Looks like something positive is finally happening with GBHL - going back to reporting so they can file S-1 for an equity line.
From their 1st quarter report of 2 days ago -

"In March of 2022, the Company executed a Term Sheet with a third-party Equity Fund that will provide funding to enable the Company to return to reporting status, together with providing an Equity Line for additional working capital. As a condition for this capital injection, the Company has agreed to retain a PCAOB audit firm to enable the Company to transition from its current status of Alternative Reporting (unaudited financial statements) on OTC Markets to a fully reporting company with audited financial statements going forward."

GBHL...on both the daily and weekly charts the bollinger banda are tightening up...Dec 27 2021 the daily bands narrowed up to 27 before it went from .0015 to .0030....bands currently at 40
the weekly bands on Oct 11 2021 tightened up to 55 and the daily bands closed up to 15 on that date before the price went from approx .0027 to .0195 over 8 days with the last 2 days being the big push
imo....looks to be shaping up very well
