If GPVI is able to secure financing than the deal with Garnet Point isn't necessary. Nonetheless, we have waited long enough for an official update and PR. At least the news of the reverse split further defines the company's strategy. I'm just not sure it's in the shareholder's best interest. Time will tell, I just hope it's sooner than later !
Mayor Smokes to borrow your quote "Trust the Land" Well i do trust the land. Its the people I dont trust.
I feel sorry for nice people like Mayor Smokes. Hopefully this will turn around but to me it shows all the signs of fluff pr's and more problems. Hope im wrong for all the good peoples sake. But My dd makes me suspicious. God bless all.
Judy, Judy, Judy!! We need an update about those great diamond properties. Its only been since may since we heard about it. How bout an update pr Judy. How about another paid interview. Whats the skinny now on that property? Cmon Judy , you can do it. lol
Ok already one major disappointment with the reverse split. Now lets see if there will be another major letdown about the GPVI and Garnet Pointe joint venture. How many want to take bets with me that either that deal has collapsed or that GPVI no longer has or is no longer focusing on that one time supposed great property. I bet they have some great new property that we should all be enthralled with. Maybe we should replay those quotes about the old properties Judy did with those paid promoters. LMAO
Congrats, Lebaneseproud! excellent DD !
good to have people like you tell it the way it is! Judy and Shaun scamsters!
I spoke with judy taylor on the phone yesterday, and she mentioned the large shareholder bailout and the sale of some of their properties to correct this situation, but assured me that they still have good locations remaining. She also stated that they will be doing a PR in the next 7 to 10 days. I agree with previous comments that the lack of PR has been a negative for the company, and if they can fix this (SOON!), there is hope.
They need to get word out there that there is still some value in their properties, if they want to entice new investors. No news is NOT good news in this situation!!
I'll make another prediction.
GPVI will have a PR out tommorrow.
About what?
Symbol change and reverse split which we already found out about today. Also will probably say something about this will help shareholder value. Lets see how close I am. LOL
OOPS might hit subpenny yet today LOL
Ok so it wont go subpenny now that there is Reverse split. It will simply go to .06 and then down to .015 again LMAO too funny.
Way to go smart guy Shaunnyboy. You make Mr. Stunder look like a genius.
BAHAHA I predicted it!!!! A Reverse Split. Your great informant alwaysinside said there was no talk of this not too long ago on this board. No Talk of it?? You believe that people??? They want you to believe they just woke up one morning and decided reverse split? Too funny. Thats the same guy mr. alwaysinside who also said pr would come last week LMAO.
Lets compare NSDM and GPVI. NSDM supposedly has many more shares outstanding than GPVI yet trades at over 100% higher than GPVI.
NSDM has communicated at least quadruple the of pr's to its shareholders than GPVI has to its shareholders.
GPVI has not given its shareholders one update about its so-called great properties since May only talking about transfer agents, shares and incorporation since that time. Compare that to NSDM who certain posters from the GPVI board like to criticize, has given updates and results from the property much more frequently whether its good or bad.
NSDM CEO Stunder is a lot more accessible to shareholders.
Also these same GPVI posters try to portray Mr. Stunder as soemone that is not very sharp but based on all of the above he is vastly smarter than the GPVI CEO.
Lets see what happens if its discovered that the once supposed great joint venture with Garnet Pointe has flopped and GPVI tries to focus the shareholders in another direction. It wont work imo as the onlookers will see t as more of the same. I dont know the status of the above mentioned joint venture but im hearing runours. I'll wait for the facts to come out from GPVI before i make judgement. Im sure they'll give you all a pr about it one of these weeks , months or years LOL.
FYI, GPVI filed a 1-4 reverse split effective tomorrow. GLTA

Another forum mentioned the GPVI and GRC joint venture and said the deal was dead. Anyone know if any truth to this??
Hi Mayor. I was just joking about the horse lol.
Im not convinced the properties are as good as you say just yet but i am willing to keep an open mind and wait for facts to be released. Until then the properties are chock full of nothing. I would think there would be more activity and interest in such properties if they are so prospective. But i'll give old Shaunny boy a chance.
So, what are you saying. Dont tell me the horse is losing races? Thats it! Its dog food and the glue factory for that animal. That was quite funny. And you are absolutely right, the proof is in the pudding or in this case the kimberlite deposits. I just want to see them clean this mess up quickly and hope that Mr. Spelliscy has learned a valuable lesson on proper management and accountability and get going on the properties that are chock full of kimberlite ore. Trust the land.

Remember now prince. He said "next week?" with a question mark. That gives him cover if it doesnt happen. Maybe they are hoping these type of posts gets someone to nibble at the stock. Wait for facts and pr's. Rely on nothing posted here. Remember the facts, there has been no pr's from the company to its shareholders about the properties and their development since may. All pr's after that involved transfer agent and incorporation. I dont think t/a's help companies make profits. The properties are what make profits if they pan out. My guess is next pr will not be about the properties either. They seem to be engulfed in a mess involving transfer agents and shares that people shouldnt have. Thats poor management to have allowed this to happen if you ask me and the blame must be placed squarely on the head man Shaun Spelliscy since he is responsible for the company. And he was critical of NSDM?????
What a total load of crap!...
...paperwork?! It is taking longer than expected?! It is "out of the company's hands," etc. Give me a break!
If it's really out of the company's hands, then who is REALLY in control of what's going on???!!!
My shares are now worth squat!
Btw, I heard GPVI is going to announce a pr next week that it has bought a race horse that is making oodles of money for the company and its shareholders. Also heard it will make much more in stud fees.
Remember people. Anyone can come on this message board and post anything. They can be anyone. Dont take any of these posts as being a sure thing from the company as the poster might want you to believe.
Thanks for update alwaysinside. You are a winner whoever you are. Hope this stock can run as fast and as hard as some of the horses Shaun has owned.
No point in having you wait until Friday. To my dismay, the Co. was unable to produce the PR wanted for today. There is a process (essentially paperwork) that is taking longer than expected. It is out of the Co's hands so we are waiting along with you. All I can say is next week?
Well a PR is supposed to be promised to us latter this week. After today it official becomes the latter part of the week. So, lets see what Matt and Shaun have to say on these new finace deals, mineral reports as well as the new transfer agent.
Lets make it a good one guys.
Mayor
So averagejoe you say GPVI is going to get involved with some Texas Tea (oil)?? In Canada or the United States?
Whoaaaa Nelly!! The excitement is building. LOL
Sounds more like childishness to me.
why am i on this board?...called tic for tac
KingDiamond its sounds like you are bashing GPVI so you can maybe get some cheap shares?? Why else would you be so interested.
lol...does it get any more corrupt....
if i was a sad soul who bought in at .30 and this thing continued to disinigrate to .005 or better i would be on the horn with the SEC,FBI or someone...somebody needs to check out the GPVI paper trail...
My guess is Tayler and Assoc. is Judy Tayler. Matt mentioned to me a few weeks ago that the company was thinking about handling its own transfer agent duties from within.
Tayler & Associates isn't currently listed as a stock transfer agent. This wouldn't be Judy Tayler would it ? That's actually not a bad idea and may benefit both parties.
Well averagejoe that would be welcome news especially in light of the volatile situation in the Middle East and Venezuela. I hope you are right but i wont believe it until i see it in an official pr.
Unless of course they're producing oil properties operated by a partner.
Gold headed for $450.00 per ounce soon imho. Also keep an eye on GPVI's neighbor Shore Gold. Im hearing rumors of big things there and this will certainly help our GPVI if even remotely true.
I hope alwaysinside is right about a good news coming for the sake of all GPVI shareholders some of whom are in since .30
The only thing that seems odd to me is that that alwaysinside mentions the possibilty of new properties? Arent the old ones any good? small company can only manage so many properties at once and get anything done with them. If the new focus is going to be on new properties and not much info or attention is given to the existing ones then i think kingdiamonds prediction of sub penny could come true.Im particulaly interested in what this financing deal is all about and exactly which property it will finance. This could be a big winner or could it be more smoke about new properties only to not follow up on them as well? It might be worth a buy right here if we are going to get good news on new and OLD as alwaysinside mentions. Good luck to all
must be time for the next pump and dump, when Shaun starts talking run for your lives....i remember his infamous statement "wait until Thursday" insinuating the price was about skyrocket based on an upcoming PR...that was the last time the PPS saw the light of day...watch it move up to about .019-024 then plummet to .004-.003....

In case anyone didnt know,TSX is Shaun Spelliscy,in which case here he is seen talking to himself and one of his numerous alias's,i'll give him a little credit though,he's suppose to be in IHUB jail but he somehow snuck past the warden...bravo
Good night KD, whoever you are. No hard feelings. Getting very sleepy...
knock it off Shaun
Shaun...you are one very sad puppy!!!(eom)
GPVI's new transfer agent will be Tayler & Associates, just completed today. Expect a PR the latter part of next week. Also, to come will be news on, finance deal, new properties, current properties, outlook of newly structured company over the next year etc. Expect a busy Sept.!!!
One thing looks clear. The longs seem to be growing impatient and are probably slowly getting impatient and selling one by one by the looks of the share price. No real news since May from the company. A few pr's about website and transfer agent but nothing about the actual property since May. I think it may be heading under a penny and if it does i will probably buy a chunk. I'll continue watching. good luck all
I hope we all get rich. Good News and prosperity for one will have a positive aftermath for the rest. I have a good feeling about GPVI. Sometimes you have to let your intuition speak and have patience.
Good luck
-MS
Actually, GPVI does have its own diamonds. In fact they have a diamoniferous kimberlite at Sturgeon Lake which outcrops at surface. Check the NR's and/or do a Google search on "Sturgeon Lake Kimberlite".
Hey pal, I think you should be saying
IF GPVI gets going! Oh, yes, and by the way, does GPVI have any of its OWN diamonds?!!! Those who live in glass houses...well, you know the rest. LOL!
Mayor Smokes, I have no problem with GPVI. I was actually quite interested in it before I ever posted here but then became soured when some GPVI folks came to the NSDM board ripping NSDM to shreds. I have followed its pr's ever since and I have been critical to the things I see involving GPVI when I see things dont seem right. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.
Honestly I wish you and all GPVI shareholders hit it rich with GPVI. But I have serious doubts based on previous pr's and lack of info from the company. I wonder if GPVI is just a tag along to the rest of the serious Canada diamond stocks? Good Luck Mayor
You know for someone who has no support of GPVI you sure have posted quite a few replies and comments on this board in the past couple of months. Whats your angle? Well, from that last post we can see where your $ is. Dont get me wrong NSDM is a somewhat decent company, but the fact of the matter is that NSDM doesnt have any diamonds of its own. They are buying their diamonds wholesale and then reselling to the market. Not too much long term there, perhaps some short term gains, but I dont think so. When GPVI gets going you will see the difference.
Wishfull thinking on your part sondiamond.
You want a diamond stock with better potential, try NSDM.
The GPVI folks like to poke fun of it but its way ahead of the curve over GPVI. GPVI could have been could if they did what they said
It will probably hit .02 or better within the next week, Keep your eye on this one. The cat will be let out of the bag soon.
