep this more on-topic.
"[REMOVED] Corporation was the subject of a spam campaign initiated by Qualitystocks.net last summer. . [REMOVED], stated, "[REMOVE] had no knowledge of this campaign in an attempt to inflate the value of our stock. We have taken action to attempt to locate the individual or individuals responsible. We were informed on Friday, March 21st by the SEC that a video promotion was a basis for halting the trading of our stock under the SEC's anti-spam initiative. We have asked the individuals responsible to please remove the videos in question from the YouTube web-site. We are confident the SEC's investigation will conclude shortly."
it's probably because if you consider the cost of the ad PLUS the enormous and egregious fee they are paying promoters (which are moderating this board), they're going to have to sell a lot of stock to raise cash.
the cell industry is uber-competitive. honestly? i saw a TV ad tonight and came here. in about 4 seconds I've made up my mind about GRDB based on the company they keep.
imagine the amount of real advertising and real capital investment they could do for the nearly $500K they are paying qualitystocks.
instead, they are trying to sell stock. i just find that kind of strange. i would expect to see major declines here as the impetus to spend money to sell stock, and not grow their business, becomes clear.
qualitystocks never discloses properly. the SEC says they need to disclose on each and every post. when i used to be a smallcap promoter, that's what i did. sometimes you take heat for it, but hey, that's part of the game.
qualitystocks involvement here, and moderation of this board, is a major red flag in my opinion.
i just saw a GRDB commercial which looked interesting, but i'm floored they are paying nearly HALF A MILLION of shareholder money to qualitystocks.
re:
